What makes a meta-human have to change her mind and become a hero? Someone who grew up in a small town, starting by being someone good who used to do incredible things. Like being in student council and then being the captain of the cheerleading team. Along with having incredible speed that has to be hidden secret due to the fact of being killed if they were to be found out about by some bad people. They still hide under the shadows ten years after the death of her father, and choose to go on the path of heroism against her mother's wishes, but know she has support.

McKenna Garrick is that girl, the one who has superspeed since she turned four. Her father helped her learn a bit about control when he was still alive when she turned five. But months later leaving McKenna after his death had to learn it all on her own. And then play a double life where her father died by a "car accident" ten years ago. Who still has to lace on her shoes, and hang out with her one friend Yolanda Montez. After the two became losers due to Cindy even though both girls are straight A students have a 4.0 GPA currently as a freshman. But it all happened months maybe even a year before when Yolanda sent nudes to Henry Jr. who spread it to the whole school, and since Cindy liked Henry she decided to start spreading a rumor about slut, and her slutty friend.

But McKenna Garrick with her father's passion and a girl who loves science and having courage and kindness decided to stay with her one true friend. As even she never knew that she had powers. But she has to keep it that way as her secret and so the Injustice Society of America doesn't come after her and kill her after her father's death.

But that is until the new girl arrives Courtney Whitmore and changes that when she becomes the new Starman. Or the first Stargirl, and that's when McKenna knew what she had to do was help and become a part of this new society.

What could ever possibly go wrong?

This is a book to be a fanfiction about DCU's Stargirl which you can also find on CW. As this is my first book of probably a few for the series depending on if it has more seasons or if I continue writing more after the seasons thirteen episodes, which I can say I will. These events and some of the stories are all fiction and if there's any weird or unrealistic activities I recommend you don't do them at home. But most of all enjoy the story.

Disclaimer: 1) I do not own any character from Stargirl or other CW Shows or DCU shows in any of these books including this one. It's true I don't. They belong to the creators to DC Comics, and DCU along with the producers. 2) I own Characters like McKenna Garrick, etc. any OC's in the book belong to me and were created by me along with their backstories and stories. And all are my original characters and plots which were inspired yes, by some other characters.

Note: This story is a part of my Other DC SERIES which includes all fanfictions and includes some characters that I use for TITANS, BATWOMAN, FLASH, ARROW, SUPERGIRL, ETC. You don't need to read those stories for this one, but I would recommend you do so you can get a grip when I mention names and more stories since some stories in this series will have McKenna Garrick and have more stories of her that can affect her personality and who she is throughout the book.

A/N: I wanted to change the formatting of my book, as I'm trying to for all my books.

I'm happy to say I'm working on the Prologue, Chapter 1-3 currently and working hard. As I will be releasing the prologue in the next three or four days. And then the Chapter 1 and 2 should be released no later than June 19-22.

This book is exciting to write for a new show that doesn't have many fanfictions yet so I can extend my horizon on something and get people inspired to write their own and fall in love with this series. But also so I can get another character about Ruby Allen to be a part of this.

Maybe later on in my book Atlas I might do a crossover with this book down the line. And since this is for Stargirl maybe later on i'll do a crossover that I make for The CW's Flash when Season 6 or 7 comes on next year because the final episode of this past season wouldn't be good to do a crossover on and they need to extend the story.

But I will make a crossover like promised in the future. I would like to say I will have dedications to this book more in the future and in future chapters for the fans who enjoy or the readers who enjoy the book and part take in making edits, covers, etc. Or even just commenting or voting or adding it to more bookshelves.

Yes, I watch all these things because I like the support and I like sometimes mentioning the people who really stick out to me. And I also like supporting the other people writing books similar or in the similar genre or topic.
