Sanyukta and vids were now walking through the H&R factory, when sanyukta finds that vids was oddly silent but since it was a busy day she decided not to ask her till lunch time

Once they were having their lunch at the cafeteria, sanyu decides to break the ice

Sanyu-vids, whats the matter..you seem lost, all fine?

Vids just gives a small nod which makes sanyu frown more

Sanyu-did you and parth fight?

Vids-no sanyu...everything is fine

Sanyu(scoffs)-yeah I can clearly see that...vids you know that you can tell me everything, right?

Vids-everything Is fine sanyu, really

Sanyu-fine, if you don't wanna talk to me about whatever it is then ok I wont bug you

With that she starts digging into her food, vids just sighs and puts her spoon down and sanyu looks up

Vids-its about virat bhai, but promise me that you wont judge and you wont tell anyone

Sanyu-why would even judge virat bhai, ofcourse I promise

Vids-he is gay

Sanyukta just looks at her with a not much of a change in the expression

Sanyu-oh, ok so is that what got you so tensed?

Vids-hell no..why would I be tensed about it, its something different

Sanyu-what is it?

Vids-I don't know if I should be talking about this at all coz its not my place to talk about his personal life but I am really tensed about him sanyu and I don't know what to do to make things better

Sanyu-its ok vids, you can tell me...may be we can do something to help him, hmmmm

Vids(takes a deep breath)do you remember how we all thought that bhai was forced to breakup with his girlfriend because of my father...which obviously was the case, just that it was a boyfriend...he told me about how they met and that was the first time I saw him cry after that day....thats when I realized that he still loves that person sanyu....he is hurting even now sanyu and just because of my father

Vids holds back her sob and sanyu who was sitting opposite to her comes and sits next to her and side hugs her and rubs small circle on her hand

Sanyu-shhh...its ok vids..pls don't cry

Vids-I cant even imagine leaving parth at this point, I cant imagine what bhai might be going through

Sanyu-I know vids

Sudenly sanyu's mind drifts off to rd but she decides to concentrate on her friends problem for now and she has got to tell her about her and rd...it felt weirdly good to think like that.

She shakes her head to shoo those thoughts away

Sanyu-what happened now vids?

Vids-sanyu, I think I know who that person is

Sanyu-virat bhai's ex?

Vids(nods)-yesterday I went to hospital with him and I saw him cry for the third time when he saw Dr. Raj

Vids hears sanyu's sharp intake of breath

Sanyu-virat bhai loved Dr. Raj

Vids-sanyu, they love each other but virat bhai hurt him and now both of them are in pain...I don't know what to do to make things right sanyu...I want them to be happy...just because me and bhai were born into that man's family, don't we deserve to be happy

Sanyu-shhh vids, both of you deserve the happiness of this whole world and you will get it

Vids-sanyu, I want virat bhai to be happy...its been years now, he was fine but after yesterday he has not stepped out of his room

Sanyukta was trying to console vids at her best when both of their phone ring, they both share a look and then look at the caller id...vids's mom was calling her while sanyu was receiving a call from rd

They both receive the call at the same time

Rd-sanyukta, wherever you are come to the city hospital, right now and bring vids with you

Sanyu-but what happened?

Rd-just come fast sanyu

With that the call ends and sanyu turns only to see vids as confused as herself

Sanyu-what was it?

Vids-mom called and said that police arrested dad

Sanyu-for what!!!

Vids-I don't know...who called you?

Sanyu-rd, he asked me to come to city hospital, his voice sounded panicked

Vids-whats happening, I am scared sanyu

Sanyu-lets go vids

They rush to the hospital and when they enter they see karan and Natasha at the entrance, they rush to them....they look around and the hospital was a mess....everyone was in a panicked mode

Vids-what happened karan?

Karan-come with me

They start walking, that's when they see a pool of blood being wiped by a terrified cleaner

Sanyu-what the hell happened here

They see everyone they know gathered around the operation theater and vids literally runs to them

Vids-what happened here, why isn't anyone talking

That's when her eyes fall on her brother, who was sitting on the bench but what caught her eyes was the scarlet colour which was now covering half of her brother's pale yellow shirt

She runs to him and kneels down in front of him

Vids-bhai, what happened, BHAI...are you ok

That's when her brother looks up to meet her eyes and she sees the tears streaming down those red shot eyes....soon she realizes something which she prayed with all her might that her assumption would be wrong

Vids-bhai, where is Dr. Raj

And that was it, if she had any doubts earlier, her brother bursting into tears while covering his face with his bloody hands was enough to confirm

Virat(through sobs)-this is what I wanted to avoid, and i-I succeeded for so long...but look what I did...I should have been the one in their in his place...what did he do to deserve this

In an instant both rd and karan were by his side, hugging

Rd-he will be fine vi...I am sure

Virat-rd...he had told me to leave, only if I listened to him...it would have been me

Karan-vi, hold on vi....he is going to be fine

The two friends keep on comforting their friend, while vidhushi was in shock, did her father actually do this and what really happened here? What was her brother blabbering about him being in there instead of Dr. Raj?

Vids was thinking all of this while staring at her brother and his blood soaked dress...its only when she feels that familiar touch of her boyfriend, that she turns around and hugs him

Parth-baby, you ok?

Vids(tightens the hug)-parth, just stay with me....do you dare let go of my hand

Saying that she intervenes their hand.

So, I wasn't planning on updating but mitsy143 asked me for an update as her birthday gift
