Alastors pov

I paced back and forth, trying to calm my swirling thoughts. Where is that little half pint! If he disappears then I have no one to marry and I lose everything!

"Hi Al" I turned around to see him standing with a big smile on his face. Feeling relieved I pulled him into a hug "eep!" The boy yelped as a blush spread across his cheeks "al I-"

"You little halfwit!" I pinched both of his cheeks "what were you thinking stay out this late!? What happened to back in a jiffy!"

"Ow stop pinching me!"

"Answer the question and I might consider it!"

"My big brother found me!" I let go of his cheeks. He rubbed them with angry tears in his eyes.

"I see" I petted his head "are you alright?"

"Yeah it wasn't that bad. Actually they want to meet you tomorrow"

Feeling annoyed I grabbed his cheeks again.

"Ow hey! It's not my fault they want to meet you!" He flailed his arms around.

"What a troublemaker you are" I sighed as I let him go.

"And you're rude" he glared at me "keep treating me this way and my family won't like you at all!"

"I suppose I need them to like me" I muttered thoughtfully "very well, I'll be on my best behaviour"

"Good" he turned his back to me, folding his arms. I sighed as I walked off. I suppose I'll need to find something appropriate to wear.

*Time skip*

"I really like your new clothes" Lucifer gestured to my red suit as he flew me up to Olympia.

"Yes Rosie made it for me" I said proudly "doesn't she have impeccable taste?"

"Yeah plus it's nice to see you wearing something other than black" he smirked.

"Hardy har" I rolled my eyes as he placed me back on my feet. The other gods whispered among each other. I groaned. Of course they're all a bunch of judgemental-

"You good?" Lucifer looked at me worriedly.

"I'm fine. Let's get this over with" I growled.

"That attitude isn't going to win you any favours with my family" he shook his head "come on lighten up a little! You know you're never fully dressed without a smile"

Funny. That's what mother always used to say "you're absolutely right my dear" I held my hand out to him with a smile "let's go wow them"

"Now we're talking!" He took my hand with a grin.

We headed inside to see Lucifer's entire family including his father the god of creation.

"It's a pleasure to meet you sir" I bowed deeply "quite the pleasure"

"Hi ally!" Azreal waved at me.

"Azreal" my eyebrow twitched. I'd almost forgotten those two were related!

His father inspected me with judgemental eyes. I smiled though deep down I felt like curling up in a ball.

"So what do you think daddy" Lucifer cut through the tension.

"I think you two are polar opposites" he turned to his son in confusion "how did this relationship even start?"

"Oh he kidnapped me" I tensed up at his words. He didn't.

"Oh not a bad kidnapping though. It was more like a consensual kidnapping" he tried to correct his mistake. I shot him a glare. Not helping!

"My lord" I spoke up "there must be something I can do to prove my loyalty to Lucifer"

"Oh I have an idea!" A brunette stuck his hand up.

"Adam perhaps you could leave this discussion to the family" Michael said coldly.

"Hey! Adams has been family ever since I put a ring on it" azreal held his husband protectively "go on honey, tell them your idea"

"Right" Adam stood up with a grin "we should hold some olympic games. Put him through hell to see just how committed he is to our boy!"

"I like that idea" god grinned "well done son" oh so he gets to be called son! "Alright fam, let the game's begin!"
