on the ride to where ever we were going, they told me to go with xy, vertigo, and rocky.

steel, destiny, beanie, were going together. i was confused.

"when we get out of the car, i want you guys to go left and the others with me go right. xy you have the lighter?" steel says.

xy nods, still gazing down at the lighter. his black hair went low in his eyes, and hid his face.

"matches." rocky says, raising them up for us to see.

steel raises his thumb up.

vertigo grabs my hand, and we run fast paced along side rocky and xy.

i look around in the night and see few people on this street. we make our way behind the building to a large wall that was freshly painted a tan color.

"it was just painted a few days ago." rocky mumbles.

he gets out the spray can and so does vertigo. xy flickers his lighter quickly as if his adrenaline was already too high.

rocky begins to spray paint on the freshly painted wall and i stare in shock.

i got all dressed up to do this?

"this is illegal..." i mumble.

xy snickers and vertigo laughs quietly.

"duh that's why we are sneaking." Vertigo says, as she spray paints the words 'FUK YOU' in bold black painted letters.

all i could do was stand there along side xy and hear paint being sprayed and his lighter flickering.

he laughs under his breath. as they finish, they back up to take the big letters and shapes in. i swallow. if we got caught at this moment, i'd be in jail.

what would he think about me doing this?

i walk a little ways off and look down the street. there was nobody in sight. what was steel and the others doing? the same thing?

then i hear a yell and i turn around to see bright orange. a fire. i run over to vertigo that was standing at least a foot a way from the fire. xy was gone and rocky was nowhere to be seen, all we could hear were screams.

my eyes look everywhere for him but he was just nowhere. vertigo tried to grab my hand to make me leave because the fire was nearly at my feet.

"rocky?!" I scream. vertigo looks around frantically.

"shit this wasn't supposed to happen!!" vertigo says, as she grabs my hand.

we could hear sirens coming quick.

"leave them! it's fixing to explode. we have to go now!!" She screams over the raging fire.

vertigo tugs at my hand but i couldn't move. did i want to die this bad? did i even care about rocky and the others?

a loud sound rings my ears and i fall to my feet. heat surrounds me and so does loud sounds. voices? i close my eyes, and let the heat take me.
