Prologue
Hey, guys!
Well, let me just say that, first of all, welcome to my Christmas PAW Patrol special! I am so excited to make my another story other than my "PAW Patrol: Vengeance!", especially seeing as it's my second PAW Patrol story I've ever written! Which, by the way, will be on temporary hold until I finish this one. But, secondly, what's more is that I have some really special stuff planned for you guys in this story, and yes, I am in fact entering this book in klovedance's PAW Patrol Christmas Story Contest!
However, now I am SERIOUSLY about to go to foster care really soon, seeing as all of the 5.1 inches of snow (which exceeded the old record for ANY amount of snow in Mississippi, which was previously only 2.9 inches, set back in January of 1982! However, I do believe the highest amount we got today was 6 or 7 inches! And before places like Baltimore ever even got any snow, too! And it wasn't even supposed to snow here! The chances just last night was a 40% chance of a shower!) I got at my house and used to build a 5-foot snowman, which surprisingly has not melted yet, has mostly melted now, and now we have nothing to keep us happy and from having our now huge fights anymore, as we typically have almost every day, saying horrible and unthinkable things to each other things that no mother or son should ever say to each other. I mean, like seriously, I'M ready to leave now! But, I have digressed a bit from the original topic.
So, my point in saying all that is to just to say I may be a bit slow to update. But, keep in mind that, seeing as this book is for the contest, it will be short, and as a result, ONLY have five chapters. But hey, no one said anything about making them short chapters either! And you'll probably find the chapters to be much like they are in "PAW Patrol: Vengeance!", length-wise.
So yes, as I sit front of our previously-dusty, warm fireplace, which surprisingly still works (and is a gas fireplace, by the way) and write this chapter that you read now, I just want to say that, without further ado, I give you "A PAW Patrol Christmas: 'Tis The Season!". Enjoy! And yes, I do intend for this to be a Christmas present for all of you who read this Christmas holiday! And please, do it for me and enjoy this Christmas with your families. Cause you only get one, and hopefully, yours is WAY better than mine! And I know I won't enjoy mine this year, being in a foster home and all that and not getting anything. So please, could you all at least enjoy for me, even if you don't get what you want?
And remember, it really is about what you give, not what you get. That's why I was actually going to volunteer at a soup kitchen this Christmas Eve and do other tasks like volunteer art museums and what not this Christmas Break, because like I said, I like making others happy. And besides, I'm a good person like that. Oh, and one last thing.
I just want to say thank you, Iluvskye (To whom of whic I just wanted to say "I love you" too, as I haven't said it in what feels like forever. ❤️), skye4everyandever, Dancertyty27, icandream05, TOO_DANK_HANK1403, mangle12345678956 (Well, I actually mentioned you only because I wanted you to know that people do care about you, and I'm glad I convinced you not to commit suicide, before it was too late, as I almost did before you, ironically), and brosafyxqz1, along KitCat77777777777 for being the most supportive people to me throughout the whole "foster care" thing. Not that everyone else hasn't been, and I do want to thank everyone else for being there for me, but I've been thinking about them the most during all of this, as this is a really tough part of my life right now.
Though, why is it that pretty much all of those girls, excluding Dancertyty27 and KitCat77777777777, are Hispanic? Like, is there something with Hispanic girls and PAW Patrol? Cause I know a good bit of them on Wattpad that love the show. 😂
And no, a racist pun was intended here, as I AM NOT a racist person. I really don't even like to "believe" in races, and I prefer my kids not either, as if it didn't exist, the world would be a much better place, and so many wars and deaths could've been avoided. So yeah. But again, I digressed too much.
So if you're still reading this far, I just want to say once again to enjoy! I hope you like the rest of the story! Oh, and Merry Christmas, everyone! And I hope you all have a snowy one, too, as I know I probably won't! The chances for that here anyway are literally less than 5%. But hey, one can always dream. One can always dream. Much like my good friend icandream05, which, as you can probably tell by her username, loves to dream!
