Parth was feeling weightless, he felt as if he was floating, he has never felt this calm in his whole life but soon it was disturbed by some light flashing in front of him, he so wanted to just get up punch the person right across his face, who he knew was dev but he couldn't wake up and then he hears an unfamiliar voice from a lady and he freaks out because no women was allowed in their dorm.

Lady-oh my god, he is bleeding

Parth-What are you talking about lady, who was bleeding in my dorm room

Man-ritu call an ambulance, I'll try to stop his bleeding

Suddenly parth feels that shooting pain again and his calmness was gone, long gone as if it was never there

Here karan and rd were exiting from the pizza hut with their pizza order when rd's phone rings

Rd-yes parth

Man-hello, I don't know whose phone this is but we found the owner of this on the road, I think he was met with an accident, we are taking him to the city hospital, your number was on speed dial

Rd(running his hand across his face)-I'll be on my way, please be there till I arrive

Man-sure

Rd-karan, lets go to city hospital

Karan-what happened rd

Rd-its parth

Karan(getting in the car)-what happened to him

Rd-I don't know karan, lets just go

Karan-ok ok fine, calm down will you

Rd-I am fine, just drive fast, ok

Karan-ok ok fine

They reach the hospital in 10 mins and rd runs to the ER

Rd-the person who was brought in just now ,an accident car

Before the receptionist could answer a young couple come to them, the man's cloth was covered in blood

Man-I was the one who called you, they have taken him to the operation theater

Rd-thank you so much for calling me

Man-that's totally fine, but the doctors said that he is critical, and its not an accident case, he was beaten and he was even shot

Rd and karan(shocked)-WHAT!!!!!

Rd-he was shot, I can't understand this

Man-the hospital has called the police but since he was badly injured, they didn t wait for the police, they might be here soon

Rd-I really don't know how to thank you, thank you soo much for finding him

Man-its ok, I ought to do that as a human being

The police arrives but they didn't ask much questions which was confusing everyone so much, they asked the man and his wife some questions like where they found him, what was his condition and then they just left and the couple also left

Rd-whats wrong with these people, I think there is something to it

Karan-shouldn't we tell his family

Rd-wait, lemme check his phone, I don't know much about his family

Rd checks his phone and he didn't find any number other than his own on the speed dial list and he didn't even find his mom or dad's number

Rd-I can't find any number

Nurse comes towards them

Nurse-who is the guardian of the patient, I need the sign of the guardian

Rd does the sign and then goes and sits in front of the operation theater

Rd-I don't know whats happening with these guys, everyone has so many problems, how can they handle all this at such an age

Karan-I know yaar, everything is so messed up

The doctor comes out of the theater

Doctor-he was shot but the bullet just touched him, so it didn't harm him much but his head injury is very severe so we cant say anything for now, we have to wait for 24 hours, we'll keep him in the icu

Rd-thank you doctor

Doctor leaves and karan says

Karan-rd you go and rest at home,I 'll stay, you have a meeting tomorrow, I'll call the others in the morning tomorrow

Rd-its ok karan, I can stay back

Karan-just go randhir

Rd-ok fine, let them shift him to icu, then I'll leave

Karan-ok

Rd leaves after they shift him and karan goes and sits on the bench outside icu

Next morning

Rd goes to him morning meeting and when he reaches the hospital he could see everyone expect sanyukta and vidhushi

Rd-did you call vidhushi

Jiggy-yes sir but no one answered her phone

Rd-hmm

He takes his phone an dials a number and informs about parth

At vidhushi's house

Vids-maa, where is my phone, I cant find it

Maa-I don't know beta

Vids was about to ask for her mom's phone to call her but the landline rings and her mom comes running but before she could pick up, vids takes the call

Vids-hello

Sanyu-vids

Vids-sanyu what happened, why are you crying

Sanyu-vids woh parth....

But before sanyu could complete, the phone was snatched from vids hand and was slammed back

Vids-dad!!!

Dad-I had told you not to hang out with the likes of her

Vids-what the hell dad, she was talking something really important

Dad-I don't care

Vids-fine, I am going

Dad-you are not going out today

Vids-yes I will, who is gonna stop me

Hearing the argument her mom comes

Mom-what happened

Vids-mom, I am going out

As soon as she opens the door she finds the door locked with some of her father's goons

Vids(tearing up)-pls let me go dad, pls I beg of you

Dad-why? So that you can go to that trash of a guy who is now rotting in hospital

Her eyes go wide hearing that

Vids(coming towards him)-what did you do to him dad, what did you do(crying)

Dad-I just made sure that he wont be able to walk

Vids(crying)-parth!!

She runs towards the door but was blocked again

Vids-LET ME GOOO

When all this was happening another voice says

Voice-let her go

Mom-virat beta

Vids(running to her brother)-bhai, pls tell dad to let me go, pls

Virat-get up vidhushi, don't show him that you are pathetic, and no tears can melt the heart of that cold person, get up

She stands next to her brother who was intently staring at their father, he holds onto vidhushi's hand and walks towards the door

Virat-you have done enough damage to my life, I wont let you do the same to my sister(to the goons)move out

The goons look at their boss who signals them to move and virat walks out with vidhushi walking right next to him.

