FLASHBACK

"Aerin ah, wait for me here okay" little Rene informed mini Aerin, seeing as she left her drawing book in her class. "Oh, come fast Renie" mini Aerin told waving her tiny hands at her only friend.

She waited outside the building for Rene's dad to arrive, he was a little late than usual. Except those two little angels didn't mind at all.

"I am back" 10 years old Rene says running towards 5 years old Aerin. "Why isn't dad here?" She asked loudly, shoving her huge drawing book inside her bag. "let's go and wait near the bridge" Rene suggested to which Aerin just nodded taking her hand.

Those two little angels walked towards the bridge, it took them only ten minutes, it was a five minutes walk but it doubled when two little munchkins were the ones who walked. "I am tired" Aerin sighed bending down and supporting herself by holding her bare knees. "I want water," she said.

Rene helped her take her bottle out of her backpack, but it was empty, Rene looked here and there for a store or something and she spotted one. "Aerin, wait here okay, you see, there's a store there, I'll go there and buy us a water bottle alright" she alleges and walked towards the store. "Bring me some candy" Aerin giggled when she was heading to the store.

Rene was now inside the shop while Aerin waited there looking at the store Rene was in, but Rene wasn't coming out as fast as she told. She sighed as she was taking her own time. "Maybe, she is eating some candy alone," she thought and turned towards the bridge.

The view of the sea and the sun setting got her attention. She loved it, no matter how hot it gets, she still loved how the sun brightens everybody's day and hers, especially even though she was alone.

Her father always used to tell her that she is full of sunshine. She was her father's own sun, only gold, his only princess, his only pride, only love. There wasn't a single day she didn't question Mr Chan about her own father going missing.

Just when she was about to get close and stand over the step. "Hey, sweet little Aerin" somebody exclaimed.

"uncle Jae" Aerin beamed bemusedly.

He smiled at her innocently, only his wife and he knows how innocent he is. "What are you doing here?" He inquired her. "I am waiting for Mr Chan" she verified. "Also Renie" she added looking at the sun.

He smirked despite the fact she said that she had been waiting for Chan, he knew why Chan was late, his wife, who is a maid in Aerin's house was wantedly keeping Mr Chan busy by asking him to bring some groceries every time he left home.

Mr.chan was a nice man, who can't say NO when somebody needs his help. He does know that Aerin and his daughter Rene would be waiting for him, but they gotta wait.

"Wanna see the sun more clearly," Jae asked Aerin, she immediately nodded. Jae took her small body in his arms and made her stand over the cliff.

She didn't get scared and jump back on the ground because she didn't look down, she didn't know there was water right below her. "Aerin ah, do you trust me?" Jae interrogated her calmly. "Trust? What is trust?" She questioned back at him.

For a second, Jae didn't want to do what he was planning to do, because of how innocent she was and how pretty she looked, but his past and anger took over his head, every inch of her reminded him of her Father and within seconds he pushed her.

"UNCLE JAE!" Rene screamed running towards the bridge, before she could reach it, Jae took off from there, Rene quickly looked down the bridge, she saw Aerin, with her dad, in a boat, with guards.

Aerin was terrified the time she was pushed, she felt like she was flying, flying towards the sun, smiled as her uncle Jae did show her the sun clearly until she saw the water coming close to her but she was vigorously dropped on Mr Chan's arms.

End of FLASHBACK

AUTHOR'S P.O.V

"Fuc -" Aerin panted getting up from her hospital bed. "Hey honey, what happened, are you alright?" Sarah, her mother asked her as soon as she got up.

Aerin calmed herself down from the bridge nightmare and replied "yeah" She looked around the room, towards another bed where Aria was sleeping. "How is she?" She questioned. "Broken arm" Sarah started. "Your arm is fractured as well, Eugene's too" she grunted slamming the water bottles she got for them over the nightstand.

"Are you kids mad? Why'd you people go into the woods" she raged making her flinch from the sudden outburst of her mother. "Ommo, are you awake," Greyson says coming inside the room with two bags with him. Aerin internally sighed in relief, as her dad interrupted her mother.

"Here, I got food," he says to Sarah, handing over the trays of hospital food. She keeps the tray over her lap, and unclose them in hurry. "You know, you haven't eaten anything since yesterday afternoon" Sarah articulated, forcefully stuffing Aerin's mouth with the white rice.

She came to know that she had been sleeping for a day, because of the medicines. Aria woke up soon after Sarah opened the lunch boxes. When they were done eating, Sarah and her husband Grey, left the hospital to prepare dinner for them.

"How are you feeling?" Aerin and Aria questioned each other at the same time. They giggled and replied they were alright. Just then Eugene barged in with a broken hand, a bandage around his forehead. "Are you both alright?" He screamed. "YES" Aria yelled back to which he laughed. "What are we? Siblings goals?" He asked as he noticed they all had their left hand fractured.

