Alya gasped as she stared at the Eiffel Tower. It's structure loomed above just as it always did, but the top of it was missing, almost as if it was chopped off.

"Hang on, something's over there." Marinette ran off as soon as she spotted the new addition to the place. She heard her three friends run after her. She stopped in front of a large white structure shaped in a 'T', positioned just in front of the Eiffel Tower.

The horizontal line of the 'T' was just below Marinette's chest height. She looked down at the foreign object. The horizontal line which was connected to the vertical one implanted into the ground was the width of her palm and almost looked as if it was made out of deformed cylinders. The material in which it was made of looked like plastic but was as tough as metal, yet it wasn't quite both.

It was something new.

A long horizontal groove zig-zagged a top of the horizontal component, and a large button with an 'on/off' symbol was in the middle. Marinette took a step back--nearly bumping into Alya--and looked down at the base of the new technology. It was definitely cemented into the ground and the grooves in the material which she found atop object continued along the vertical component.

Walking back to the white structure Marinette warily looked down at the red 'on/off' button. "Press it," Alya urged whilst the boy's nodded. Taking a deep breath, the blue-haired superhero pressed her index finger to the button that could either make a disaster or create a surprise for the four curious teenagers.

A blue glow illuminated the grooves on the 'T' and rose upwards before stopping into a sharp square formation just above the 'T'. Images started to appear on what Marinette only could describe as a hologram. A large picture of the Tower appeared in the top left-hand corner of the screen amongst the grid of many others. Marinette curiously hovered her finger over the picture and a new screen came to life as if she clicked a hyperlink on a website page.

"The Eiffel Tower has been the star-attraction of Paris, France since 1889 and has been since..." Marinette skipped the introduction, already knowing the basic information of the Tower.

"Due to the vast and new improvements of Paris and many other cities, the top of the Eiffel Tower has had to be removed to make way for the introduction of the new and improved transport system!"

"They chopped off the top of the Eiffel Tower so the floating cars can float?" Nino asked, appalled that his favourite spot in the whole of Paris had to be removed for some stupid cars that worsened the carbon cycle and ultimately made the world hotter.

Marinette sighed and was about to press the 'off' button before Adrien held her hand in order to stop her. "What's that?" he asked, pointing towards a photograph in the grid where Marinette found the Eiffel Tower. The photograph was of Ladybug and Cat Noir.
