Omg today's adoption day at the orphanage! I can't wait until I get adopted. I've been in this orphanage for years, sadly, I've never been adopted.

Oh wait. Did I introduce myself? Well my name is Maia Savanna Rivers. Er, not rivers anymore because my parents put me in this stupid orphanage.

I am a very known person at this orphanage because I've been here since I was a baby. I am now nine years old.

I have long blonde hair and brown eyes. My best friends are Julie, Jazzy and Mia. We are all the same age well except Mia, she's ten.

Well, now that I have introduce myself I can get back to the point. Now where was I...oh yeah! Today is Adoption Day where all the families come in and adopt us.

I am very excited because I've been in this adoption center for years and no family wanted me.

So I know that this time I am going to get adopted.

My birthday is coming up so I really hope I get adopted because I don't want to spend another stupid birthday at this orphanage!

One of the carers had called my name and ask me to the front office.

"Maia Rivers!" I heard my name through the speaker. I  ran to the front office to see what was going on.

"Hi Maia! Pack your bags, your getting adopted!" Said Misses Gina, one of the carers. "OH MY GOD REALLY?" I squealed.

"Yes! And there's you're new family!!" She said pointing to a woman and two girls. I looked at them and started hugging them.

"I LOVE YOU GUYS!!" I screamed. "Awe she's so cute!!" Said the younger girl. "I know right!" Said the woman. "What's your name?" Asked the older girl.

"I'm Maia!" I say jumping around. "Well, I'm Maddie. And I'm your new older sister!" Said my new sister Maddie.

"And I'm Mackenzie! But just call me Kenzie!" Said my other new sister Kenzie. "And I'm Melissa, but just call me mom!" Said my new mom.

We all laughed. "Be right back! Gotta go say goodbye to my friends!" I say running back to the play room.

"Julie! Jazzy! Mia!" I called as they ran over to me. "What is it Maia?" they asked. "I'm uh leaving!!" I say crying.

We all started to cry and did a group hug. Then I left to go with my new family.

My name is now officially Maia Savanna Ziegler! And I found out that my family is...FAMOUS!!
