Lucifers pov

I walked down the hallway absentmindedly. I've been here for over a week now and I haven't seen him once! Why is he ignoring me? Husk was wrong. He really must hate me.

My thoughts were cut off when I bumped into Rosie "sorry" I muttered as I tried to walk on but she caught me by the wrist.

"I'm glad I bumped into you honey. I've been looking for some company. If you're not too busy will you join me for some tea?"

"Okay" I nodded. I guess It would be better than being alone.

I sat opposite her as she poured me some tea "thanks" I muttered as I took a sip.

"Of course honey. I'm always looking an excuse to pull out the tea set" she chuckled before giving me a serious look "I noticed you looking sad baby. You wanna talk about it?"

"Well it's alastor" I mumbled.

"Well you're in luck honey. Romance and Alastor are my specialty" she said brightly "now tell me everything"

"Well I don't think he likes me very much" I started to tear up.

"What makes you say that?" She asked.

"Well I've been here a week and I haven't seen him once" I continued "I'm always eating alone and the only company I have is angel and he's great don't get me wrong but he can't always be around and I get lonely" I started to cry into my hands "I don't know why I'm here. It's like he doesn't even want me around!"

"Oh honey don't cry" she pulled me into a hug. I cried against her chest as she stroked my hair "he doesn't hate you darling. He just struggles to be emotional but that's no excuse for him to mistreat you" she gently wiped my tears away "don't you worry honey, I'll go have a talk with him" with that she walked away, leaving me alone with my cold tea.
