Chapter Eight - Weekend Trips
The rest of the week went by like a flash for Emerys. All of a sudden, she was enjoying school. Her parents had noticed, her teachers had noticed but just assumed that it was because she was starting to get used to her new school.
But Friday evening had finally arrived and Killian had something special planned.
'Come over whenever you're ready, love. X' His text read.
Emerys smiled and practically leaped out of her bed, had a shower, curled her hair, applied basic makeup and put on a cute black and floral skater dress, leather jacket and heeled sandals.
She jogged downstairs and picked up her trusty black out circle sunglasses from the kitchen counter and slung her overnight bag over her shoulder after packing her birth control pills, having a feeling she was going to need them.
"I'm going to a friend's for the weekend; I'll be back on Sunday." She told her mom.
"Who's the friend?" Jocelyn asked, poking her head around the archway to the living area.
"Regina. She's a friend from school." Emerys lied.
She didn't like lying to her parents, but she couldn't exactly tell the truth. Especially not to her Sherriff mother.
"Alright sweetie. Don't be back too late; otherwise you'll be tired on Monday." Jocelyn warned.
"I won't mom. Love you." Emerys chuckled, vacating the house with a spring in her step.
As soon as she arrived at Killian's and knocked on the door, she was pulled inside and pinned to the wall, her lips instantly finding his.
"Hello, love." He smiled, moving his kiss over her jaw and neck.
"God, you have no idea how long I've been waiting for this." Emerys breathed, tangling her fingers on one hand in his, whilst her other found their way into his hair.
"Believe me, sweetheart." He mumbled. "I do."
She chuckled lowly, allowing her eyes to fall closed and her head to tip back as Killian roamed every inch of her neck and chest with his mouth.
"Let's take this upstairs, Killi." She uttered.
He smiled against her skin, causing shivers up her spine as his scruff tickled her collar bone.
"Very well." He whispered, taking her hand.
Stripped of their clothes and wrapped up in one another, Emerys let her fingertips trail lightly over Killian's back, leaving goosebumps in her wake as he wasted no time in entering her soaking core.
She let out a small gasp as she wrapped her legs around his waist, pulling him into her, moving in deeper.
Teasingly, Killian began to move in and out of her slowly, peppering kisses along her jaw.
"No, Killian..." She whined. "Faster, please."
Killian chuckled against her skin, but complied, going deep and hard, expertly hitting the mark everytime.
Soon enough, the only sounds in the dimly lit room were soft moans, grunts, heavy breaths and the slapping of skin on skin.
Killian gazed over the girl beneath him, taking in her pearlescent beauty as his free hand massaged her breast.
He then took her ankles and placed them over his shoulders, allowing Emerys to feel his full length fill her up.
She let out a loud, satisfied moan as the familiar knot in her stomach began to form.
Killian thrusted into her a few times, trailing his fingers up and down the tops of her thighs, digging his fingernails in a little.
Emerys' fingernails, however, found Killian's forearms, burying them deep in her ecstasy.
"Fuck..." She groaned at a particularly deep thrust.
Killian leaned down, placing his hands either side of her head as he took her in for a passionate kiss. Only wanting more, she cupped his face, quickly moving to tangle herself up in his almost black locks.
"I'm really close..." She panted against his mouth.
"Don't threaten me with a good time." He mumbled, smirking as he picked up the pace.
In no time at all, Emerys' back arched and her head tipped back as far as it would go as she let out the loudest moan she had ever managed in her life, the knot in the pit of her stomach unwinding almost violently as her thighs clenched and twitched against Killian's chest.
"Fucking Hell, love..." He groaned, reaching his climax a few seconds later.
They laid together above the bed sheets, panting and coming down from their high.
"That was fucking incredible..." Emerys breathed a chuckle.
"I'm glad you enjoyed it, love. But our night is far from over." Killian looked down at her with a sneaky smirk on his face.
Emerys raised an eyebrow, placing her chin on her hand, which was resting on his chest.
"What have got planned?" She asked, sceptically.
"Well, after my heart has sorted itself out, I'll be taking you downstairs, where I shall grab my keys, my bag and yours, throw them in my car and we shall go to a yet-to-be-disclosed location." He said.
Two hours of driving later, the pair reached the stunning shores of Bar Harbor.
Killian parked up in the tiny parking lot of a quaint little B&B and glanced over to Emerys.
"What do you think?" He asked, tapping the steering wheel.
"I love it. We never had anything like this in New Orleans. This place is so quiet and tiny." She giggled. "Come on, I wanna go walk on the beach."
"Hold your horses, love." Killian smiled, shaking his head. "We need to check in first."
Once checked in and bags in the room, they walked along the sand, Emerys' heels safely dangling from the fingers of her free hand, as her other was taken by Killian's.
The moonlight lit up the picturesque town like nothing Emerys had seen before. It was stunning.
She looked out over the water, spying the beginning of the tourist favourite spot; Acadia National Park.
The town itself looked as though it were trapped in time. Everything was very Colonial/Victorian and Emerys adored it. The architecture was the only thing about this place that reminded her of home in New Orleans.
"This is amazing." She smiled up at Killian as a shiver ran down her back.
"Are you cold, love?" He asked, frowning.
"A little, but I don't want to go back just yet."
Killian thought for a moment. "Sounds like we need to warm you up then. You're it."
He smirked and made a run for it, leaving Emerys with her mouth hanging open.
"Not fair!" She called after him, kicking up sand as she attempted to keep up with him.
He simply continued to run, laughing his head off as he did so.
After playing what kind of turned into kiss chase for half an hour, the pair resorted to laying on the sand, star gazing.
"I don't think I've played kiss chase since I was about seven." Emerys chuckled, rolling over to cuddle into Killian.
"I'm pretty sure that's my first time." He replied.
Emerys gasped, sitting up a bit.
"I took your kiss chase virginity?"
Killian laughed. "I believe you did, love."
"Well shit, there's a first." Emerys shrugged.
"Time to go back, me thinks." Killian sighed, sitting up. "It's getting late."
"Aye, aye, Captain." She smirked, giving a lazy salute with her index finger.
"Captain?" Killian raised a playful eyebrow.
"Well I remember you said you like to sail, plus your class is almost like a crew, so yeah. Captain." Emerys giggled.
Killian thought about it for a moment and simply chuckled.
"Seems like I'm going to have to come up with a cute little pet name for you now." He said, helping her up from the floor.
At the B&B, they entered their room and properly inspected it for the first time. It was very Victorian-esque, with antique furniture and wallpaper, then a gorgeous bathroom with a stand-alone bath.
Killian took off his boots and plopped himself down on the bed, patting the spot next to him.
Emerys smiled and instantly leaped into his arms, draping her arm over his ribs.
"This is perfect..." He whispered, kissing her hair.
"Isn't it?" She replied, softly. "I wish we could stay like this forever."
She snuggled her head into his and stretched out her limbs.
Killian chuckled.
"I think I've just found my pet name for you." He said.
"Oh yeah?" Emerys looked up at him.
"My Kitten." He smiled, leaning down to place a gentle kiss on her lips.
"I love it." She hummed.
"So... My Kitten." He raised an eyebrow, a small smirk playing on the corners of his mouth. "Would you be interested in making this a semi-regular thing?" He motioned around the room.
"I would absolutely love that." She beamed.
