Somebody please tell me what genre of music this song would belong to, I actually like it quite a lot. Though, I usually listen to more fast-paced songs with the "bass-dropping"

Eternity

They say that we have eternity
To explore and learn.
"You're still young,"
They say.

Do we really have eternity?
Are we ever really free
Of burdens and lies?
Weights on our hearts.

After all, eternity is a long time.
Isn't it?
So long that a mortal can't even comprehend
How long eternity is.

"You haven't wasted your life yet,"
They say.
Do we even have to live out our eternity
To waste precious time?

Our eternities are so short
Compared to the universe's eternity.
Can we really
Ever know more than the universe?

"Of course not,"
They say.
But
They haven't explored what it's like to be

Limitless.
After all, eternity doesn't have a limit.
As long as my eternity is being used.
I don't have a limit, do I?

The mortal eternity
So short
But so precious and so magical.
That the universe, an infinite, immortal mass
Won't even be able to begin to comprehend.
