Max P.O.V

I heard the sirens and people running toward us. They came in and ask me to leave. I refuse to leave my love to them. They put her on a stretcher and I asked them if I could ride with them. They nodded and asked me to call her parents.

"I can't do that her parent are abuse to her and almost killed her a couple of times,"I said remember the talk that she had with her friends. They nodded removing some of her selves on her shirt. I saw so many scares on her arms and my heart broke even more. I was crying again and one of the paramedics put their hands on my shoulder and said,"Don't worry kid, Your girlfriend is in good hands." 

"She not my girlfriend, yet. She thought I was playing with her feelings but would never do that to her. She my world even when I didn't know her name. She means to much to me and here she is laying here on her way to the hospital because she thought that no one cares about her," I said between sods. He was rubbing my back like he been through this before.

"I understand kid. My best friend been like this a few times then he might his wife and he stopped doing this because he had someone. Once she wakes I bet she be happy to see Max I'm sure of it," he said. I looked at him with confuse expression that he knew my name then I remember that it was a small town and I was the star player so of course he will know my name.

We arrived at the hospital twenty minutes after the incident. I sat in the waiting room her friends arrived and saw me with blood on my hands. I didn't washed them yet because I couldn't leave here without knowing the condition of my love.

"Anything change?" said Hannah and Fred in unison. I shook my head while my parents walked into the hospital with them. My mom came up and hugged me and saw the blood.

"It's not mine, mom. I'm physically fine but mentally I don't have a clue?" I said looking at my parents and Sam's friends.

"I'm glad your fine but how are you feeling about Sam have told her?" she asked placing her hand on my head.

"I did but she got mad and upset that she ran off. She thinks I'm messing with her feelings but I'm not. I love her, She my world and my everything," I said with tears coming down on my cheeks.

The doctors came running into Sam's room. I looked over and saw that Sam is awake. She smiled at me and I smiled back at here.

Sam P.O.V

I woke up in a dark room I felt someone hands on mine. I looked over to see Max. The doctors came in and I smiled at Max and he smiled back I love him and I know that he loves me because he said so. How do I tell him? That a question for another day. The doctors was all round me and doing test and other thing that normal doctors do. I kept my hand in Max 's hands. I was scared to be alone. I hate being alone. I was looking around to see my friends but not my parents. I was happy that my parents weren't here. They would blame me for being stupid that I would do this. I didn't have a chose in the matter. 

"Hi Max," I said weakly.

"Oh, Hi my love," he said kissing the back of my hand. I smile at him blushing.

"Sam is going to be fine. She will need some rest when she get home but keep a good on her." said the doctor. Max's parents are letting me stay at their place for the night. I feel all weird right now since the whole incident at the hospital.

-------TIME SKIP---------

It's been a couple weeks since I attempt to do it. I never want to put Max through that ever again so I've been hang out with him, his friends are coming around, and my friends been by my side.

Max P.O.V

I never left Sam's side since that day. I afraid to lose her again. I don't want that to happen again. So, I look after Sam since her parents are never around anymore. Sam's smiling again and happy like it was on the first day of elematry school. I would do anything to keep her smiling and happy. Sam walked past me she wasn't smiling today something must be wrong.

"Sam what wrong?", I asked her while grabbing her wrist.

"What? Nothing wrong just got lot of things on my mind see," She said pulling out lot of homework. I nodded at her looking over the paper. I frown when I saw suicide  on the paper. I was started to tear up.

"Max! Max! Max looked at me. Max,"I herd Sam said then I felt arm around me. I looked  away from the paper and saw her in tears because of me crying. She place her hands on my cheeks whipping away my tears.

"Max stop crying. It alright Max I'm here," she said still whipping the tears.

" I know Sam. I know it just been so hard lately." I said looking at her. I pulled her closer to me and whisper in her ear,"I love you" 

"I love you too Max" she said looking into my eyes
