The robbers hesitated for another moment. But after a while I grew a bit impatient and asked "Well?" They glared at me but then they responded--
"Deal"

Jesse's POV

I started helping Petra and Jess escort the people out of the building and into their homes as Lukas dealt with the robbers. I hope it's going well....I direct the people to the exit, making sure that everyone gets through. Once Im outside, along with the people, I yell--
"Everyone get to your homes, make sure all your doors and windows are locked! You are not to leave until one of us gives the word!" I demanded and they didn't waste a second. They were practically knocking each other over to do so. With everyone safe, I turned to Petra and told her to head back to The Temple and tell Radar that he'll be running Beacontown until this madness is over. And that he'll need to tell the people when it's safe to come out. She looked at me as if I had lost my mind. I never did tell her the plan so it probably sounded crazy to her.
Petra:"Jesse, please tell me what in the world is going on..." She said desperate and out of breath.
"I'll explain later. But right now Petra, you need to trust me." She gave me a weird expression but she knew better than to question me so she ran to do as I told her.

As soon as Petra had left, Jess came up to me and asked me what to do now. I told him to just go and back up Lukas, he'll need it. He didn't question me either and he ran off back toward the building. Now it's my turn. I hastily walked down the street as I checked down each house to try and find Nell's. (Yeah there's no way I'm gonna try and run in heels) I checked down a couple streets before eventually finding it. But I did notice something odd. All the lights were off and the blinds were down. Please tell me she's home. I walked up to the door and bang on it hard, hoping that she'll hear me.
Nothing...
I started to bang on it harder and yelled "Nell? Nell, it's me, Jesse! We need your help!"
Nothing...
I was just about to bang on the door again but to my surprise: the lights turned on and just a moment later, the door slowly opened. A voice from behind the door asked: "Jesse?" The door opened a bit more and it was indeed Nell. When she saw me her face lit up with excitement. "Jesse, dude! What's wrong?" She asked me. I explained everything to her and told her that we needed her help. She was a bit taken back by my predicament and the fact that I needed her but she nonetheless accepted and after a moment she went back inside and came back out with a outfit in hand.

When we had gotten back to the Museum and walked inside, we were surprised at how trashed it looked. There was glass everywhere and tables and chairs were knocked over and scattered across the floor. I suppose I never noticed the destruction in the heat of the moment. It looked awful... But we remained focused, and started searching for Lukas. He had me worried sick. I mean we just got engaged and then, naturally, robbers come crashing through the roof. And now with Lukas trying to 'talk to them' with no defenses whatsoever, I'm worried out of my mind.

Lukas' POV

An awkward silence hung in the air as I was anxiously waited for Jesse and the gang to show up. If they don't show up soon then the robbers will lose their temporary patience and get to the treasures. And if they were to try and attack me and Jess then it would be disastrous. After a few minutes, they still haven't destroyed us yet so that's nice but eventually, I heard my name being called from the other side of the room. I turned my head to the direction of the voice and thankfully it was Jesse (Looking beautiful as ever...). With her was Petra and Nell. Nell was had something draped over her right arm but I couldn't tell what exactly, it looked like cloth or an outfit.

Robber:" 'bout time..." He said grumpily. I shot him an frustrated glare but then turned back to Jesse, choosing to ignore his comment. Jess had grabbed the Flint & Steel and the Atlas without the robbers noticing before Jesse arrived so we were already to go. We started to walk towards Beacontown's portal that would transport us to the Hallway but no one said much. It was dead silent, but we all needed to stay focused anyway...
(Time skip)
We arrived at the Portal and we awaited Jess to light it. After a moment of hesitation, he did so and soon enough, the fate of every world will be at risk and there'll be no going back...
