Rd and samar were sitting in dominos having pizza when samar says

Samar-I don't like moving around...since that man came in we have to move every third week, I hate that

Rd-its ok champ, she is really trying to look after you at her best, you should always stand by her and respect her decision

Rd-you want to go for a movie

Here sanyu and the rest of her gang was at her new apartment shifting her things

Vids-I really don't know why you have to move from rd sir's place

Sanyu-how can I keep living there vids

Dev-yeah, that's not right

Dev-I know everything vids, but he is our professor, its not right in anyway, I don't get why is he doing all this on the first place

Dev was about to say something but sanyu interrupts

Dev and vids glare at each other and they continue with the work, jiggy and kaustu enter a little late but with their help it all ended early and now everyone was sitting in the living room drinking the tea

Kaustu-wow!! Its really amazing to have a cup of tea after doing so much work

Vids-I think we should leave

Jiggy-yeah, we have to reach hostel too dev bhai

They all leave except dev who was still standing at her door step

Dev-good night sanyu....when will samar come?

Sanyu-rd sir will be dropping him soon

Dev-right

They stand there awkwardly, he starts to move but then again he stops and looks at her

Dev-amm....about....about what I said that day...

Sanyu(cutting him off)-I am still thinking

Dev(awkward smile)-right....ok then....bye

He reluctantly plants a kiss on her forehead for which sanyu stands there rooted on the ground looking at him

Dev-good night....call me if you want anything

She just nods and he finally leaves from there, she looks at his retreating form and she sees samar walking the same corridor with rd, one look at him was enough for her to remember the kiss they shared and she for some reason felt her cheeks burning up...another foreign feeling for her.

They stop in the hallway coz rd talked to dev which sanyu couldn't hear, rd smiled, which was really rare to see on his face and then Dev left and they started walking towards her

Rd-hello sanyukta

Sanyu-hello sir

Rd-is everything done

Sanyu-yes sir

Rd-good

Samar-cmon sir, come in

Saying that samar moves sanyu aside and enters while sanyu glares at him

Rd-no its ok samar, both of you should rest, tomorrow is a working day, you have to go to school

Samar-tch, ok

With that he goes from there and sanyu turns to samar

Sanyu-samar, don't disturb rd sir much ok, he has got other works to do other than taking you on treats and talking to you

Samar leaves from there and sanyu sits on the sofa and sighs

Here rd reaches karan's house and as soon as he enters he could see pieces of clothes discarded on the floor which clearly belonged to a female and he could hear moans from karan's room, rd sighs and moves his head in a he-is-impossible kinda way and goes to his room.

Rd-she hates it....she hates my interference in her life, then I should not do it and dev seems to really like her and I guess she also likes him(thinking about the forehead kiss they shared, yes he had seen that)....i should not try to be a problem between them

He gulps down the water that he grabbed from the fridge before he locked himself in his room till karan's "recreational activity"(yeah that's what karan calls it) is over.

Rd takes a bath and lies down on his bed, that's when he hears the front door open and close and he sits up from his bed and walks out to see karan in only his track pants drinking water

Rd-I am happy that you adjusted for three days without your stress buster

Karan-heyyy...how can I do that when my future bhabhi was in the house

Rd(sitting on the sofa with a sigh)-very funny

Karan(sitting next to him)-heyy I was being serious...tch why did she leave this soon, I already miss her food

Rd(looks at him in disbelief)-seriously dude...you are worried about her food, here I am worried about her and samar

Karan-you should be worried about that because you love her, and if you were to worry about food, then that would sound strange...got it?

Rd-just go to bed already....you stink of sex

Karan-FINE...I am taking my stinking self away from you deodorized self...ok

Saying that he sits on the sofa away from rd

Karan-now tell me whats wrong

Rd-whats wrong?? Nothing is wrong

Karan again jumps and sits next to rd in excitement

Rd-I just feel like she wants me to stay away from her and samar, she once told me to stop whatever I am doing for them.

Karan-is that why you got drunk last night

Rd-I heard dev asking sanyu to be his girlfriend

Right now rd was acting like a nursery kid who was complaining about his best friend to his mother

Karan-what did she say?

Rd-nothing

Karan(irritated)-what do you mean by nothing?

Rd-I mean before she could say something, he gave her time to think over it

Karan-so you drank that beer because of that

Rd(nodding)-I thought I might be able to tell her how I feel

Karan(seriously)-ok now, that was a really bad idea....i am sure all you did was snooze off in front of her which was nowhere near confessing

Rd-I know, ok....but yeah....why did you take me to my room when sanyukta had to sleep there

Karan-I didn't

Rd(confused)-what do you mean by you didn't?

Karan-I didn't come home that night, I was with samar and parth at the hospital

Rd(shocked)-oh my god, it was sanyukta, she helped me to my room....what if I did something inappropriate and that's why she is angry with me(panics)

Karan-dude chill.....just one drop of alcohol is enough for you to get wasted....let alone a can...so chill...all you might have done was to snore in front of her and let me tell you....that's the worst case scenario.

Rd(still half heartedly)-hmmmm

Karan-just go to bed and stop always thinking about letting her go, ok.....and stop whining.

Saying that he pats his back and goes to him room and rd with slumped shoulders stands from the sofa and moves to his own room

Next day

After dropping samar at his school sanyu reaches her college on time and enters the first period, it was pkc's class, they were sitting in the class when vids phone vibrates and she reads that the message from karan

Karan:

Meet me in the café real quick...its URGENT!!!!

Vids rolls her eyes and then tears a paper from her note book, crunces into a ball and throws it at someone sitting on the front row for which he makes a "ow" sound

She at once was out of the class and sanyu was looking at everything as if trying to understand what actually happened

Vids runs through the corridor and out of the campus and in no time she was sitting in front of karan trying to catch her breath

Vids-yeah...even she had a little crush on him when we were in school

Karan-well it doesn't seem like that.....and flash news....our Mr. Perfect here is thinking to back out so that your Mr.Dev and sanyukta and drive off to sunset happily ever after

Vids-arrgh.....its all getting messed up

Vids-will you stop being sarcastic for sometime and stop making those air quotes, its too girlish

Karan-yeah....can you stop concentrating on my "air quotes" and concentrate on the problem in hand
