Jeff's pov:
I'm facing the empty eyes of the Rake. It seems angry and it's holding his injured limb, trying to stop the black blood which is coming out of it. Suddenly the wound heals itself: thing I hate about Creepypasta Demons. It looks at me angrily and it targets my leg. It's plan is clear: it wants to make me unable to walk or run. The Rake tries to bite me, but I kicked it out of my away just in time. I've messed with this humanoid creatures in the past and it didn't end up well for both of us, but still I'm one of the few killers who can say that he has survived an encounter with the Rake. Fortunately for my dear Jane, I was around here, otherwise she would be dead as dust. While the Rake is still bewildered, I give a quick look behind me and I see Jane standing up and grabbing her knife. She then approach to me angrily. I think I'll have to fight two rivals at the same time. I prepared myself to dodge an eventual stab from Jane, when she hits the Rake behind me. It was about to hurt me with its long claws and I was too distracted to notice it.

"Thank you Jane."

"Don't you thank the one who hates you!" She answers, avoiding the Rake claws.

"What? I thought it was over the story Let's kill Jeff"

"A kiss, doesn't heal the wounds in my heart"

"But-"

"Let's postpone the conversation. I have too many unwanted guests." She interrupted me. I know: it isn't a good moment to talk. The Rake persist it's attacks towards us and we have to pay attention and be very careful. The Rake tries to attack me, but it only obtains two stabs from both me and Jane. It tries another few times and then it realized it can overcome two killers without hurting itself. Finally the Rake beats in retreats back into the woods.

"Go eat someone else, you freak!" I shout out to it. I then look around and I see Jane going back to her camp to rest.

"Wait Jane! We need to talk."

"I have nothing to say. Now leave, before I kill you with my own hands." I run to reach her and I grab her from behind.

"You can't continue to hate me if you don't know the reasons why I acted like this."

She looks at me in silence. Silence give consent, so I begin to talk.

"Listen Jane, I killed my parents and your family and friends because I'm insane, very insane. Now I can control it better, but at the beginning I couldn't control myself. There was a reason behind all of the kills, though. My parents always disagreed with me, they wanted me to be more like Liu. Your parents wouldn't have let me see and talk to you because they didn't want their pretty little daughter to see a monster like me. Finally, your friends, well they simply hate me."

"What about my physical aspec?" She asks.

"I only wanted to do you a favor making you beautiful like me."

"Well, thank you very much for making me beautiful" she replies sarcastically "Now go away, I don't ever want to see you again." I'm a bit hurt, I thought she would understand my reasons. I can't decided whether to go or to try again with Jane. She's now laying on the ground, with only a dusty blanket to protect her from the cold, autumnal wind. I have an idea:

"Hey Jane."

"What now?" She says seemed very annoyed.

"I was wondering.....back at my camp I have a mattress. You can sleep with me if you want."

She looks at me

"Not that way." I reassure her.

"Forget it." She answers and she goes back to sleep. I expected this answer, but I have a plan B. I wait for more or less an hour, and when I'm sure she's fast asleep, I carry her and her things to my camp. I only do this to protect her from creatures like the Rake. I lay her down on my mattress and I tuck her in my blanket. I decided to take my spare mattress, knowing that if she wakes up with me near her, she would strangle me. I drag my mattress near hers: "Goodnight Jane" I say as I begin to 'sleep.'
