"It would have been a different case altogether if you referred to him as your brother instead but right now I'm just not sure about your intentions."

"I'm uncertain whether you're keeping him because you've miraculously gotten fond of him or because you're going to sell his organs in the black market."

"First of all, that was rude. Crime lord or not, I still do not sell people's organs in the black market. Especially not if they are minors and highly malnourished like this punk here. Secondly, his organs are rotting from the overdosage of coffee, I wouldn't get paid shit for that."

"So rest assured, I'm not hurting a hair on his teeny tiny head. He's enough to hurt his own self though considering how useful he's proving to be for me, I'll also make sure that doesn't happen either."

"Of course. I'm finally not in Metropolis. This is a good change of atmosphere and Jay's very nice."

"Yeah, he made me breakfast and let me sleep on the couch. Lent me one of his shirts too."

"I seriously don't get why you were so afraid that he'll kill me when all he's been to me is super caring. And even though I had to clean up his attic in return, I don't mind because he fed me a huge jug of coffee beforehand."

"Ah, so you're on a caffeine high right now. Makes so much more sense..."

"One jug of black coffee exactly the way I like it, can you believe it? This is heaven, don't take me back. Ever."

"Give the phone back to Jay. Talking to you in this state is futile."

"Sure. Just be assured that I'm safe and happy and there's nothing to worry about. This is not the coffee speaking, trust me."

"Give him the phone..."

"Ya, you heard him. The kid's happy in my custody. Now fuck off."

C: yeah...

Z: is he okay?

Z: why do I get the feeling that you're hiding something? Haven't you brought him back?

C: well...

C: there's an issue.

Z: what issue? He's alive, right?

C: yeah, he's alive and well. He just doesn't want to come back.

Z: oh...

Z: why?

C: that Jason dude you were talking about is actually Jason Todd, his elder adoptive brother. And Tim has taken a liking to him.

Z: ...

Z: but hadn't he died?

C: not really. He had gone missing for too long that he was assumed dead. He's back now.

Z: oh.

C: and turns out Tim wants to stay with him forever.

C: unbelievable, I know.

Z: well, as long as he's happy.

Z: oh come on, it's not like he's never gonna come back.

Z: knowing Tim, that Jason dude will get tired of him in a week and will drop him back himself.

C: yo, there's no need to worry about Jason keeping our Tim with him forever.

R: why though?

C: because a good friend of mine just reminded me how intolerable Tim is.

C: right now Jay thinks that he can control Tim very easily by just giving him coffee and keeping him intimidated by either fear or too much kindness.

R: ...

C: but soon, he'll see for himself how unpredictable Timmy is.

C: give it one week and Jason will drop Tim back himself.

R: right...

C: Dick, I'm hundred percent sure, Tim will show his true colors very soon. You need not fret about anything.

R: I'm worried that Jason would do something awful to him if he disobeys him.

C: oh come on.

C: Tim has dealt with a hundred worse situations as compared to Jason. He'll be fine.

R: I hope so. You don't know Jay as well as I do.

C: well then, you don't know Tim as well as I do.

C: they're both gonna be hell for each other and I'm sure they need that karma hitting them.

C: it's for the best.
