Nue's POV

When we got to the battlefield, I found Squad 7 and some other guy who reeked with power. "So, that's Obito, huh? That bastard's going to pay for torturing me." I said. "He tortured you? How?" Orochimaru asked. 

"I don't wanna talk about it." I said. "I understand. I'll leave the rest to you then. I'm going back to Karin and Suigetsu." Orochimaru said. "Do what you want." I replied. He smirked at my comment before vanishing back to Karin and Suigetsu.

"So, you finally decided to join the party, huh, Nue?" Sasuke stated as he spotted me. "Sorry to keep you waiting." I said. Sasuke stared at me before noticing I was standing on top of Manda. "Manda? I thought he was dead?" He asked. "I revived him." I stated.

"How?"

"That's my little secret, Uchiha," I turned my attention to Manda. "Manda, I'll handle the rest from here. You go home and rest." I said. "Right." Manda replied and poofed into smoke. "Nue-chan, are you all right?" Naruto asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I answered. "Welcome back, Nue." Someone who looked like Naruto said. "Who are you?" I asked. "Huh? Oh, sorry. I'm Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage and Naruto's father." He introduced.

"It's nice to meet you. Could you bring me up to speed on what's going on?" I asked. "Yeah. Obito was somehow able to turn himself into a Jinchuriki." He informed. "What?! How do you know?" I asked.

"I've become friends with the Tailed Beast. They gave me some of their chakra earlier, so it's obvious to me. I could sense the Tailed Beasts' chakra getting sucked into Obito one after the other. Plus, I've seen Nagato do that Six Paths Rebirth Jutsu before. But he signs he was weaving were completely different. Anyway, he was performing the jutsu to become a Jinchuriki all this time." Naruto explained. 

"I see..." I looked towards Obito as his eyes were wide. "Why does he look like he's about to snap at any second?" I asked. "Maybe he's thinking of a plan to attack." Eun said as I just noticed she was there. 

"What the hell have you been doing out here? And how did you get out?" I asked. "You're not the only one with tricks up their sleeves, Nue. Anyway, the situation we're in doesn't look so good. You got a plan or something?"

"To be honest, not really."

Eun sighed. "Still half-minded as ever I see."

"Hey, you were here the whole time! Don't tell me how half-minded I am!"

I sighed, realizing there was no point in arguing with her, or myself for that matter. I mean, Eun is me after all. 

"We've gotta take him down somehow." Naruto said. "On it." I said as I had the Tailed Beast tails appear behind me. 

"Whoa! When you were able to do that?!" Naruto asked. "When I was three, I trained with each of the Jinchiriki. All except the Nine-Tails." I explained. "That explains why you don't have Kurama's tail." Naruto joked, making me sweat drop. 

"Of all the things you could've said..." I said, bluntly. I sighed and turned my attention towards Sasuke. "Yo, Sasuke. Give me some of your blood." I said. "Excuse me?" He asked, raising a brow. "I know you can hear well. Give me your blood." I repeated. 

"That's right. The Houjuu Clan can manipulate anyone's abilities just by tasting their blood." Tobirama said. "Yeah, so I'll need to borrow your Susanoo for a bit." I said. "Are you going to bite my neck if I refuse?" Sasuke asked. 

"Maybe. Originally, I was going to get your blood by biting your neck, but I don't want to have that much of your blood. Your wrist should be enough." I said. "How annoying." Sasuke said before walking over to me. 

He held out his wrist and I took it in my hand before biting down on his wrist. Sasuke winced as I drank some of his blood, then let go once I've had enough. "That hurt." Sasuke complained. "Good, because it was supposed to hurt." I said, smirking. 

"All right. Now that you've got your strength, time to attack." Eun said, taking a step forward. "No, Eun," I said, grabbing her wrist as I stopped her. "We don't know what this guy can do as a Jinchuriki. We need a plan of attack first." 

"I have a plan: Attack." 

Eun took her wrist out of my hold and ran forward towards Madara. "Eun, don't!" I called, running after her. As we got closer to Obito, I noticed there were some paper bombs on Obito's body and they were about to explode. "Eun, stop!" I said, then tackled her to the ground. 

"Ow! What the hell was that for?! I was just about to attack him!" Eun snapped. "You were about to run into your own death!" I argued. 

"Nue! Get away from here!" Lord Third called. "Hai!" I gave a nod and teleported me and Eun away from them. 

