The Inventor swiped his left hand over the top of the sphere, shooting a white light beam in Rena Rouge's direction. Not wanting to chance what his powers are, she faintly remembers something about his victims disappearing, she jumped out of the way.

The light beam hit the security guard who was laying behind her original spot, and in seconds, he vanished into thin air.

Snatching Rena Rouge as she started to de-transform, Carapace initiated a forcefield around himself and Alya, shouting "Shell-ter".

A green semi-transparent globe surrounded them, linework of the globe emulating that of a turtle.

He could keep her safe now.