"Aerin do you remember?" He queried limping towards her bed. "What?" She absentmindedly questioned back. "Wah! How could you not remember that? 14 years ago, this was the day, we, I mean Aria and I met you and you had a broken hand, after the bridge incident, that was the day Aria and I broke our hands, when we were fighting and then slipped in the stairs" he recalls with a sad smile as she doesn't remember them.

Aerin always thought that the bridge incident was a nightmare, she knew it happened but she didn't want to believe that her favourite uncle Jae would do that to her. Then she realized that the boss from yesterday was her uncle Jae, a little plastic surgery on his face and she didn't recognize him. Maybe this was the reason he did the surgery. Within a second Jungkook and Taehyung barged in.

"Aria, are you alright?"

"Aerin, are you hurt?"

"Can you people stop barging in?" Aria screamed in annoyance, but they didn't seem to care and continued asking questions.

It was dinner time, everybody including Grey and Sarah was there and thought they'd say what happened yesterday. "After you called Aecha, she went to her father, to track your phone down, but he couldn't do it, it was a remote place, they couldn't find you all. Jhope and Jin came home told us everything"

That's when they realized, Jin and Jhope escaped. Everyone was busy struggling that they never had time to watch over others. "They told us where exactly you guys were, so we contacted Namjoon's father who happened to have his military camp somewhere near the woods, they actually came to capture them And they eventually did" she finished.

"Flare gun made it easy by the way" Namjoon's father, Kim Ji Hun said, who was still standing at the door. They were really thankful for what Ae cha and her father did, even though they didn't find them.

"AISH, WHERE IS HE, THAT STUPID BRAT"

Aerin's P.o.v

"AISH, WHERE IS HE, THAT STUPID BRAT" somebody shouted coming inside our room, pushing Namjoon's father who was on her way.

"Yah, Hye Jin-ah, stop shouting" he whined rubbing her temples. As she was busy shouting, Jungkook slowly hid behind dad, everyone giggled and kept quiet until she found him.

"YOU COME OUT HERE, RIGHT NOW" she yelled throwing her handbag over the couch, just then the doctor and Ms Jia came inside our room and I don't understand what in the world is happening.

"Eomma, you are making a fuss" Jungkook whined behind my dad. "He is right" Ms Jia agreed pulling the surprisingly young-looking woman to her side.

"It hasn't been a year since your surgery and you are already in the hospital bed and you have the audacity to tell me not to make a fuss" she scolded him. Is she Jungkook's mother?

After mom calmed her down. "Alright, get well soon, so that I can beat you up" she simmers making us all laugh. "Who is she though?" She questioned mom pointing at me.

She doesn't know me? Oh well, I keep forgetting that I am new here and we haven't even met before. "That's my daughter. Aerin" mum replied and her eyes widened. "Ommo, is she your daughter" she looked at me and an awkward laugh escaped my mouth.

"Ho..what....why haven't I....have we met before?" She asked making me look at her in dubiety. "I don't...think so" I smile. "You must have seen her in my albums" my mum joined in our awkward conversation. "I don't believe this, Sarah you've got a gorgeous daughter" she gasps tracing her hand over my face. Well, it's good to hear that but the way she is looking at me is quite creepy.

Later that night

"I was in bed all day and I am still tired" Aria sighed coming to my bed with heavy steps. She sat next to me and rested her head on my shoulder. "Me too," I say, watching the breathtaking view of the city from the room.

Today was such a tiring day, I came to know a lot about everyone, especially uncle Jae, who was having a secret camp in the middle of a forest, selling the most poisonous drug in the world and Aecha's father who works in the cyber office and is a hacker.

Jungkook's father, who is a doctor and also owns a hospital in which we are admitted. Namjoon's dad, unbelievable, a military officer. Is there anything more than this that I should know? Other than this, something else is very strenuous to comprehend, what surgery did Jungkook undergo, what was his mother talking about. Is that scar a part of his surgery?

"What are you thinking?" Aria asked without looking at me. "Nothing, let's go to sleep" I reply without answering her.

Aria's P.o.v

I walk to my bed, spreading my blanket over my body, just when I close my eyes, Taehyung comes into my head. For some reason, I can feel what he is going through, as much as I don't want to.

How uncomfortable he must have felt when Namjoon's dad, Kim Ji Hun was there with him under the same roof. Yesterday, just after Aerin passed out, two helicopters landed on the ground, smoke, dust filled the open ground and it didn't let us see anything.

Then Uncle Ji Hun came into view, when he first stepped on the ground, he quickly ran to Taehyung, saved him first and then let his other officers pick up Namjoon.

And on the other hand, Namjoon didn't seem to care, he never does, but it does bother his half brother, Kim Taehyung.

I don't want this for him, he doesn't deserve this anyway. But one thing is that I don't know why I keep getting bothered by this thoughts, by him and his problems.

Maybe because I was the only one who saw the freaking PROBLEMS, felt his PROBLEMS, heard his PROBLEMS when nobody was around to hear him or comfort him.

Before I go deep in my thoughts and the past, my sleep took over me.
