Another week passed and the results of the interview were announced, they all got in to one or other company

Vids, parth and sanyu got into H&R, while dev, jiggy and kaustu got into CA industries, they were to start their internship from the coming week and so everyone was busy with completing the portions before that

Vids parth and sanyu were sitting in the café after college

Vids-how is samar holding up

Sanyu-surprisingly he is fine

Vids-huh? Really?

Sanyu-yeah, actually rd sir had told him that night

Parth-WHAT?? He told samar and not me

Vids looks at him as if he was some freak

Parth-what?

Vids-are you competing with samar for rd sir's affection right now?

Sanyu-ok, guys stop, why are you guys arguing, when it doesn't even matters because he is not here anymore

With that being said she grabs her bag and walks out from there

Parth-what happened to her

Vids just sighs

Vids-don't you have to go to work

Parth-yeah, but before that I have to run an errand for karan sir

Vids-lets go then

Parth-hmm

Here sanyu reaches home and throws her bag on the sofa and grabs a glass of water from the fridge and gulps half of the contents down

Sanyu-whats wrong with me, why am I angry all the time?

Heart-because you are feeling helpless

Mind-why?

Heart-because you want to see him

Mind-who?

Heart-oh don't play mind games with me...ofcourse randhir

Sanyu-ok stop!! That's it I am going nuts

She goes to her room, changes and walks out to go to work

She has now taken up her work timing as 6-9, since from next week she'll have her internship from 7 to 5

For 5:30 pm it was pretty dark today, she was waiting for the bus, but she couldn't see any coming. So, since she still had 30 mins and she knew a short cut, she decides to take a walk to the mall, after walking for 10 mins, she takes a turn to an isolated pocket road and starts walking, she walked for another 5 mins through that alley but suddenly she was grabbed by someone and was pinned to the nearby wall with her face facing the wall

Sanyu-aaaaa

Person-keep quiet, coz no one is going to hear you

Sanyu(with a hitched breath)-rajeev!!!

Rajeev gives a creepy evil-ish laugh and turns her to face him and she winces in pain when his grip on her hand tightens

Rajeev-you know what, I love seeing this look on your face, that fear, that tension...oh my god I so love this

Sanyu(eyes welling up)-leave me

Rajeev-ohh really...I thought you never wanted me to leave you

Comes closer to her for which she tries to back away but in vain

Rajeev-oh...afraid much, where is your husband today, you know your savior

Hearing that her tears start falling

Rajeev(acting shocked)-hawww...don't tell me, he ran away with his life too(laughs)

Sanyu-you are hurting me Rajeev

Rajeev(tightening the grip)-ohh I don't mind doing that at all, don't you know? You are a bitch and you deserve this

He was about to hit her and she closes her eyes ready to feel the pain coz she knew, she will not be saved today, coz he was not here, rd was gone and her life has gone back to being that horrible miserable one with lots of pain and hurt.

She was readying herself for the impact of his hit but it never came, instead she felt like someone yanking him away from her. She slowly opens her eyes and sees two men dressed in all black pant and shirt in front of her, one was holding onto Rajeev while the other one was standing in front of her

Man2-mam are you ok

She just absent mindedly nods, not knowing what was happening at the moment, while the other man grabs Rajeev by his collar and drags him out of the alley

Sanyu-where is he taking him

Man2-oh you don't have to worry mam, we will take care of him

Sanyu-and who are you

Man2-hello mam, I am steve

Sanyu-thank you steve, but why did you help me

But steve replied to that question with another one

Steve-mam, would you like to go home?

Sanyu-no wait, I asked you something

Steve-I am sorry mam, but I am not allowed to tell you anything

Sanyu-how does that even makes sense, and why would I trust you, what if you are more dangerous that him

Steve(sighs)-we work for Mr. Randhir Singh Shekhwat

Sanyu-rd sir?

Steve-yes mam

Sanyu-how can I believe you

For that steve takes out a badge from his breast pocket and shows it to sanyukta, it was security badge provided under the name of H&R

Suddenly she forgets about all her pain and with a huge smile she asks him

Sanyu-do you talk to rd sir

May be it was her imagination but she saw a small smile on that grim looking bodyguard's face but it was gone as fast as it came

Steve-no mam

And her sadness and pain was back

Sanyu-ohhh, thank you for helping me, I'll get going now

Steve-sorry mam, but we cant let you leave alone

Sanyu-no its ok, I am fine

Steve-we have orders

Sanyu-no pls, thank you for helping me and I know you have other work to do other than acting as my bodyguard, pls go ahead and do that.

Steve looked reluctant at first but then he nods and leaves, once sanyu was out of that alley

Steve slowly walks to the black Rolls-Royce parked at the entrance of the alley, and the window rolls down

Steve-sir, no major injuries

Harsh-good, next time, there should not be even a single scratch

Steve-yes sir

Harsh-and what are you doing here

Steve-sir, mam asked me to leave and I told her that I worked for rd sir

Harsh-go after her, I don't want anything to happen to her

Steve-yes sir

With a bow, steve leaves and harsh says to himself

Harsh-I won't let my son down a second time

I know it's a small chapter...but from now on the chapters will be of this length and I will only update on weekends coz everything is getting really hectic and I cant find time to write even though I want to.
