" GUYS, WHERE ARE YOU!!!" Yelled Alec. He was in a weird stone building, everything was pitch black, Alec couldn't even see his hand in front of his face. " GUYS!!!" 

He ran fast, not sure where he was going, and praying he didn't run into a wall. He turned a corner and slipped on something and fell to the ground. He felt it, it was wet and sticky, he lifted his fingers to his noes and sniffed. It had no smell.

Alec stood up and tried calling for the others again. " GUYS WHERE ARE YOU?!'" Yelled Alec, but yet again no response.

Alec got up and started walking forward. He felt the the presence of someone behind him, he started walking faster. His footsteps echoed trough the empty halls, then came a laugh Alec knew all to well. Fear tore through Alec and panic coated his mind, he had to get out of here. Now.

" Run little Shadowhunter." The voice bounced off the wall. " Run like your life depends on it. Cause it does."

Just as Alec turned the corner a huge blast of power hit him and he went flying, Alec hit the wall with unimaginable force, so hard he broke through it and rolled to a stop on his stomach. Alec made no sound.

There was ruble all around then, and dust coated his body. Alec made no effort to get up quickly, he knew he had no chance of escaping, so instead he pushed himself to his feet and pulled out his seraph blade.

" Oh Alexander, why must you always resort to violence?" The voice came from all around. Alec looked to the side. Then the seraph blade was yanked from his grasp.

Alec gasped involuntarily and backed up a couple steps, only to be shot in the back by a huge spark. It hit him in the back and spread across his body like lightning, as Alec hit the ground he screamed. His body twitched as the rest of the spark rolled off his body onto the stone.

Alec tried to get up again, but this time the front of his shirt was grabed and he was yanked up, now facing his attacker. Then the guy opened his eyes. Alec gasped in fear and his eyes went wide. " N-no, I-it can't be, Jace, h-he killed you. Your dead. This is just in my mind!"  Yelled Alec.

He stared into the evil glowing blood red eyes of Evan. Evan tossed Alec to the side as if he weighed nothing. Alec hit the ground hard and coughed. He looked at Evan. " Am I Alexander? AM I? HUH?!!" Yelled Evan as he walked closer and closer. 

Alec scooted away each time Evan got closer. " Yes Evan, your dead. I know your dead, I saw you die." Says Alec.

" Did I die? If I did then why am I here? You want to explain that to me? Cause if I was dead how could I do this?" Says Evan.

He rushed forward and his foot connected with Alec's rib cage. Alec winced, but made no sound. " How would I have been able to do that if I was dead?" Says Evan.

" You can't kill me Evan, this is all in my head, you can't kill me or my family." Says Alec. He stood up and looked at Evan.

" Oh I don't have to kill you." Says Evan smiling evily.

" What do you mean?" Says Alec.

" You didn't let me finish. I don't have to kill you." Says Evan walking towards Alec. " Cause your already dead."

Alec looked at his side feeling something wet leak down his side. Lights flared on all around them. Alec then realized the stuff he slipped in earlier was blood. His blood.

Alec saw a dagger was deep in his side. He pulled it out and grew weak fast. He fell to the ground, as his vision dimmed all he saw was Evan lunge for him with a dagger.

Alec woke with a start. He sat up fast looking around the room. His body was trembling as he realized it had all been a dream. He was fine, his family was fine, everyone was fine.

Alec ran a hand through his hair, got up and went to the kitchen for a small snack. He found isabelle in there eating some ice cream. " Can't sleep?" Says Alec.

Isabelle looked over and smiled. " No not really." Says Isabelle.

" Same here. I keep having the same nightmare." Says Alec. Isabelle grabed a spoon and another pint of ice cream and gave it to Alec. 

" Eat and tell me all about it." Says Isabelle.

Alec sat and started eating, he told her everything that happened in the dream. When he was done she spoke.

" Yikes. " says Isabelle. She set her spoon down and looked at him.

"  Yikes? Really that's all you can say? Izzy this dream keeps happening, what could the dream mean?" Says Alec.

" I don't think it means anything. Some dreams happen like that, their rea curing dreams. I've had the same, but after a while they were gone." Says Isabelle.

Alec nodded and went back to bed after he finished eating. Sure enough Isabelle was right. He only had the dream a few more nights before it was gone for good, and Alec was finally able to sleep in peace.