The moment we were out of the way, Eun punched me in the face. "I didn't ask you to save me!" She snapped. "You're welcome." I mumbled as I rubbed my jaw. I gasped when I saw Obito grab the top of Lord Third's head and the upper half of his body turned into ashes. 

"Lord Third/Gramps!" Naruto and I shouted at the same time. "Dad! You couldn't teleport Grandpa Third with your jutsu, too?" Naruto asked. "It's impossible. I can't teleport anything that I myself or my chakra isn't touching directly." Minato explained. 

"Calm down, Naruto. The Hokage are Reanimations. They intentionally attack head-on knowing that they won't die, in order to check out the enemy's moves and abilities. Stop worrying and analyze the battle instead." Sasuke said. 

"Hmph. Smart-ass kid." Eun mumbled. "You sound as if you're jealous of him." I mentioned. "Me, jealous of him! Ha! As if!" She denied. I rolled my eyes. "Wait, but it takes a while for a Reanimation to regenerate, doesn't it?" I asked, in which Minato nodded. 

After the bottom half of Lord Third's body fell to the ground, Obito turned his attention towards us and leaped forward. But he was stopped halfway as his abdomen grew bigger, causing him to fall to the ground with a thud. 

"W-What's goin on?" Naruto asked. Eun laughed as she saw Obito's body was enlarged like a big balloon. "The Ten Tails hasn't completely synched with its Jinchuriki yet." I mumbled. "That's good! That means this is our chance to take him down!" Eun said. 

"Wait a second!" I said, grabbing her wrist. "Don't just attack so recklessly."

"She's right, Eun! Let me take care of this!" Minato said before running towards Obito. As he ran forward, he summoned a clone of himself that had been somewhere else. 

"Gamakichi! Below you!" Naruto warned. "Huh?" Eun and I looked back as Gamakichi stabbed at the ground with his blade. "What happened?" Eun asked. "He passed underground! It's just his upper body!" Naruto informed. 

"Look out!" I warned him. Obito stretched his body forward and had some black thing reach towards Naruto. Thankfully, Sasuke used his Susanoo and stopped the attack. But Obito wasn't gonna let it slid that easily. 

He dashed forward and grabbed Naruto and Sasuke's faces. I saw him doing something with his hands. I didn't know what it was, but I knew it couldn't be good. "Nue! Eun! Restrain Obito! I'll grab Naruto and Sasuke!" Minato said.

"Right." We nodded. "Ninja Art: Shadow Snakes!" We said at the same time.

Right after Minato grabbed Sasuk and Naruto, our snakes wrapped around Obito, restraining him. "Owww... I thought we were going to die!" Naruto said. "Are you guys alright?" I asked. "Yeah, we're fine." Sasuke confirmed.

"Hey, guys! I think we've got a problem!" Eun informed. We looked over at Obito as his body began to expand. "What's happening now?" I asked as Eun and I retracted our snakes. "It looks like he's still unable to use his body." Minato answered.

"What is that?" Naruto asked. "We have to take him down while he's still unable to use his body well." Minato said. "Hey!" Eun warned as she pointed at Obito. He raised his expanded hand and shot something past us, causing it to go off in a small explosion.

"Was he after your clone just now, Dad?" Naruto sked. "No, I don't think that was it..." Minato answered. "Guys..." I pointed at Obtio as some of him was missing. "What? What happened?!" Naruto asked. "He hit himself with his own attack." Sasuke answered. 

"His attack missed. Seems Obito's consciousness is merely clinging to Ten Tail's great power. He barely has any control over it. This time, I'll get the Rasen-Flash Super-Circle Dance Howl Stage Three for sure! I'll create an opening, so you guys can hit him immediately with your strongest combo!" Minato said. 

"If they're going to do that, then now is a better time than ever." Eun said. "What do you mean?" I asked her.

"I'm not usually the type that wants to do this, but we have to fuse." 

"What? Are you serious?" I asked. "Yeah. I mean, the only way we're gonna defeat this guy is if we... you know... work together." She mumbled. "Is that so? Whenever I asked you in the past, you always refused." I stated. 

"Because you couldn't handle my power." She defended. "You seriously have a Tsundere thing going on here, you know that?" I mentioned, bluntly. "Yeah, shut up," Eun yawned. "Now that I think about it, it feels like going through too much trouble just fuse with you. Ugh, I need a nap." 

"Are you serious?!" We all yelled at her. "Hey, I've been fighting just as much as you guys have." She objected. "We're at war, Eun! This is no time for you to be taking a nap!" I yelled at her. "You're such a pain, Nue." She said, lazily closing her eyes.

