In the deserts of Old Middle East, a lone figure walks the across the sands before seeing what used to be the great pyramids of Giza, before the Collapse nearly destroyed them.

Y/N: I hate when alien gives no respect for history.

Then appearing next to him is his Ghost, Sputnik.

Sputnik: I agree with you, Guardian. The Collapse had nearly destroyed everything.

???: Y/N.

Y/N turns to see his comrades: Keith, Lyra, & Ford-3. They are known as Fireteam Neptune.

Keith: We got a call from Zavala. He wants to return to the Tower.

Y/N: Tell him, we're on our way.

Just as the Fireteam was about to leave...

Keith's Ghost, Rex, appears.

Rex: Guardians, we picked an unknown object just entered Earth's atmosphere heading towards your position.

Fireteam Neptune members, Lyra and Ford arrived to see what is going on.

Lyra: What the hell?

Just then, the object crashes near the pyramids.

Ford-5: What is it? Fallen?

Y/N: No. Something else. We should go check it out.

Sputnik summons the Guardian's Sparrow allowing him to hop on. The other Ghosts summoned thier Gaurdians vehicles

The four Gaurdians speed off towards the crater where the object crashed.

Once they arrive, the Guardians get off their Sparrows to see a huge rock with green eggs sticking out. Then to the Fireteam's amazement, weird creatures with gems on their heads

Keith: What the hell?

Lyra: What is that?

Ford-5: Are those Fallen?

Steve: I highly doubt.

Suddenly, a few of these creatures see them before roaring.

Sputnik: You've been spotted!

Y/N: Engage the enemy!

The Fireteam draw their weapons and open fire on these new creatures which they try to attack them.

Y/N: Ford, aim for the asteroid!

The Exo draws out Dragon's Breath rocket launcher and fires at the asteroid where the eggs are and destroys it. The blast also kills a few of these creatures.

Cora: I'm detecting Fallen ships approaching your position.

Lyra looks up to see a few Fallen dropships approaching the sight. Several Fallen make their way towards the crater.

Lyra: Then we should use this time to get out of here.

Y/N: Gladly.

He sees one of those gems from a dead creature and takes it.

Y/N: Maybe the Vanguard can tell us about this.

The Gaurdians' Ghosts call out their ships and they return to the Last City.

[Time skip shows Fireteam Neptune enjoying their day at the Tower]

Fireteam Neptune are at the briefing room with the Vanguard: Zavala, Ikora, and Cayde.

The sky gem is place on the table.

Cayde: So you're saying that these things are not Fallen or Hive.

Lyra: We've never seen anything like this before. Not since the Taken Crisis.

Zavala: Is these things are a danger, we should find out what are they are why they are here.

Ikora looks at the skull gem.

Ikora: If this is not either Fallen of Hive, it must be something else.

???: They are Hora-Quan.

The group turns to see Eris Morn approaching.

Keith: Hora-Quan?

Eris: Dark creatures terrifying as the Taken and the Hive combined. Their goal is to bent on total anialation of civilized worlds. Their enemies known as the Precursors, are similar with the Traveler.

Cayde: If these Horror Quin find their way here,

Zavala: We would face oblivion.

Cayde: I would think a huge pile of explosives and man power could get the job done.

Zavala: That is why you, Fireteam Neptune will go out and find the origin of the Hora-Quan and eliminate them.

Keith: Perfect. When do we leave?

Zavala: At first light.

Y/N: It will be done.

Eris: It must be done, Gaurdians. They are willing to do the same thing as Oryx tried to do.

Y/N and the Fireteam prepare themselves for their mission.

In his room at the Tower, Y/N looks at the Traveler as the night sky goes on. He then looks at a book he is reading: The Divine Comedy- Dante's Inferno.

Y/N: "I saw people in that slough all slammed with mud, stripped naked, and their faces torn with rage. They thumped other not with hands alone but with the head, the chest, the feet, the teeth!
Stopping to rip each other limb from limb."

He closes the book before putting it away. Sputnik looks at his Gaurdian.

Sputnik: You alright, Guardian?

Y/N: I'm pretty good, Sputnik.

Sputnik: If these Hora-Quan are as much of a threat to the Last City...

Y/N: Then we terminate it no matter what the price we have to pay.

Sputnik: Then we're with you.

Y/N smiles before he prepares to head to bed.

(Eye catching view of Y/N and his team enjoying their time in theast City)

The next day, Fireteam Neptune stock their weapons and supplies, fire up their ships and head off. Y/N is behind with the others.

Sputnik: Gaurdian, we're approaching the planet.

The ships jump out of hyperspace at they see the planet up ahead.

Keith: Well this must be it.

Y/N: Zavala, we reach the location. We're beginning our mission.

Zavala: Good luck, Fireteam Neptune. Zavala out.

Fireteam Neptune heads for the surface of the planet to begin their mission.
