I awoke in some sort of cage, nightmare realised what I had done and he was watching me. His blood red eyes filled with fury, I stared back with defiant eyes.
"Your a tricky little puppet now aren't you, sending them a warning before you blacked out, your lucky I didn't order the twisted ones to finish off your pathetic body......." Nightmare began but I cut him off, I didn't care how badly hurt I was.
"How am I so important?" I questioned with my small whisper of a voice, I caught him off guard.
"Your important because even if I don't find your worthless children I can still drain you like all those years ago," Nightmare laughed, I knew he wasn't lying.
"You won't find them," I coughed, Nightmare grabbed my chin through the cage.
"They won't stay away for long, children always return when their mothers in trouble, they won't stop until your safe with them........" Nightmare trailed, he chuckled as an idea came to him. I knew his little plan by looking at him, I was to become bait. He opened my cage and dragged me by the neck, I had little strength but I struggled to get free.
"Twisted wolf and twisted foxy you are to go back to where you played with the puppet, the other twisted ones will be hidden about so don't worry if you see the children, once they play into the trap make sure they feel pain," Nightmare laughed tossing me at them, twisted wolf grabbed me and dragged me away. I noticed the small clearing from the blood that stained the earth, now they had to make me screech or beg for help. But no matter what I wouldn't dare bring trouble to my children, not until my final breath. Twisted wolf began to throw me about as he did before, I closed my eyes trying to not focus on the fresh pain that surged through me and I was slammed into a tree a few times. I could tell they were growing agitated with me not cooperating, they decided to try and almost tear me in half. I knew shadow Freddy could sense my pain but after my plea for them not to come find me they grew further and further away, eventually I lay still on the ground with agitated twisted wolf and agitated twisted foxy circling me.
"Your wasting you time.......... they won't come for me........" I wheezed, Nightmare who was waiting nearby knew I was speaking truth for once.
"You're trying my patience puppet!" He roared, I stood covered in blood and scars my eyes blazing even in my weak state.
"They won't play into your claws they're not stupid Nightmare," I wheezed, he grew angry and knocked my flying with a swipe. I landed with a thump and he walked over grabbing me by the neck, his blood red eyes sent chills down my back.
"You have just used up all patience I had with you, I will make you beg for me not to kill you," Nightmare growled, I spat blood at him. He threw me down and wipes the blood from his face, his eyes were blazing. He grabbed me by the neck, his claws began to stab into my neck making me wheeze choking on blood. I slashed my claws across his face and he dropped me, I limped to get away but he quickly recovered and hit me into a tree. I grabbed it to stabilise myself, Nightmare slammed his fist into my gut making me double over. He then slammed his fist into my back making me fall forwards, I could barely stand the pain. I managed to grab hold of a tree, nightmare began to make his way over. When he grew close I snapped off the branch and stabbed it into his gut, he stumbled back and pulled it out.
"Oh yours going to pay for that!" Nightmare roared, I knew I was in no state to take whatever punishment I got for stabbing him. He grabbed my arm and pushed me to my knees, from the amount of anger in his gaze I wasn't leaving without being mostly dead. Nightmare drove his claws into my chest and I felt my power draining, overcome with pain I let out a pained screech. Even though he had won he kept causing me pain, after draining my of all my power he threw me at a tree.
"You fool you let me win and your almost dead as a leafless bush," Nightmare laughed, it was true. Nightmare picked me up by the neck, my eyes were dull with pain. I could feel shadow Freddy's fear, he couldn't stand me in pain.
"You........haven't..........won......" I choked, Nightmare chuckled. I knew my children after hearing my screech would come running to save me, I had to send them a plea not too.
"My children stay away he will kill you all!" I screeched to the sky, Nightmare threw me down knowing my children would have heard as we were all connected.
"Twisted ones go hunt, I must deal with the sneaky snake," Nightmare growled, the twisted ones dashed off into the forest. Nightmare tore large gashes down my chest and side, he was furious. I had drawn my last straw, Nightmare ripped one of my arms from my body. He then dropped me and waited nearby, his gaze filled with amusement at the amount of blood that spilled from me. I convulsed in pain screeching, I began to black out once more but fought to stay awake. My children disobeyed me and came running to my aid, I could tell they dealt with the twisted ones by a few tears on them. Nightmare was shocked as he had to fight them all, shadow Freddy was at my side in an instant.
"Stay awake mother," Shadow Freddy pleaded, I tried speaking but only choked on my words. My vision was fading fast, shadow Freddys eyes filled with fear as the pain grew too much and I blacked out.
