She grabs her bag and was about to walk out but when she opens the door she saw rd standing in his jeans and a grey v-neck t-shirt and the happenings of earlier today came to her mind and she looks down

Rd looks at her embarrassed face which was reddening up, to ease the situation he says

Sanyu(still looking down)-hello sir

kaustu-what's with her, she is behaving weird

vids gives an evil smirk and walks to the duo standing at the door

vids-thank god bhai that you are here

she holds both of their hands and drangs them inside

rd-what happened vidhushi

vids-bhai, sanyu is saying that she will not come for the alumini meet and we are short of people

rd(to no one in particular)-why?

Sanyu-i....samar will be alone and with his leg in that condition I wont be able to leave(without looking at him)

Vids-bhai, I told her to leave samar with karan sir but she refuses to do that

Sanyu shoots a death glare towards vids and then looks at rd which she was trying to avoid and as soon as she does her eyes on their own drifted towards his lips and she closes her eyes and looks away

Everyone was amazed at her weird behavior except rd coz he was feeling the same thing, every time he would look at her he would want to kiss her and the guilt of thinking like this about his student would slap him so hard that he would want to scream

Sanyu-I would be just worried about him

Rd-if you want I can stay back and look after him, its not mandatory for me to attend the function as I am a special tutor

Sanyu glares at her says a "get well soon" to parth and an awkward goodbye to rd and leaves from there

As soon as she staps out of the room, she leans on the wall and holds onto her heart which was running a marathon all this time

Sanyu-whats happening to me(taking deep breaths)arrgh, you are going mad sanyukta

She reaches her home and what she saw was that everything was scattered on the floor, living room, kitchen, bedroom everything was messed up

Sanyu(panicked)samar....samar

She walks from one room to another but there was no sign of samar anywhere

She starts crying calling out his name, she takes her phone and dials his number but she found his phone on the floor under the sofa

Sanyu(shouts)-samar....what should I do

She had no idea whome to call or what to do, she closes her eyes and that one face comes in front of her, she takes her phone and dials his number but he was taking more than usual time to pick up but finally after what felt like eternity to sanyu he picked up

Rd-hello

Sanyu(crying)-rd....sir

Rd who was driving stops his car

Rd(worried)-sanyukta......are you crying

Sanyu-samar...

Rd-what happened to samar

Sanyu-i....i cant.......i cant find him

Rd-sanyukta, stop crying and tell me where are you

Sanyu(trying to control her tears)-ho....home

Rd-I am coming

With that being said the line went dead

Here sanyu was sitting at the corner of the living room with her head buried in her knees

Rd pushes the door open and as he sees her sitting and crying he runs to her and hugs her as tight as he could and she cries

Rd-sanyukta stop crying and tell me what hepppened...please

Sanyu(head buried in his chest)-samar....he is not here and the house was like this(looking up at him)did they took him

Rd looks down at her, cups her face with his hands and then wipes her tears with his thumb

Rd-they wont do anything to him sanyukta, I promise

She again buries her face in his chest and cries while rd takes his mobile and was about to dial karan when they hear samar say

Samar-di, what happened

He sees her in rd's arms and comes running to her and kneels down in front of her, both rd and sanyu were looking at him shocked and the suddenly sanyu pulls him into a bone crushing hug

Sanyu(crying)-where were you samar

Samar(breaking the hug)-di, you forgot, today was the project presentation at school and karan sir had told you that he would pick me up, (looking around)but what happened here?

She again hugs him

Sanyu-I don't know, I thought they took you

Samar(breaking the hug)-shhhh, di don't cry..see I am alright(looking at rd)thank you sir

Rd(caresses his hair)-I am glad that you are fine

Samar nods, that's when karan enters

Karan-hey champ....(stops mid sentence) what happened here

The trio looks at him who was holding a few pizza boxes in his hand

Rd-whats with all those boxes

Karan(smirks)-our champ got the scholarship

Rd(smiling)-really,come here(pulls him into a hug)I am pround of you(pats his head)

When rd leaves him he looks at sanyu who was still looking terrified

Samar-offo di, aren't you happy about it

Sanyu-I am samar

Samar-then smile for me,ok

She musters up a smile and samar stand up and goes to the kitchen with karan

Samar-we'll prepare the dinner, you go and clean up di

With them gone, both rd and sanyu were left in the room, she tries to stand up but her whole body was so weak and terrified that she was about to fall down but rd holds onto her waist and helps her stand straight

Rd-are you ok sanyukta?

