Hello ! I know this is going to come up so let me address this now !

Yes Jack is 25
Yes Katherine is 15
That is a 10 year age difference and I know that !

I know that it can be a touchy subject especially since this is an arranged marriage.

But I am in no way glorying this !

But with a creative license I did take some liberty in changing things.

I know all the horrible effects of underage marriages.

I INFACT did a project on it , which I entered in a competition and won third out of 261 kids .

Listen , I get if they were the same age it would be a tad better !

But I knew this might make you uncomfortable.

So here's some background information I highly recommend you reading regarding this story :

There was a war in which there became two lands .

Pennsylvania; anything below the back line but above Mexico .

And New York ; anything above the black line extending into part of Canada .

Anyway for years the countries fought with each other .

Katherine and Jack were told to marry to bring the countries together.

Many countries around the world ( their world not ours ) have arranged marriages sometimes the man older sometimes the woman older in order to keep peace .

I'm sorry if this grosses you out but this was me taking play dough and modeling into a story .
