Alec and magnus followed Evan as he lead them back to where he had been holding Jace and Alec. When they were in the front room Alec spotted Jace . For some reason Evan sat him up in a chair, but he was still unconscious.

Evan walked up to Magnus and brought out a slip of paper and handed it to Magnus. " This is the spell.  Learn it." Says Evan.

Magnus nodded and took it. Evan then walked till he was close to Jace. Magnus read the spell. Alec was nervous. If anything happened Evan could go for Jace first.

" Ok, I read the spell a few times. Now what?" Says Magnus.

Evan grinned. " Now we test it." Says Evan.

" And just how are we going to do that? There's no one here to test it on." Says Magnus.

Evan laughed. " Sure there is." Says Evan. He walked till he was behind Jace. " We have him, and I know you would never do the spell on Alexander, so he's all that's left." 

It then felt like Alec's heart was in his throat. Fear slowly spread through his body. They can't do Jace, they can't, they just cant. I won't allow it. Thought Alec.

But those thoughts were pointless. Magnus was about to say no when four huge guys grabbed Alec, three held his arms high behind his back, there were arms wrapped around his chest keeping him still and a blade was pressed to his throat. " MAGNUS!!" Cried Alec.

Magnus kept looking at Evan. " I don't recomend saying no. It would cost you his life." Says Evan with a evil grin.

" Let him go." Says Magnus.

" Answer my question first."says Evan.

Just as he asked that Alec's arms were yanked higher and the blade pressed deeper to his throat. Alec let out a hiss of pain. " Fine I'll do it, just don't hurt him. Please?" Says Magnus.

Evan laughed and called his hands together. " Good, lets get started." Says Evan. He touched his hands to Jace's temples and they glowed red. Jace gasped in sharp and his eyes snapped open.

His head snapped up and he looked around. Then he spotted Magnus, then his Parabatai. Jace's eyes went wide. " ALEC!!!" Yelled Jace. He tried to get up and rush forward to help him but was quickly held back by three guys with blue glowing eyes, just like the ones holding Alec back.

Jace tried fighting. " Jace please don't fight?" Says Alec. Jace looked at alec confused. " Please Jace?"

Jace nodded and stoped fighting, his chest was heavy with each heavy breath. Evan was laughing. " Wow, now that was funny, but we have no time for this.  Let's get on with the spell Magnus." Says Evan.

" Spell?" Says Jace. 

" I'm sorry Jace. I'm so sorry, he threatened to kill Alec if I dont. I have no choice." Says Magnus walking forward. 

" Wait, please don't do this to him, please?" Says Alec. He was now begging for them to leave Jace alone. To not do this to him, to anyone.

" Do what to me? What's going on?!" Says Jace.

Evan grinned again. " Come on Magnus, if I have to ask again Alexander dies." Says Evan.

Magnus nodded. " I'm sorry Alexander." Says Magnus. Magnus and Evan got in from of Jace. 

" ALEC WHAT ARE THEY DOING?!!" Yelled Jace. He started fighting again, but Evan had even more guys hold him down. 

Evan's hand started flowing red, Magnus's blue, and together they started chanting the spell. Alec screamed for then to leave Jace alone. He fought with all his power but he was no match for these guys. They yanked his arms even higher. Alec cried out this time, in both fear and pain.

They started chanting louder and put their hands forward and a blast of magic shot out and hit Jace. Jace screamed, it was a loud scream, filled with agony and fear, but they just kept on.

" NOO! DON'T DO IT!! PLEASE DON'T?! NOO!!!" Yelled Jace. Fear corsed through every single word.

Alec screamed again. " JACE NOOO!!! STOP, PLEASE STOP!!! LEAVE HIM ALONE!!" Cried Alec, but his yells were pointless. They just kept on, Jace only screamed one more time before they finally stoped. 

They moved out of the way and looked at Alec who was still fighting. His heart was pounding in his chest, his blue eyes were filled with nothing but fear and panic for both Jace and his own life. Guilt filled Magnus. He closed his eyes and looked away, his head down.

" Don't worry Alexander, he will still remember he's you Parabatai, he will remember everything. But he won't remember I'm the enemy. He will only think of me as his boss, and if you don't do the same we will just do the spell on you. Understand?"says Evan.

Alec growled. He tried fighting once more. " I will never call you my boss. Your a coward, a freak. I HATE YOU!!" Yelled Alec.

" Please Alexander, I don't want to have to do the spell on you." Says Magnus.

Alec glared at him. " I don't care. That was my Parabatai you just put that spell on, how could you do that Magnus?! HOW COULD YOU?!" Yelled Alec.

" I'm sorry Alexander, it was do the spell on him or they kill you, and I could never just sit there and watch as they killed you." Says Magnus.

Alec screamed in anger and fought. He knew it wasn't Magnus's fault. He just angry. He would apologize later if he ever got the chance. 

Evan  went to say something, but just as he did Alec freed his elbow reeled back and hit the guy who was holding the blade to his throat in the noes. The guy stumbled back and held his face. Alec managed to get free by slipping his leg underneath another guy and kicked his feet out from under him. He then turned and punched another in the jaw, took the blade on the ground and slammed it into another guys jaw and spun just as the guy hit the ground, he stuck the blade out and it stoped right at A guys throat right below the chin.

Alec gasped. It was Jace. He liked normal and perfectly fine, all for one thing. His eyes were blood red just like Evan. Alec gasped again involuntarily.

Evan took a step forward. " That's right Alexander. Your Parabatai is now mine to control." He stuck out his hand towards Alec and Jace did the last thing he thought he'd do.

Jace charged him.