"Dammit, open your eyes, Eun!" I began shaking her back and forth.

"Sorry, but I can't hear you right now!"

"Stop ignoring me, dammit!"

"The more you talk, the weaker I get."

"Like hell that's true!"

Eun sighed and opened her eyes. "All right. I guess I still have a little bit of energy left in me. You sure you wanna do this? Because we've got only one shot at this." Eun said.

"Yeah, let's do it." I said. "But there's a catch, isn't there?" Sasuke said. "Yeah, there is. With Nue and I fused together, she'll become more powerful. But with the power she'll receive... well, there's a slight chance it'll end up ripping her apart from the inside out." Eun explained.

"I don't care." I said. "What?! Didn't you just hear me?! I just said this could end up ripping you apart!" Eun argued. "I said, I don't care!" I repeated. "I just want this war over and done with. There's no need to lose anymore people. Let's fuse now, Eun."

"Are you sure you wanna do this? Because once we're fused, it'll be a lot harder for us to defuse. In other words, I don't think I'll be able to come out of your body and help you out if you need me." 

"It's all about taking a chance, Eun."

"Chance, or a risk?" 

I could she was worried about fusing just as much as I was. But I think this is the only chance we've got. "We can do this. I know we can. You've just gotta trust me, okay?" I said, holding out my hand to her. 

Eun looked at me, then stared down at my hand before sighing. "If we die, I'm blaming you." She said before grabbing hold of my hand. The moment she did, Eun fused with me and I felt my chakra increase intensely as the Tailed Beast tails behind me disappeared. 

"Whoa..." I fell down on one knee as I started to feel dizzy. "Nue-chan!" Naruto said, worriedly. "It's okay. You're going to be fine. This is the first time we've done something like this, so it'll take some getting use to." Eun informed. 

"It's okay, Naruto. I'll be fine. I just need to take a few breaths." I told him. "Before I forget, your right eye is purple now, so I'll be seeing everything you're seeing." Eun mentioned. "Right." I confirmed before standing to my feet. 

"Hmm?" I rubbed the back of my neck when I felt a sting. "Something the matter?" Sasuke asked as he narrowed his eyes at me, suspiciously. "No, it's nothing." I said, but something on the back of my neck was really bothering me.

Madara's POV

"What are you doing?" Hashirama asked as I set my weapon down in the dirt. "This is getting boring. Time for my pet to return to me." I said, creating a hand sign. Of course, Hashirama didn't recognize it because this was something of my power. 

"What are you doing?" Hashirama asked with a frown. I smirked at his confusion. "You'll see."

Naruto's POV

"Are you sure you're okay, Nue-chan?" I asked. "Yeah, I'm fine. I just..." Nue trailed off as she started scratching at the back of her head. Then, she began to scratch at it even more like it was irritating her. 

"Son of a... What's going on?" Nue murmured as she began scratching at her neck with both hands. "Here, let me see." Sasuke stepped behind her and took her hands off her neck. "It's a seal!" He informed. 

Nue let out a cry of pain before running forward, falling onto her knees. "It hurts...!" 

"Nue-chan!" I ran forward to help her, but Dad got in front of me and stopped me. "Stay away from her, Naruto!"

I looked at Nue as she curled up into a ball on the ground and scratched at the back of her neck some more. She was scratching at it so much, her neck began to bleed as it got on her fingers. Nue grunted, telling me how much pain she was in. 

"She's in pain! Move!" I pushed him out of the way and ran towards Nue. But when I got close to her, she quickly turned around and grabbed my throat. "Nue-cha- Ack!"

I was cut off as she squeezed my throat tightly. "Nue, stop! You're going to kill him!" Dad yelled. Nue frowned at me before looking at Sasuke as he ran toward us with his Chidori charged. "Sasuke, don't!" I yelled at him. 

But he ignored me and struck Nue in the stomach, but she was totally unfazed by the attack. "That tickles." She said before looking at Sasuke with a smirk. She grabbed his throat as well, lifted him off the ground, then threw the two of us over to my Dad. 

"She can absorb electricity, you idiot." I mentioned. "Sure, now you tell me." Sasuke said as he sat up. 

"I don't have to waste with the three of you. I need to get back to my Master." Nue said before flying away. "Master?" I repeated. No way! Nue's back in Madara's control! But how?! When did that happen?!
