As I was finishing my song I suddenly heard clapping behind me. Turning around I saw my younger brother, Ace in my room's opened door.
"It's a beautiful song, if only you do what you just wished for the others to do" Ace said.
" You know that I don't really like to grow my ego nor be in public in general" I said with a 'I told you this like a thousand times' smile
"If you even had an ego" murmured my dear brother, to not make me hear that, which I clearly did.
"Anyways what are you doing in my room?" I said while getting up from my seat to see directly at him
"I actually needed your help with something, you see I recently entered the Lights up audition" I perked up when I heard what he just said.
"The Lights up? Isn't that the famous audition where the NSR searches for new talents to help them with the electricity?" I said a little bored by that.
Yes, I do indeed know who NSR is, their songs are good. I just don't really like their vision towards other music genres. I mean seriously, just EDM? It's like I said to my brother that for now he can only play floorball, which in my opinion is very safe, but for him would be a total nightmare. Don't be like this Y/N! You don't even know them in person!
"Yes, and I need your help with choosing a song for it" My brother said.
"Sure, it's a once in a lifetime that you can get an oppor-"I would have wanted to continue, but my father just entered my room like a madwoman
"Did I heard right that my kids are auditioning for The Light up?!?" My dad yelled at us.
"Ace is the only one who is auditioning, why the yelling we're literally here! I swear one day I will not be surprised when blood will come out of my ear" I said angrily.
"I am so happy for you two!" Dad just chanted as if he wouldn't hear me from a 1-meter distance.
Me just tired from all of this I kicked them out of my room to finally work for my little brother's song.
