Set in the events of the first movie the parents of Springwood, Ohio have kept a terrible secret about a man if he can even be called that anymore... He went by the name of Fred and his mother Amanda was a nurse at a psychiatric hospital unfortunately due to an incident she was raped by 100 men thus Fred Krueger was born into this world.... He worked as an Ice Cream man and part time at the local boiler where he was suspected of doing things to children horrible things... Fred Krueger or Freddy as now goes by was convicted by multiple counts of murder and child molestation the odds were stacked against him.

But once his trail had came up Freddy had a lawyer who provided the judge with one thing and one thing only no one read him his Miranda rights thus Freddy was a free man. But the parents of Springwood wanted justice so they cornered Freddy at the old boiler and burned it down with molotovs with Freddy trapped inside.... Years later those same children now attend Springwood High and have seemed to forgotten about the man with the funny nails but has he forgotten about them.....?