He makes her sit in the car and drives off to city hospital

As soon as they reach, vids runs into the hospital and runs to the reception but karan comes and takes her to the icu

She was running to open the door but the nurse stops

Nurse-you cant go in there, no one can see him now

She looks through the window to see his face covered in bandages, his left leg was plastered and he was taking shallow breaths through the oxygen mask

She keeps her hand on the window glass as if trying to touch him and she starts crying again, she was just staring at him and crying when a soothing hand touches her shoulder, vids turns to look at sanyu who was equally in tears to see both of her friends in this situation

Vids hugs her real tight and starts crying

Vids-see sanyu, this is what I was afraid of, I had told that I should ignore him,look what happened to him, what will I do if something happens to him. I wont be able to forgive myself.

Sanyu-shhh...nothing will happen to him vids, nothing will happen to him, don't cry pls vids don't cry

The whole gang was there and karan went to office while rd stayed back

They were sitting in the hospital canteen to have lunch when rd's phone rings and he leaves from there, rest of then had their lunch and go back to wait near the icu, sanyu takes the lunch for vids as she refused to leave from there, kaustu feeds her while sanyu with another packet, was standing there contemplating her decision. But then again she keeps all those thoughts aside and walks in search of the person she ran away from, 2 nights back

She searches for him everywhere and then she finds him sitting in a room garden which she suppose was meant for the patients, he was rubbing his temples with his hands as if to even out the creases on his forehead, she was about to call him but his phone rings again

Rd-yes Mr.Sharma, no no no, I need that file on my table today, by the end of the day I need that file, do you get it, fine

She was standing at the entrance looking at his stressed out form, she could see how lonely he was from inside, she don't know why but everytime she sees him she feels like she knows him from before, as if she knew what he was going through.

She enters the room and walks towards him who was resting his head back with his eyes closed

Sanyu-sir

He opens his eyes to see sanyu standing in front of him

Rd-ahh.. sanyukta, come sit

She sits next to him

Rd-how is vidhushi holding up

Sanyu-not so good, she is broken

Rd-she had her lunch

Sanyu-yes sir,she is having, I came to give yours

Rd-oh right, I didn't had mine(smiles) thank you sanyukta

He opens the package and stast eating, sanyu was about to get up but rd says

Rd-mind giving me a company for sometime

She nods and sits in front of him, he was half way through his second or third bite when his phone again rings and he takes it

Rd-hello Mr.Mehra, oh no no no, I am totally free(sanyu nods her head in disapproval which she thought he didn't see but he did)yes Mr.Mehra, sure, we can talk about it tomorrow morning at breakfast, sure..right.perfect, ok bye sir thank you

He cuts the call and he could she the look sanyu had which was clearly saying "will you just eat"

He chuckles, thinking how nice it would be if she would say that straight to his face, sanyu looks at him confused but he just ignores her and continues eating and when he was done they were walking towards the icu, rd had so many questions in his mind to ask her about that night but something within him was stopping him, they were walking with sanyu walking a step in front of him, he sees a stretcher coming towards them which had no one pusinh it, he runs to her, grabs her hand pulls her to him and pins her to the nearest wall and as soon as she was pinned, the stretches goes past him and running behind it were two ward boys, muttering a sorry on the way

She was looking at him, his eyes were tired as always, his face had that concerned expression on it and his forehead was so creased that she almost forwarded her hand to straighten it out , he was totally stressed and she had heard somewhere that the stress can make you old before time, thinking about that somehow made her tensed

Sanyu-don't stress out

Rd who was till now looking at that stretcher looks at her confused

Rd-did you say something sanyukta

Sanyu-I said don't stress out

Rd-oh...ok, you ok

That's when they realize how they were standing and rd leaves her and they both stand straight

Sanyu-yes sir, thank you

She was rebuking her for muttering what she muttered a few seconds back, she cant even understand why did she even said that, yes she had wanted to say that to him since she saw him in that room talking on his phone but why did she say that in such a situation, she was mind scolding her while rd was walking in front of him with a small smile on his face

At night

Parth was out of danger and he was shifted to the room, rd arranged for a vip room and vids was right next to him, after a lot of insisting vids agreed to leave with virat to clean up and come back next morning, rd was sitting on the couch and sleepin when sanyu after her work decides to pay a visit to parth and sees a sleeping rd

After correcting parth's sheets, she looks at a sleeping rd and his forehead was creased even in his sleep, and she couldn't resist the urge to just forward her hand and straighten it but as soon as she removes her hand it was back to how they were.

She has no idea why she did what she did next, she lowered her face and kissed his forehead and as soon as her lips touched his forehead, she felt him relax which made her more than happy

 but then as if she was hit by lightning she moves back with a shocked expression on her face and she covers her mouth with her hands to muffle the gasp.
