"Let's go Briarblaze!" Badgerpaw yowled.
"Okay okay I'm coming." She sighed.
Her noisy apprentice was a little too excited to leave camp. First she was going to show him the territory on the Jungleclan border they would be more friendly. Besides he was already playing in the snow that fell softly down into the grass. "Badgerpaw stay close we might meet a Jungleclan patrol. We don't want them thinking your a kit do you?" His tail dropped a little then went up again.
"Will we get to meet some Jungleclan warriors?" Badgerpaw asked.
"Maybe if we hurry!" She meowed, and then raced off with Badgerpaw running as fast as he could to catch up. His legs were smaller so he couldn't keep up as much. Finally they reached the border panting, Jungleclan cats just came into view, but a look of surprise came upon their faces.
"Briarblaze is this your apprentice?" Asked a blue grey tom.
"Yes this is Badgerpaw, my new apprentice this is also his first day out of camp Grassheart." She replied. Grassheart was with Nightsplash she had gotten her warrior name a few moons ago. They also had a small apprentice sized dark grey tom with amber eyes.
"This is Hawkpaw he is Berrystar and Rosefern's kit, and he is also my apprentice." Nightsplash mewed excitedly.
"Well we'll be on our way," Grassheart meowed.
"Bye!!!!!!" Hawkpaw yowled.
"Bye!!!!!!" Badgerpaw yowled back.

As they trotted back to camp Briarblaze saw Icestorm rush into the nursery with Lakepaw hard on her paws.
"What's going on?" She asked.
"Silverclaw has begun her kitting!" He replied through a mouthful of herbs.                       Authors note:
