《 human ladder? 》
"I so didn't expect that to happen." Sarcasm dripped off of Nino's tongue.
"How could we have been so ignorant?" Marinette pondered, "We should've made him gone in front of us."
"Should've, shmoodiv." Adrien dismissed, "That's not going to help us now."
"True." Marinette confirmed, "We need a way out."
Their first instinct was to look at the ceiling. It was a room with no windows and only one exit in which the Inventor blocked. Alya caught sight of a flat square structure positioned on top of a hole in the ceiling. "Air vents!" she exclaimed.
They could go through the air vent and find another opening to the foyer outside of the Stone Age room.
"We won't fit through that," Nino stated, matter-of-fact.
"And it's too high." Adrien added, "I don't think any of us are 15 feet tall."
"Human ladder?" Alya offered.
"Or we could just get Trixx and Wayzz to go through it for us." Marinette countered.
High-pitched giggles sounded from them. The kwami's were on the other side of the gate their tiny hands covering their mouths as they couldn't contain their laughter. Their tiny bodies had allowed them to easily fly through the gaps in the gate.
Trixx flicked a switch on the wall by the gate which instructed the gate to open. "Or we could just let them figure it out themselves." Adrien chuckled.
"Smart creatures, aren't they?" Nino grinned.
Marinette and Adrien nodded. Alya beckoned Trixx to her side as they walked through the now open archway. "I think it's time to transform," she looked over at Nino. He replied with a short nod.
"Trixx, let's pounce!"
"Wayzz, shell on!"
Orange and green light encompassed the foyer as Alya and Nino suited up.
