It's been 2 months after Toothless had passed away because of the fight with Drago. Hiccup has never been able to forgive himself for letting his best friend die in front of him.

Hiccup wakes up and he suddenly remembers what happen with Toothless and he is upset. He blinks back tears and looks at his desk and something glowing a bright blue catches his eye. He walks over and moves a bunch of papers and blueprints for inventions. One particular invention catches his eye, he picks the paper up and looks at it the paper says automatic tail #2. He chuckles and remembers when that plan didn't work and Toothless and him crashed into the lake in the cove. He remembers what he is looking for and grabs the dragon crystal he puts it in his pocket and says to him self I better tidy my desk and remove all of Toothless's stuff and put it in the shed. He grabs a box and starts to go through the papers and inventions on his desk. He sees a brown leather journal with a night fury on the cover, he opens it and turns to the first page the page says. "I did it! I shot down the night fury. Sadly no one believes me tomorrow I will try to befriend that dragon and make him a saddle so I can try to fly him. Hiccup chuckles and turns a couple pages until one page catches his eye. He reads the page. "I befriended him and named him Toothless. He is very funny and he acts just like a cat. I wonder is there more of his kind?? Hiccup grabs his pencil and writes on the blank page " I just lost my best friend. I keep telling myself it's not my fault but I think it is. I will find out if there are more Night Furies.' Hiccup finishes cleaning his room and grabs the crystal from his pocket. He decides to walk to the cove and bury the crystal where he buried Toothless"'s tail fin.

~Time skip brought to you by Dragons!!~ 2 hours later-

Hiccup walks to where Toothless's tail fin is and he notices something black zoom past the cave. He walks over and sees a tail fin that looks like Toothless's old fin. He smiles and says "Here little buddy come out I won't hurt you" A Dragon comes out and he looks just like toothless except he had blue eyes and he was a blackish blue Color and he had blue and orange stripes on his wings. Hiccup gasps and says "Your a Titan dragon!" The dragon nods and sees the crystal in Hiccups hand and he starts running. Hiccup follows him and he stops and he hears voices. "Draix are you sure that the human had a crystal?" "Hiccup hears another voice "Yes dad I seen it I know I'm not mistaken not like last time when it almost killed all of our kind. Hiccup walks around the corner and gasps he sees at least 20 Night furies. But all of them were different Colorsw and had different Color stripes on their wings. The young dragon notices him and says "dad behind you. The big fury turns around and growls "Stay away from us unless you have the crystal then we will trust you. Hiccup shows him the crystal and the dragon nods and pushes the dragon hiccup seen earlier and says "We heard of what happen to Toothless and we are sorry so we hope that my son Draix will fill the gap that you have because you lost your friend. Hiccup nods and takes the young dragon and scratches him behind the ear the dragon purs and rubs against hiccup. Hiccup starts to walk away when Draix says I know where toothless is. Hiccup shakes his head and says he isn't dead??!! Draix nods and says hop on I will show you . Hiccup hops on and Draix takes off and they fly for a couple of hours until they see a ship. Draix growls and says there is the ship. Hiccup flips his helmet mask down and reloads his flame sword and jumps off of Draix and glides towards the boat.He lands on the boat and sees Toothless in a cage. Hiccup whispers "Hey bud!! Toothless's ears prick up and he turns around in the cage that he is in and smiles. Hiccup smiles and goes to pick the lock when. Toothless growls and hiccup turns around and sees Drago Bludy Vist. Hiccup gasps and says give me back my dragon now or else. Dragon laughs a deep evil laugh and says "he's not yours anymore but please oh great dragon master try to take him, he will not miss a second time. Hiccup nods and grabs the key from Dragos hand and unlocks the door. Toothless ears start to twist and his eyes go narrow and he growls. Hiccup feels scared and he stutters B-buddy are you ok?? Toothless looks at him and shakes his head symbolizing "no I'm not. Hiccup grabs a piece of red cloth and wraps it around Toothless's head and gets on his back and opens his tail fin. Dragon laughs and asks "where are you going?? "Oh great dragon master or should I say the not so great dragon loser? He smile devishly showing his gold tooth. Hiccup says I'm going to do what I should of done before I'm going to end this now . Hiccup hops off of Toothless and runs towards Drago and grabs his dragon skin cloak and flys away on toothless.Hiccup whistles and Draix comes flying towards them. Hiccup says to both of the dragons "Let's bash them and slash them . Let's gas them and blast them and not even ask them. The dragons understand and lights the ship on fire and they fly back to Berk. Hiccup goes home and lies on his bed he sees Toothless and Draix sleeping together in the corner. And hiccup grabs the journal and writes I found my dragon he wasn't dead they lied and I'm ok with it as long as we are together I won't forget you buddy. Hiccup lies down and falls asleep.
