Projects
So most are going to have two or three parts. The idea I drew up in my sketchbook and the final product, or what is supposed to be the final product.
I didn't have the chance to completely finish this one. I'm pretty sure that there is a picture of this in my other book, I'll have to check later.
So here is the sketch.
Sorry that it's sideways. This is on some kind of special material used to print the picture.
And here are the prints. I'm not very good at printing.
These are the sketches.
And this is the final. I don't like how the tail turned out.
So this one we had to draw up almost exactly what the final would look like. Then we used news paper and the blue tape, usually used when painting walls, to form the final. After we had the shape we painted it. So this is what I did for that project, I rather like it.
Here's another 3D project. So the competition was to create a turkey with the provided materials (being cardboard, tissue paper, construction paper, glue, and sharpie) and we had half an hour to do it. It couldn't be too big either and it had to stand without falling over. Most people tried forming the body of the turkey with cardboard and added details with the tissue paper and sharpie. Most of those weren't able to stay together and ended up falling apart. I used all tissue paper, besides the base with is construction paper. With small amounts of glue to hold it together and sharpie for the eyes. His name is Han.
This one didn't have an exact sketch for it.
So this is shading with colored pencils.
And it led to this.
Kay, so I'm going to make a part two right after I publish this chapter. See you there (not literally though).
