Clary had drug Jace on a date to the movies. They had gone to see the Night at the Museum. They were walking back towards the Institute. " Come on Jace it wasn't that bad." says Clary.

Jace just remained quite. " Come on Jace just admit it. You liked that movie." says Clary.

" It was ok." says Jace finally speaking. Clary smiled. " For a mundane movie."

Clary groaned. " Really Jace. Fine I guess we won't go back to the movies for a date. EVER." says Clary. Then she started walking faster passed Jace. " Clary wait." says Jace running after her. Clary just ignored him until he grabbed her arm and spun her around. She stumbled forward and almost ran into him.

" What?" says Clary. She was glaring at him.

" I'm sorry ok , I liked it." says Jace.

" Are you sure?" says Clary.

Jace nodded. " Yes I am. " says Jace.

Clary nodded. " fine." Says Clary. Jace smiled and leaned down pulling her closer. Clary smiled and stood taller about to kiss him, but before they even had the chance Jace's phone rang.

" Aren't you going to answer it?" Says Clary. Jace nodded but bent down and kisses her. " I wanted to do that first." Says Jace.

Jace then brought out his phone and put it to his ear. " Hello." Says Jace.

" Hello Jace thank goodness you picked up, I need your help please?" Says Alec's voice over the phone.

" Why what's wrong?" Asked Jace.

" It's crazy here. I'm at Magnus's flat hurry up and get here we need your help now." Says Alec then the line went dead.

Jace sighed. " Come on Clary were needed at Magnus's flat." Says Jace.

Clary nodded and they took off running. Soon enough they were at Magnus's flat and walking through the front door. The second they walked in they heard a yell. " Look out!!!" Yelled Alec's voice from in the den.

Jace and Clary ducked just as a huge glass bowl slammed right into the door where their heads just were. It shattered and rained glass shards all over them. " Alec what the heck is going on here?!" Yelled Jace.

Alec yelped as a vase hit the wall next to him. Alec started to crawl over the where they were. " Magnus turned the cat into a monkey and made the cat really mad, and now the cats tearing the flat apart." Says Alec.

"NO NO DON'T THROW THAT AARRGGHH!!!" Yelled Magnus from the den. Alec's eyes went wide and he took off into the den to help Magnus.

Jace and Clary followed. They looked in a saw Magnus leaning against the wall rubbing his head. He must have been hit hard. Alec was dodging things as he made his way over to him. Then they spotted the monkey.

The monkey was jumping around grabbing things left and right and throwing them straight at Alec and Magnus.

Then Magnus shook his head and looked at the monkey. He bolted up and took off for the back room grabbing Alec as he did. " I need your help I know how to turn him back. Jace, Clary I need you to keep the monkey busy please?" Says Magnus as he yanked Alec into the back room.

Jace looked at Clary. " how do we keep a monkey busy?" Says Clary.

Jace shrugged. " I don't know you got a banana?"says Jace.

Clary sighed and went to the fridge and opened it up and grabbed some left over chicken and went to Jace. " What if the cats just hungry?" Says Clary.

Jace took the chicken. " I'm going in." Says Jace. He rolled into the den and saw the monkey. It stopes throwing things for a split second and that was all Jace needed. He threw the chicken up toward the monkey.

It reached out a caught it then smelled it. It then jumped down and started eating it. Jace sighed with his eyes wide on his knees. " Wow I can't believe that worked." Says Jace.

Then Magnus ran back in and took the chicken from the monkey. " MAGNUS WHAT THE HECK!!!" Yelled Jace.

The monkey started screeching and throwing things again. Magnus started puting something on the chicken then handed it back to the monkey.

It took it back and ate it. A couple seconds later it was a cat again. Magnus sighed and rubbed some of the blood off his forehead. " Well that's that." Says Magnus.

Without a word or question the others started to help him clean the flat. " By the way next time this happens make sure you have bananas." Says Jace.

Magnus smiles and together they cleaned up the flat.
