" What do you mean your not going?" Says Isabelle. She was banging on Jace's room door. She wanted yet again for them to go to karaoke night at Java Jones, she always manages to get them to go, but Jace wouldn't come out of his room all day. It was really starting to annoy her.

" I mean, I ain't going, and you can't make me." Says Jace.

Isabelle growled in anger. " Why not?" Says Isabelle.

" I have my reasons."

" That's it. Jace Herondale, you open this door now before I break it down and drag you there myself!!" Shouted Isabelle.

Jace groaned. " Fine, wait in the front room. I'll be out in a minute." Says Jace.

" Fine." Says Isabelle. She then turned and walked to meet the others in the front room. Alec was leaning against the wall, talking to Magnus, who was siting on the couch with his feet propped up on the coffee table. Clary was talking to Simon.

Isabelle got mad when she saw Magnus's feet on the table. " MAGNUS BANE, FEET OFF THE TABLE NOW!!!" She yelled, startling Magnus. He looked at her and sat up, pulling his feet off the table quickly. " Good."

Magnus looked wide eyed at Alec, who right now was trying so hard not to laugh. Magnus smiled and started laughing himself , causing Alec to start laughing.

Then Jace emerged from the hallway and walked up to them. He was wearing a hat. Alec sighed. " Jace, what's with the hat?" Says Alec.

" What I can't wear a hat?" Snapped Jace.

Alec put his hands up. " Sorry, it's just, your Jace Herondale. You don't wear hats." Says Alec.

" I have my reasons." Says Jace.

" Your hiding something." Says Isabelle.

" No, no I'm not." Says Jace.

" Remove the hat Jace." Says Alec.

" Nope, I will never remove the hat." Says Jace.

" Yes, you will." Says Magnus snapping his fingers. The hat disappeared, Jace quickly covered his forehead with his hand.

" Now remove you hand." Says Isabelle.

Jace glared at Magnus. " No fair with the magic thing." Says Jace. Magnus just grinned.

" Move your hand. Says Alec.

" Fine, just don't laugh." Says Jace. They nodded. He slowly removed his hand.

" What's wrong?" Says Clary.

" I have a zit on my forehead. You don't see it?" Says Jace.

" No we don't see it." Says Clary.

" Really Jace? You were freaking out over a zit?" Says Isabelle. Jace nodded.

Isabelle started laughing. " In sorry. I know I said I wouldn't laugh but I can't help it." Says Isabelle.

The others were trying not I laugh. Jace sighed. " Fine, go ahead and laugh. I know you want to." Says Jace.

Just as he said that everyone burst out laughing. " Jace, that zit is unnoticable. Your fine." Says Alec after he finally stoped laughing.

Jace smiled. " Really." Says Jace. Alec nodded as did the others. " Ok, in that case, let's go."

They nodded and left for the Java Jones. Soon they were there and everyone but Simon had sung a song. " So Simon, what song are you going to sing?" Says Isabelle.

" Little Wonders by Rob Thomas." Says Simon.

" Wow, that song is perfect." says Isabelle. The others nodded in agreement. Soon Simon had the mic and went up on stance and the music started.

" Let it go, let it roll right off your shoulders, don't you know, the hardest part it over, let it in, let you clarity define you in the end, we will only just remember how it feels.

As Simon finished the entire place broke out in claps and cheers. Sinon set the mic down and walked back over to the others. Isabelle hugged him. She looked at him. " Simon, that was beautiful." Says Isabelle.

Instead of replying Simon kissed her. Isabelle smiled when he broke away. " Now, let's enjoy ourselves and have fun." Says Isabelle.

" I'm good with that." Says Alec.

 The others nodded in agreement, they sat down at the table, and like that family, friends, and couples hung out, sang some more and enjoyed each other's company, and that's what made this night truely perfect.
