Sumedh's POV

I felt sun even with closed eyes. I heard conversations and then I finally decided to open my eyes. Slowly and very lazily I made the effort of opening them. 'What the hell did just happen?!' I thought.

My vision was blurred at the start but I blinked my eyes a few times and everything was coming into view. I sat slowly and looked at what was in front of me.

A ship?!!!! My heart skip a beat. I was numb. What was that supposed to mean?! What...?!!!

I was shocked, surprised, scared, tensed and excited... a lot of feeling were inside me that soon were mixed up with questions. This can't be real at all. Yes... I was just dreaming all.

I still decided to observe and explore the scene more. In front of me there was a big old ship. I looked around and realised people didn't even care that I was there.

It took me a long time to see that Prajakta was laying next to me. I don't know why but a smile appeared on my face as soon as I saw her. At least I wasn't alone.

"Prajakta!! Wake up! Praja-" I was tapping on her face when she started to gain her senses. She held her head and looked around. She was looked extremely confused.

"Ham kaha aa gaye?! Ham toh film dekhne vale the phir yaha... kese...?! (Where are we? We were about to watch the film... then how...?!)" She said. But another question was popping in my mind, where the heck were Rohit and Bandana?!!!

"Dekho Prajakta, mujhe kuch nhi pata ki ham yaha kese pohnche aur ham kaha he... hame pehle Bandana aur Rohit ko dhundna padega (Look Prajakta, I don't know how we came here... we have to search for Bandana and Rohit first)" I said calmly getting up. I helped her get up and we started walking in the village.

From what I was seeing, we weren't in India anymore. People were white and wearing very old fashioned clothes.

"Did you hear the news, Kate?" Asked a blonde young lady nearby. "The government is condemning (sentence someone a punishment, mostly, death) all the pirates that they find" she continued.

"You must be kidding, Mary! That young pirate will never be caught! He is just too smart!" Kate said. I didn't have the slightest idea of what they were talking about. By the accent they seemed to be British... everything pointed to one direction, maybe we were-

No. That's not possible, it can't be possible. I shook that idea off my mind and we continued to walk until my eye caught something. A poster on the wall. That's it. There was no doubt now.

We were in the movie... but how? How did it happen? I had no idea. I didn't know if Prajakta noticed it yet. I put a hand on my face thinking hard. What was I feeling? Happy or confused?

"S-Sumedh? Y-y-yeh kya he? (S-Sumedh? W-w-what is this?)" She pointed her shaking finger towards the poster. She was sweating.

"Prajakta, look... keep calm, ok? We will find a solution to this problem" I said placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Sumedh! Kya keep calm??!! Tumhe pata bhi he ki yeh kitni badi problem he??!! Ham yahi phase reh jaenghe puri zindaghi! Kabhi bahar nhi niklenghe... kya hoga ab?! Ham kya karenghe? Oh God... aur yeh bhi nhi pata ki Bandana aur Rohit kaha he (Sumedh! What keep calm??!! Do you even realise how big this problem is??!! We will be stuck here forever! We will nefer be able to get out... what's gonna happen now? What will we do? Oh God... and we don't even know where Bandana and Rohit are)" I never saw her that tensed before. She seemed quite taken aback.

"Dekho, hame shanti se kaam lena hoga, hame sabse pehle unhe dhundna hoga (Look, we need to handle this calmly, we have to find them firstly), I am sure they are here, in the movie" I said as we continued to walk.

"Excuse me? Where can I find Captain Jack Sparrow?" Asked Prajakta to a man. He looked at us from the head to toe. I slapped my forehead and dragged Prajakta away.

"Kya tum sachme itni bewakoof ho ya phir natak kar rhi ho? (Are you seriously an idiot or do you act like one?" I asked shaking her. She was seriously dumb to ask someone about him like this.

"Ab mene kya kiya? (What did I do now?)" She asked innocently. I rolled my eyes.

"Uske posters har jagah lage hue he aur tum kisi ko bhi puch rhi ho ki woh kaha milega?! (His posters are stuck everywhere and you are asking random people about where to find him?!)" I asked.

"Sorry..." she apologized. I nodded and we entered a small street, people were vanishing now. We saw a kind of pub.

'TORTUGA'S BIGGEST PUB' was written in big letters at the top of the pub. We entered it.

An alcoholic smell hit me. The scene was quite awful. Drunk men were tripping over each other. My ears filled with music that was played by a kind of old guitar.

The pub was pecked with people, there wasn't even place for standing. We sat on a table.

"Sumedh ham yaha kyu ae? (Sumedh, why did we come here?" Prajakta asked after a moment.

"Mene movie me dekha tha, is pub me har tarah ke pirates ate jate he. Yeh Tortuga Island he, pirates ka adda, Captain Jack toh pakka milega yaha... (I saw it in the movies, this pub is where pirates are normally found. This is Tortuga Island, the home of Pirates, we will surely find Captain Jack here....)" I said looking over all the people.

"Lekin ham usko kyu dhund rhe he? Ham toh Bandana aur Rohit ko dhund rahe he na? (But why are we searching him? Aren't we meant to search Bandana and Rohit?" She asked with a confused look on her face. I smiled.

"Hame pehle Captain Jack se madat maangni hoghi, wohi yaha hamari help kar sakta he... pehle hame usko dhundna hoga, phir shayar hame woh dono bhi mil jaye (We need to ask help from Captain Jack first, he is the only one that might help us here)" I explained. She nodded.

"Tum yahi betho, me abhi ata hu (You just sit here, I'll cone back in a moment)" I said getting up before she could protest. I started roaming around.