He was worried, he was concerned for her and he was happy for samar, she could see all those emotions in his eyes and with him holding onto her like this, she felt at home, he was her happy place, he was where she felt safe but she again starts crying thinking that what she was feeling was not right, she cant have him, she cant drag him into a mess called her life

Rd looks down at her and she was crying again so he hugs her and at that instant she hugs him back

Sanyu(in mind)-I will let myself be at my happy place for this once, I can let myself be happy for once

Rd-shhh..its ok sanyukta, everything is fine......

He takes her to her room

Rd-you freshen up, I'll be waiting outside ok

She nods and rd was about to walk out when she holds onto his hand and he turns to look at her

Sanyu-thank you sir

Rd(pats her hand holding his)-I will always be there for you both, just remember that

Sanyu nods and he leaves she walks into the washroom and washes her face and then looks at her reflection in the mirror

Sanyu(to herself)-you were not this miserable before sanyu, what happened to you, why are you feeling so dependent on him, don't do this to him, he can have a simple and happy life, don't make his life like yours

She comes out of her room to see that rd, karan and samar were done re-setting the kitchen and were now working in the living room

Samar-di, rd sir said that we are moving out of here

Sanyu(confused)-huh? But

Karan-don't say anything sanyukta, you both can't stay hear until we find who it was who ransacked this place and you both are going to stay at my place

Sanyu-but

Karan-no if and buts, just pack your necessaties

Sanyu just nods half heartedly, she was tired today with all the arguing she did with vids and then all that crying and she wont accept it but she was afraid to stay here and being around rd has made her feel safe and today she wanted to feel safe just once.

They eat their pizza and then they go to karan's house

Karan opens the door for them

Karan-I am sorry if it's a little bit messed up, I didn't get time to clean up

Rd-as if you do that

For which karan shoots a glare towards rd

Karan-amm sanyukta, you can take rd's room(smirks) that's the only place which is clean in this house

Sanyu-no its ok, I can take the couch

Rd-no sanyukta, you can take my room, we three can adjust in one room, right champ(looking at samar)

Samar-right

Sanyu-but....

Karan(yawns)-yaar I am tired, everyone off to their rooms, rd show sanyukta the way to your room

He drags samar to his room

Rd-come sanyukta

He starts walking and sanyu walks a step behind him, he opens a door and a well furnished room welcomes her with a well made bed, his laptop bag was resting on the bed which he takes in his hands

Rd-make yourself comfortable sanyukta, if you want anything, just ask ok

She nods

Sanyu-thank you sir

Rd-good night sanyukta

Sanyu-good night sir

Rd leaves the room closing the door behind him, she looks around to see a suitcase near the cupboard and then she turns to look at the side table where a photo was kept of a woman smiling brightly at her

Sanyu-that must be renuka mam

She takes the photo and examines it closely and then keeps it back

She slowly rests her head onto his pillow and there it was, his smell which shields her everytime she was in danger, the same smell which makes her feel secure, what was happening to her, she had no idea, the only thing she wants is to try and stay away from him as much as possible, but every time she tries to do that she is pushed towards him even more harder

She flips from left to right and right to left and she didn't realize that it was now half past midnight, and she was nowhere near getting any sleep

She flips the covers, steps out of the bed and slowly opens the door to see the hallway was dark but the small night lamps were there to lead her way along the path, she follows the steps and reaches the living room where she sees rd half lying on the sofa with his laptop on his lap

She goes near him sees that he was fast asleep in a rather awkward position which will really hurt his neck the next morning

She lowers herself to be able to hold onto his head so that she could place it comfortably but the moment she touches him he opens his eyes and she gets shocked and moves back which make her hit her leg and was about to fall back but rd wraps his both hands around her torso and she looks up at him in shock, they were too close, and he was looking sleepy yet his eyes were capturing her, she could feel him looking into her eyes and then his eyes were moving to her lips, she knew what was going to happen, he was shortening the distance between them, her hands were locked in his embrace and as he was shortening distance so were her hands forming into a fist,

Sanyu(in her mind)-oh my god, sanyu do something, oh no I cant do, is he sleep walking or something, don't look at his lips, no don't do that...noooooooooooo

But she did and they were now millimeters away....
