The other stated with wide eyes at Alec. " Alec?" Says Isabelle slowly walking towards Alec and stoped in front of him.

Alec gave a small smile. " Hey Iz." Says Alec.

Isabelle smiled and laughed in relief as she grabbed him in a tight hug. " Alec, by the Angel, I'm so glad your ok. Where have you been?" Says Isabelle.

Alec hugged her back. " Yes I'm ok, and I'll explain everything latter." Says Alec.

Isabelle backed up holding onto his shoulders. " Alec where's Jace?"

" He's fine, in sorry, I'll talke to you guys latter, but for now I really need to talk to Magnus. Alone." Says Alec.

Isabelle nodded as backed away. Magnus then walked up to him. " Hey Magnus. Uh we need to talk. Alone." Says Alec.

Magnus looked back at the others. " We're going to my flat. Let me know if you need us." Says Magnus, they nodded. He then led Alec to his flat and into the den. " Ok what do you need to talk to me about?" Says Magnus.

" About why I was kidnapped." Says Alec.

" Ok." Says Magnus.

" Ok um, well it's a little hard to explain. Here let me start from the beginning." Says Alec.

They sat down on the couch and Alec started telling him everything, from training in the training room, to riding in the back of the truck, to being in the cell and them taking Jace to now.

" So this Evan guy kidnapped you and Jace and used Jace as a incentive to get you to get me to help Evan with something that requires two Warlocks?" Says Magnus.

Alec nodded. " Yes." Says Alec.

" Well did he tell you what he wanted me to help him with?" Says Magnus.

" Yes."

" Then tell me." Says Magnus. Alec looked really nervous and scared. He bit his bottom lip and looked at Magnus. " Please Alexander?"

" H-he wants you to help him perform a spell he found that will take over the mind of any Shadowhunter of his choosing." Says Alec.

Magnus was confused, it didn't seem to bad. Then Magnus's eyes went wide in realization. " He wants to take over the Clave doesn't he?" Says Magnus.

Alec nodded. " Yes. He says if you don't do it, not only will he kill Jace, but he will kill my family as well, and me." Says Alec.

" What will he do if he has control over the Clave?" Asks Magnus.

" He wants the Clave to do everything for him, and work under his rule, and with the Clave under his rule he... " 

" Can control all Shadowhunters." Magnus finishes his sentence. Alec nodded.

" Why does he want to control all the Shadowhunters?" Asked magnus.

Alec shook his head. " He wouldn't tell me that. Even when I asked." Says Alec.

Magnus stood up and started pacing around. His hands behind his back. " This is bad, very bad." Says Magnus.

Alec stood up and looked at Magnus. " Magnus, what are we going to do?" Says Alec.

Magnus looked at him. " Don't worry Alexander. We'll think of something." Says Magnus.

Alec nodded. " Ok." Says Alec, and with that they started thinking of a plan.

( Meanwhile back with Evan.)

Evan  was silently watching Alec's family while Alec talkes to Magnus. They were walking back towards the Institute. " What do you think Alec wanted to talk to Magnus about?" Says Isabelle.

" I don't know, but whatever it is it has to be bad." Says Clary.

Evan laughed. " Oh it will be bad my little Shadowhunters. Very bad indeed." Says Evan in a whisper.

He back up and took off running towards Magnus's flat where Magnus and Alec were. He ran up the stairs to his flat and waited by the door. He couldn't hear them but he didn't need to, he knew Alec was trying to get Magnus to help him. 

Alec wouldn't dare cross Evan, not when his families life was on the line.

Evan was good at spying in people. Before he attacked Alec a few months back he had spied on him for week.learning his weaknesses and what he would fear. He wanted to send a message to Magnus to show him just how deadly he was without magic, and what a better way to send that message then to hurt his Alexander.

Then he heard voices coming to the door. " So you agree?" Says Alec.

" Yes Alexander, I will do it." Says Magnus.

Evan smiled and the door swung open and Alec steped out with Magnus. " Hello Alexander." Says Evan.

Alec jumped and turned to face him. He then looked at Magnus. " This must be Evan."says Magnus.

Evan nodded. " In the flesh. Now did you get him to agree?" Says Evan.

Alec nodded. " Yes." Says Alec.

Evan grinned. " Good, follow me and we'll get started as soon as possible." Says Evan. He started down the stairs with Magnus and Alec right behind him.
