'The battle between (Y/N) the challenger and Viola the gym leader, will now, begin!' The referee announced. I somehow began to feel nervous. 'Relax, okay. Relax.' I said to myself, my heart pounding slightly.

Being nervous was normal, well at least I thought. This was my first ever Kalos Gym Battle after all. I need to do my very best.

'Each side will have to use two Pokemon, and the battle will be over when either of the trainers Pokemon will be able to continue. Only the challenger may substitute Pokemon.'

'Better watch out, (Y/N)! My eyes are always on the victory.' Viola said, holding up her PokeBall, prestigious.

'Surskit, GO!' She shouted.

A small four legged bug appeared. 'Surskit!' It squealed.

'What is that?' I questioned, holding up my brand new Dex.

'Surskit, A skater Pokemon. Surskit can walk on water as if skating. It attracts its prey by the sweet aroma it produces.' The Dex said.

'Alright. My first Kalos Battle, here I come!' I whispered to myself.

'You've got to be lucky, Pikachu. GO!' I smiled. I have an advantage, because Surskit is bug and water type. Oh Yeah!

'THE BATTLE BEGINS!' The referee shouts. My tummy feels funny.

(A/N: Bold letters are your lines and Italic Viola's [ cuz I'm lazy to write who said what] )

'Start with Quick attack!'

'Use Protect!'

'Gr... Iron Tail!'

'Dodge it!'

Surskit Dodges the attack and goes round Pikachu. Wait, the same happened with Ash, didn't it?

'Focus, Pika. ElectraBall!'

'Ice Beam, Surskit.'

AHA! Got it. She's using the same attacks! But why?? *BOOM* There was a big explosion due to the attacks.

'My sister's very powerful. Defeating her isn't easy! Better not underestimate her, (Y/N)!'

'This is it! Use Ice beam on the field!'

'Watch out, Pikachu!' Pikachu fortunately dodges.

Better use your imaginative superpower, (Y/N)... focus...what now?? I close my eyes.

By the time I open them, the battlefield's frozen. What the...

Pikachu's tiny feet began to wriggle. 'Pikachu...Pikaaa...'

Suddenly, I had a brilliant, brilliant idea.

'DIG YOUR TAIL INTO THE GROUND AND USE THUNDERBOLT!'

'YEAH! GO (Y/N)!' I heard someone shout. I turned my head, and saw Bonnie cheering for me I smiled with determination and held out my thumb. Within a blink of my eye, the battle field was normal, but wet. Pikachu and Surskit both have advantages in this field. Well, well. I am gonna use my advantage first.

'Pikachu, Thunder bolt!' According to my logic, water conducts electricity... so yeah.
Without touching Surskit, Pikachu was able to knock out Surskit...! Pikachu jumped and joy and I smiled.

'Humph, Defeating Surskit doesn't mean you've won. Go Vivillon!'
'Vivviillonnn~~' A butterfly pokemon appeared out of a pokeball.

(You have defeated Viola and won the Bug Badge)

[1:32 P.M , Outside Santalune Gym]

(THIRD PERSON P.O.V)

(Y/N) looked proudly at her badge she just won. Earned, she could say.
Thoughts and excitement ran wildly in her mind. She stared deeply at the bronze and gold badge.
She, (Y/N) (L/N), an ordinary girl from Viridian City, Kanto, where she was today?
"Kalos. Where Dreams come True."

And what brought her here?
Desire, destiny, passion, belief and love for Pokèmon.

A small smile appeared on her face.
'Our first badge, Pika.' Pikachu smiled, and did her thing, hopping on (Y/N)'s shoulder.

'Our first badge!' She exclaimed, as if it just struck her. Pikachu was familiar to this kind of behaviour, so she joined in the late-celebration.

She smiled at her Pikachu, and pulled out a small box out of her bag and proudly, but carefully put the badge inside, as if it were a small baby.

She sighed contentedly.

And her tummy ached.

She made a face as if a cactus was growing inside her tummy. She definitely knew why. She was hungry.
Pikachu looked at her confused.
'Aren't you hungry?'

Of course Pikachu was, after all, who doesn't feel hungry after a gym battle?
(Y/N) clutched her stomach. 'We really need to go somewhere to eat.'

=====(time skip)=====

(Y/N) sat heavily on the small table of the Santalune Pokè centre. She ordered some... you know, food for herself and Pokepuffs for Pikachu.

"Oh god, I almost forgot!" She rubbed her forehead. "Come on out, guys!" She threw her pokeballs in the air.

An orangish-red fluff ball, a small figure with green silky hair, A small blue figure, and a colorful bird appeared in a blink of an eye.

"Here, have your 'puffs!" (Y/N) said and her Pokemon, Fenniken, Chatot and Meloetta began munching on the colorful buns with Pikachu.

(Y/N) cupped her face and and leaned on the table, watching her Pokemon eat. She smiled. Her food arrived and she began eating.

She slurped loudly on the noodles, her chips made a crunching sound as she ate. In short, she was devouring the meal and thought how lucky she was that she had no companion to share her precious food with.

She finally ate the dessert and her Pokemon was clinging on each other while they played and she raised her eyebrows at their behavior, hoping they would notice her expressions and stop doing... whatever they were doing.

When it was almost an hour, she booked a room at the center and decided to explore Kalos with her Pokemon. Well, what was NOT there in Kalos? Delicious food, beautiful scenery, technology, New freaking Pokemon, AND most important, new opportunities !!

Her eyes filled with hope."AH!! I can't wait to explore and get to know Kalos more. Lets go, m'dudes and dudettes!" She dragged her pokemon out.

What was more there in Kalos? (Y/N) Clicked photos with her Pokemon with crazy accessories in the photo booth. She relaxed at the enormous fountain at the square, eating ice cream. She ran in the open ground of Kalos. She climbed up a hill to get the most beautiful view of the beautiful Santalune city.

She opened her mobile GPS.

"There's more left!" She exclaimed. As same as her, her Pokemon were not tired! "What's more,"she thought, and bam! Here's a location.

The Rose Garden!

Yey Im not dead! I'm alive m'dudes and dudettes lol.
