Katherine walked down the hall to the dining room . It was dinner time and jacks meeting with Davey was much longer than expected.

Katherine walked in and saw Medda was there but Jack wasn't . She wished he was there .

"Katherine! I haven't seen you all day .... Where's Jack ?" Medda asked her

"Not sure he was with Davey - there he is " Katherine said as Jack walked in .

Jack kissed Medda's cheek and then Katherine's . Katherine's stomach was filled with butterflies.

"You two I have something I need to tell you " Medda said as Jack sat down .

"What is it mom ?" Jack asked .

"Medda , are you sick ? Are you alright ?" Katherine asked her and holding her hand .

"I'm fine ! Jeez Louise ! No .... I'm fine and perfectly healthy.... But , I'm moving out "

"Mom ! You don't have to do that !" Jack said to Medda .

"I do , your a young couple .... You need your privacy " Medda told them and began to eat her salad .

"No we don't ! Medda please stay" Katherine begged .

"No , I've made up my mind .... There's a lovely flat in the city -"

"Mom your not staying at a flat ! It won't be safe !" Jack exclaimed .

"Tons of parliament live there ! There is tons of guards .... I'll be fine dears .... In fact I'll be moving out tomorrow "

"Tomorrow ? Mom , you can't leave me . I'll have no one " Jack said .

Katherine blinked "I'll have no one " Katherine felt dizzy . "Medda , I'm bet it's lovely ... How far is it from the palace?" Katherine asked her going against Jack .

"About a thirty minute drive... It's got a lovely view too ... In fact from my bedroom window I can see the palace at night " Medda explained .

"It sound lovely .... I can't wait to see it " Katherine smiled at her .

"Mom your not leaving " Jack said .

"Jackson -"

"No ! I'm king and I forbid you from leaving ! " Jack said to her sitting up straighter .

"Oh Jackson stop ! Your 25, your married , you run a country you don't need your mother here " Medda told him .

"Yes I do ! Geez mom ! You have to stay I cant be alone here " Jack said and got up from the table and walked off .

"Jackson " Medda called but he kept walking .

Katherine and Medda continued to talk and all . Then Medda said she was tired and Katherine walked to their room . She hoped Jack was in there .

She opens the door and saw Jack sitting on the balcony , with a glass of whiskey and cigar in hand .

"Hey , are you okay ?" Katherine asked coming to the balcony .

"Fine " he said and took another sip of his drink . Katherine sat down near him .

"Jack , what did you mean that you'll have no one ?" Katherine asked .

"Nothing " Jack said and took a puff of smoke .

"No , you meant something didn't you ? "

"Katherine-"

"You said you have no one , yet I was sitting right there " Katherine sighed.

Jack put his cigar on the ash tray. "Katherine I wasn't thinking I meant that I would have no one to help with all the politics " Jack said and put his hand on hers .

"Oh , okay " Katherine said . Jack leaned in and kissed her . "I need .... To relive some stress .... Wanna help me ?" Jack asked her .

"Jack ....." Double your chances ! "Yes " Katherine said . Jack stood up and put out his hand for her and they walked to the bed .

The sun was coming up and Jack barley slept . Katherine and he had done it like three times that night and he did feel some what better .

He had lied to Katherine... To get her to bed .... He did feel a little bad and all but he sure as hell felt good .

Jack shook Katherine. "Hmmm ?" Katherine mumbled .

"My moms leaving soon , we need to get dressed " Jack said and got up .

Katherine yawned and got up to find herself in jacks dress shirt . She shrugged and walked to her closet to get dressed .

She couldn't find a dress . There were plenty to choose from and she couldn't pick one .

"Katherine what's taking so long ?" Jack yelled and walked in her closet .

"I can't pick something to wear " Katherine said looking at her gowns .

"God Katherine! Just pick something !" Jack said .

"It's not as easy as picking a suit Jack ! I don't want to wear a corset so I have to be -"

"Why don't you wanna wear a corset "

"None of your business "Katherine said and kept looking through her dresses

"God Katherine!" Jack yelled

"Do not take the Lord's name in vain " Katherine yelled at him .

"Don't tell me what to do ! God Katherine your forgetting I'm older than you "

"No I remember that Grandpa !" Katherine shot back and pulled a green dress and looked at it in the mirror with it against her .

"Grandpa ? Isn't that what your others husband supposed to be ?"

"Excuse me ?!"

"Oh don't tell me you forgot your old fiancé ! The king of England ? The 40 year old bastard !" Jack laughed .

"Uh ! At least he wouldn't be as rude to me !" Katherine said and picked another dress . She had changed into her robe so barley any of her leg showed .

"God ! Can't you hurry up !" Jack said .

"Do not -"

"Take the lords name in vain I know mom !" Jack interrupted her .

"Your so rude !" Katherine yelled at him and picked another dress . She looked in the mirror it was a light pink and she though it looked pretty .

"Says the child ! Even your dress is a baby color !" Jack yelled at her . Katherine threw her dress down and grabbed a dark purple dress and went to change .

"Finally !" Jack said sarcastically.
Katherine huffed and threw her robe at him . 

Katherine began to walk to the door and he grabbed her wrist . "Let go of me !"

"No , you don't go throwing things at people . You should know better ! Dammit ! Your 15 , your a queen and you have to understand you can't act 15 you need to act like your 25! "

"I'm acting 25 your not !" Then Jack went to touch her face , Katherine flinched and fell to the floor. He wasn't going to hit her .

Jack bent down to her level and held her face . "I wasn't going to hit you " Jack said brushing a piece of her hair behind her ear .

"My mother would make the motion when she was about to slap me " Katherine sighed .

"I would never slap you Katherine... I'm not like that .... Sure I get mad all the time but I wasn't going to hurt you .... Katherine I can't hurt you .... It hurts me to see you upset and all " Jack said holding her .

Katherine looked up at him and crawled to his lap . Jack put his hands on her back . She cried into his shoulder and buried her face in his neck.
