A/N= Sorry to anyone who was reading this story, but I have not been on this site for nearly two years now. Which is crazy because it doesn't seem like it's been that long. But apparently it has been, now I should mention that there was a time when I was tempted to just delete this and many of my other stories, due to my not using Wattpad in so long. But seeing as how I have decided to start Gossip Girl (2007 version) I am glad that I didn't, because I really did have high hopes for this story. So here's hoping that I will actually finish writing it this time.

Two years after the marriage of Blair and Chuck Bass, Blair became pregnant with a set of fraternal twins, which was a little strange since not only were she and Chuck both only child, but twins did not seem to run in either of their families, not that this mattered to the soon to be mother, as she and Chuck had always wanted a big family. As the soon to be parents drove home from the OBGYN's office Blair looked over at Chuck and said "Since we are having twins, I think we should each name one." Chuck was a little confused about what his wife meant so he looked at her and said "Huh?" "What did you not understand, we are each naming one of these children." Blair says as she placed Chuck's hand on her stomach.
A few months later Chuck came home from the office to find his very pregnant wife in tears, knowing that her hormones had been all over the place lately, had him quickly making his way across the room and pulling her into his arms as he asked "What is the matter, my love?" "What if I'm a bad mother, and our children hate me?" "What? Honey why would you think that you would ever be a bad mother?" Chuck asked her, as he sat down on the couch, and  pulled her onto his lap letting her cry on his shoulder. "Because I am an awful friend! I haven't spoken to S, in months. But the last time we did speak we got into a huge fight over Trent.  I knew he was cheating on her, so I told her, and I may have mentioned that she had not been happy, or in a good relationship since Nate. At which point she told me to mind my own business! And hung up her phone." "Now Darling, I am sure that Serena knows you are just looking out for her. Besides it's not like she isn't hard headed at times, I bet she'll come around once the twins are born. How about we go get some pizza and ice cream?" Chuck says trying to make his wife feel better.
The next day Chuck made it his mission to get in touch with his his stepsister daily, and have her come home before Blair had their twins. It took him a few days, and multiple attempts but he had finally gotten a hold of Serena, and even though Chuck knew that his wife wouldn't be happy with him, he finds himself telling Serena "Blair believes that she will be a bad mother because the two of you are currently in a fight." He also asked her to please come home, Chuck could honestly say that he was more than a little surprised when Serena says "Of course I'll be there!" What the blonde woman hadn't told her best friends husband was that Blair had been right in everything she had said about Trent, and they had broken up.
Blair went into what she and Chuck thought was labor at 7pm on a Sunday night, seeing his wife in pain, had the soon to be new father calling his driver, and helping his wife into their town car. Calling Blair's doctor as they made their way to the hospital, upon arriving Blair was taken to a beautiful room, that looked like a beach. "What is with this room?" Blair asked a nurse who was helping her change into a hospital gown "All of our room are decorated to bring tranquility to our new mother's." "Well that's nice!" Blair says, the woman smiled at her "My name is Rose, and I'll be your nurse, so if you need anything feel free to call me." Rose says as she hands Blair a little box with a call button on it, before helping her get comfortable on the bed. Rose was about to leave the room, as she said "I'll go and find your husband."
A few minutes Chuck entered his wife's hospital room, to hear Blair asking "What took you so long?" He could tell that she was clearly annoyed with being left alone for so long. "I was waiting on...." Chuck said as he opens the door, smiling as a tall blonde woman, who says "Hello B, I've missed you so much!" as she ran over to hug the soon to be mother, who was laying in a bed, with an IV in her arms. "Oh my GOD! Serena!" Blair says very excited to see her best friend. Chuck couldn't hide his smile as he watched his two favorite women in the world share a hug, and a laugh. "While I understand that the two of you have a lot of catching up to do. But I want you to call the nurse the moment you feel any pain." "Yes, dad!" Blair says before going back to talking with her best friend. It was actually Serena who said "As much as I hate to admit it , but Chuck is right, you should probably be resting. So I am gonna head over to my hotel, and I'll come back first thing in the morning."
Serena says before hugging both Blair and Chuck before leaving the room.
Serena waited until she was outside Blair's hospital room before calling a taxi to take her a few blocks over to the apartment that she used to share with her now ex boyfriend. So she could pack up her some of her belongings, Serena wanted to have all of her things out of Trent's apartment before he and his band got back to the city, but first she needed to find a place to stay. Her mother had offered to let the young woman stay with her in the house where the family had lived for a few years now, but Serena knew that staying with her mother could be a hassle. Which is why she decided to call her brother, Eric (who was now a real estate agent) and see if he knew of any inexpensive apartments. Of course Eric would not hear of this, which is how the young blonde found herself moving in with Eric, and his husband.
Over the next few days Serena found herself splitting her days in thirds, she spent a few hours sorting and packing up her stuff from Trent's. Agreeing to to stay with Eric meant that Serena only had so much space available, so she took extra time to sort out her things and only take the things that she really needed or wanted. Then she would spend a few hours at Blair and Chuck's apartment, waiting patiently with the couple for Blair to actually go   into labor and have her children, this is how Serena ended up getting herself a job at one of Chuck's smaller hotels. Then at night she would go back to Eric's and spend time with her brother, his best friend, and Eric's husband.
