Its morning on the land of Berk Hiccup, Snotlout, Fishlegs, Astrid and the twins are in the arena training to fight their next dragon, the Deadly Nadder.

~Hiccup's pov~

I heard a scream and then Astrid screams my name, "HICCUP!!!!" I turn around to see her jumping off one of the mazes Gobber put up for training. She landed on top of me with her axe in my shield. I tried to help her, but all that happened was me getting pushed down while she calls me "useless." She took my shield with her Axe in it and swung it at the dragon. The Deadly Nadder ran away back through the doors were we keep all the other dragons. She turns to me and starts stomping my way as I curl up in a ball.

"Is this some kind of joke to you? Our parent's war is about to become ours. Figure out which side you are on." Astrid said before she walked off with everyone else, while start laughing and giggling at me.

~Time skip (lazy)~

As everyone is in the dinning hall, I get looks from the other vikings saying, "Oh my, that is the chief's boy." "Yeah. I feel sorry for him to care for a weakling like him in the family." They all thought I couldn't hear them, but they were wrong. As I make an a tempt to leave, I get held back by my cousin, Snotlout.

"Hey there shrimp," he says as he pushes me to the ground.

I try to get back up nd leave but he had kicked me in the stomach, making me fall back on the ground. I start hearing everyone laugh and giggle.

"What do you want Snotlout?" I say to him.

"Oh nothing, just wanted you to know that no one in the village likes you because you are weak."

"I may be weak, but I have more brain power then you could ever wish for."

"What's that suppose to mean loser," he said sounding pissed.

"It means you don't even have one third of brain matter than a dead fish does," I say while sending him n evil smirk. He soon starts beating me up in front of everyone.

After he was done beating me he drags out the dinning hall and took me into the woods. He tossed me into a trench that was at least a foot deep.

"No one wants a weakling like you around, so why don't you just die," he said right before he left.

I laid there for what seems to be an hour and a half until I got up. I climb out of the trench and start heading towards the Berk. I noticed that it was noon and I needed to feed a certain someone. And this someone is who I can trust with my life and who truly cares for me in this hell hole.

I make it back to the Berk and before anyone could notice me I fix myself up and grab a basket of fish with me. I leave with no one noticing anything. I walk past everyone, then running through the forest heading towards the cove.

As I reach the cove I start looking for a certain someone. Soon start calling his name, "Toothless! Toothless!" After calling his name I get jumped by a certain Nightfury.

~Astrid's pov~

As everyone is having fun, laughing, and talking round the fire, I see the weakling, Hiccup, walking past us with a basket full of fish. I tap Snotlout on the shoulder to follow the little worm. We then slip past everyone an started following.

We start running through the forest, as we do we noticed that we were heading towards the cove. We were starting to get a little more interested about what the weakling was doing.

Once we reached the cove we found some thing outrageous. Hiccup has befriended a dragon.

"Why that low life traitor," Snotlout said. "It seems he needs to know what happens to traitors." He was about to get up and go down there to beat Hiccup to a pulp.

"Hey," I said as I stopped him, "your right he does need to learn what happens to traitors. How about we take this news to his father, our chief, and let's see what happens." Snotlout looks at me and a smirk crept up on his face. We started turning around and running towards Berk.

Once we have made it back to Berk, we asked everyone have they seen the chief. Someone said he was in the dinning hall. We ran to the hall and saw the chief sitting next to the fire. We walk up to him and tell him everything. He looked completely pissed off and started getting other vikings going to the cove.

~Hiccup's pov~

As I am in the cove training with Toothless, have some fun (don't even pervs.), and learning new things, like Dragonese, I hear yelling coming this way. Soon my father coming to me with Gobber, other vikings, and... Astrid and Snotlout. They must have told my father about Toothless, but the question is how.

"Hiccup get away from that beast this instant," my father, Stoick. The vikings tied Toothless up and my father tried to kill him, but I stopped him when I ran in front of him to stop his swing.

"Hiccup! What do you think your doing?" Stoick said.

"WHAT AM I DOING?! HOW ABOUT TRYING TO PROTECT THE ONLY FRIEND I HAVE IN THIS HELL HOLE!"

"HICCUP, MOVE!"

"No, dad."

"You have no right to call me that." That's what made me snap.

"So what, I'm not your son anymore."

"That is exactly what I'm saying."

"Toothless right when he tries to kill you, I want you to fire at the axe to make him drop it. Can you do that for me bud?"

"Yes, I believe I can Hiccup."

Stoick then pushes me to the side and as he tries to kill Toothless, Toothless shoots the axe making my father drop it.

~Time skip~

Instead of killing us, he decided to take me and Toothless to the arena were everyone in Berk came for a trial.

"Hiccup it has come to our attention that you have betrayed Berk by association with this here, beast."

"His name is Toothless and I would appreciate if you didn't call him that."

"YOU WILL BE QUIET WHEN THE COUNCIL IS TALKING TO YOU," I heard Snotlout say.

"Hiccup for your crime we will banish you from the island of Berk for exactly 5 years and in those 5 years you will not have any contact with anyone here and you can't come back until he 5 years are up."

"Great, that means after 5 wonderful years away from this place I can stay away forever."

"No. You will have to come back when the 5 years are up, no objections. You will also send a letter of your return a week before times up."

After the trial, Gobber took me and Toothless to the underground dungeons.

"Hiccup, I know it's hard for you, but you have to stay strong," Gobber says.

"Thank you Gobber. I certainly believe that out of all of the people that I'm leaving behind on Berk I will miss you the most."

I walk in one of the dungeons with Toothless and as when Gobber was about to leave, he was stopped in his tracks by the teens.

"Well, well, well, looky here a traitor," Snotlout said.

"Come on Snotlout you shouldn't treat him like that, he is also our comrade," Fishlegs says. I believe I am also going to miss him as I leave.

"What ever. Hey weakling did you think you could get away with just befriending a dragon," Astrid says. I still can't believe I had a crush on someone like her ( in my case 'a bitch').

"No, but I know it was a whole lot smarter to befriend a dragon than with you."

"Oh is that right. Well it wouldn't matter, because when you leave Berk no one is going to miss a runt like you. Heck, you will probably die out there before the year is over."

"Hey, how about you shut you mouth and leave me alone. You have already got me banished and disowned by my own father," I said as I walk up to the cage a glare at everyone. Their eyes looked frightened like they had seen a demon.

"H-Hiccup..."

"What is it, Fishlegs."

"Y-Your eyes, th-their glowing red."

"So they finally glow scarlet red."

"Toothless, do you know something about this?"

"Yes, I do but we will have to talk about it when we leave."

"Okay bud." I say as I turn back to look at the teens.

"Hiccup were you just speaking dragonese?" Fishlegs says with a shimmer of happiness in his eyes.

"Yes, you are correct. That was dragonese."

"How did you learn so fast. I mean it's a very difficult language."

"How from a dragon of course and that is my best bud Toothless."

"You mean the dragon in the cage with you, what dragon is he?"

"Toothless is a Nightfury."

"What an actual Nightfury. This is incredible, amazing." Fishlegs looked as happy as a child on Snoggletog.

"HEY." Me and Fishlegs look towards the rest of the teens. "Did you forget about us?"

"No, but I would be glad to," I said. "Now would you leave, I want to get up early so I can leave early." The teens and Gobber all walked away.

As I am in the dungeon I think about how everyone treats me. "Hiccup, your eyes are glowing red again." "Oh, thanks bud." I start to calm down as I slept close to Toothless, as he raps his tail around me.
