I saw one of my classmate her name is trila.

"Precious what are you doing here?"  She asked curiously.

"Nothing just came for a party" I effused.

"Is the party reception here?"

"No I just needed a break" I stated , "Why are you crying ” I resumed.

"I was meant to attend a wedding but I got separated from my mum, now I am lost" She rambled.

"I think it is the same party both of us are talking about, I still remember the way" I replied concerned.

Now I had to go back to the party I ran away from, Just bad luck.

I followed trila to the party. When we got there the wedding  was already over.

I didn't know how to feel at that point in time, should I be happy for my dad or should I be sad cause my life was ruined.

I heard someone calling out for me , I turned back and it was Amanda. I was so happy to see her, I wanted to share my amazing experience with her.

"Precious I have being looking for you?" She shrilled.

"Yah yah yah I have something to tell you" I responded.

"No I want to tell you something first"  She stressed.

I saw she was very moody so I allowed her to talk first.

"Go ahead"

"I am leaving tomorrow" She bellowed.

"What why?"

"Your stepmum said I am not welcome in her house anymore, she said I am a bad influence and   I told you to ran away from the reception.  Your dad agreed with her" She howled.

"What! But you never did such a thing. Where is my dad, we need to talk. That she devil has no right to talk to you like that, she is not even the owner of the house yet she want to drive people out" I huffed.

" No don't say anything, you will just make things worst" she said with tears in her eyes.

"I can't allow this injustice happen, this bitch want to take away my sister, that is what I wouldn't stand for. How can she do this?  She is so heartless." I barked breaking down in tears," I completely and absolutely hate her" I resumed.

"Stop crying if you cry I will cry" She said while squealing.

"When did you say you are leaving again"

"Tomorrow"

"Their is still time to talk to my dad and change his mind" I shouted while running to find my dad.

I searcoh for about three minute, I later saw him, he was talking to Katie.

"Dad,dad I need to talk to you IN PRIVATE" I said emphasising on my last words.

"I'm coming kiddo"

"No now, now, now" I whined.

"OK talk"

"Not here" I replied as I dragged him away," is it true? "

"Is what true?"

"Is Amanda leaving?" I asked.

" Yes, tomorrow" He replied.

"Dad you can't do this, she is my best Friend" I complained.

" She is also a bad influence"

" She is not, it was my choice to leave the reception, she had nothing to do with it" I lamented.

"We have decided and not can change our minds "

"Who is we?" I snapped.

"I and Katie of course"

" She as not even entered the house and she is already driving people out and ruining my life. Who does she think she is?" I said has I stormed out.

At that time I know that Katie only intention was to ruin my life but I couldn't stop her, she had the upper hand in this situation.

" Amanda will go away from me and I will be left along with that she devil, maybe it's for the best ? She will not have to deal with miss bitch and she will have a better life . She can also fulfill her wish of becoming an actress since the wicked witch will not torment her life . She will be happy with her parents" I tried to come myself down by accepting the truth that Amanda is going away.

I later approached Amanda to enjoy the few moments I had  left with her.

It was time for us to go home ,we boarded a plane straight to Ibadon.

The plane took about two hours before we could get to our distinction. I was very moody and tried but I couldn't show it because it will bring back bad memories, so I just used a smile to carry my pain and suffering.

When we got home, Amanda had to go pack her bag for her journey. I just watched her pack ,I couldn't say anything because I was in so much pain I could bring myself to say a word.

I just watched her sleep in silence, I couldn't sleep, I spent the night looking at Amanda's peaceful and wonderful face. She was the best sister  I could ever ask for.
