Running through the frozen wasteland that is Sokovia, we've lost the element of surprise and are openly fighting against the HYDRA agents stationed here.

"Well this is fun, isn't it boys?" I shout through the comms, as I blast a couple men into the trees.

"Oh, yeah. Definitely my type of vacation." Steve calls back, voice dripping with sarcasm making me laugh.

"Shit!" We all hear Tony exclaim, as we watch the suit bounces off an invisible barrier around the lab.

"Language!"

"JARVIS, what's the view from upstairs?" I say through my laughter at Steve's reprimand.

"The central building is protected by some kind of energy shield. One we've not seen at any other base."

"Loki's scepter must be here. Strucker wouldn't be able to man this kind defense without it. At long last." Blasting some more HYDRA agents, I watch as Tony circles around the main building firing at the bigger guns up top.

"At long last is lasting a little long, boys." I laugh breathlessly as Nat expresses my same thoughts.

"Wait a second. No one else is going to talk about the fact that Cap just said "language?"

At this, I cant help myself and laugh loudly at the whole situation. Managing to toss an agent into the ground, I see, to my right, Steve throw his motorbike at approaching agents.

"I know. It just slipped out." He huffs out, and I can almost hear the eye roll.

We make it through a couple more barricades of HYDRA agents, and I hear Tony dispatch the Iron Legion, something he built after telling Pepper no more suits...yeah she wasn't too happy about that, but it was the only way to seemingly calm his anxiety.

"Clint!" I hear Nat come through just before seeing a human shaped blur knock Steve to the ground.

"We have an enhanced in the field, looks to be male. Be on guard." I help Steve up quickly as he looks at me with a brow raised.

"What?" Not knowing why he's looking at me strangely.

"How did you know it was a male?"

"Enhanced brain remember." I say tapping my temple before Nat cuts in again.

"Clint's hit! Does someone wanna get that bunker?" She says in frustration when we can all hear the Hulk respond to her question.

"Stark, we really need to get inside." Steve says as he picks me up, swinging my legs into the surrounding soldiers.

"I'm closing in. JARVIS, I am aren't I? Do you see a power source for that shield?"

"There seems to be a path under the north tower."

"Great. I wanna poke it with something."

"The great Tony Stark, disassembling a shield by "poking it with something." I say with a laugh.

"I don't see you up here working on it sister."

"Well you see, dear brother, that's your job. Mine's down here kicking some HYDRA ass."

"Drawbridge is down people. And Clara, I don't think the Cap appreciates that type of language." Tony says with a laugh and I hear Steve sigh.

"I'm never gonna live that down.." Steve shakes his head before filling Thor in on the enhanced and I focus on finding Nat and Clint.

"Clint's hit pretty bad guys. We're gonna need evac."

"I can take Barton to the jet."

"I'll meet you both there to assess the damage. Unless you boys need help inside?" I say making my way to the Quinjet quickly, expecting the worse for Clint's injuries.

"Take care of Barton, Clara. Tony and I can handle the rest."

"Roger that Cap."

Getting to the jet, I quickly sterilize my hands, getting rid of my combat gloves, and get everything ready just in time to see Thor land with Clint. Lucky the jets are equipped with a medical like table to handle things like this.

"Just set him down here Thor." I nod to the table as I grab what I need.

"You know Barton, you're the one supposed to be shooting people, not being shot at." I laugh breathlessly as I carefully remove the outer layer of his uniform looking at the ugly blast wound.

"Yeah well, they caught me off guard." He huffs our before hissing in pain.

"Sorry! Sorry!"

I quickly get to work, sterilizing and realizing there's not much I can do until we get back to the lab, but I give him another shot that'll numb the pain as I work more to clean the fabric out of the wound.

"What would we do without you Clara?" He mumbles and I laugh slightly, wondering the same question sometimes.

"Well for starters, you'd have to deal with Steve and Tony fighting all the time. And I think you'd all be dead twice over if I wasn't there saving your dumb asses." I laugh, and he laughs slightly before sucking in another painful breath.

"Now be careful. There's nothing here to stitch up, meaning you can bleed easier if you move wrong. I have it patched up, for now, but I can do more at the lab. Just get some rest Clint."

I pat him gently on his arm as he smiles slightly before shutting his eyes in relief, the pain meds finally kicking in. After some time, the team makes their way back, Tony with scepter in hand, and the relief is palpable within the group. Tony hands it off to Thor who places it on the table and we get the jet in the air. Steve stands beside him, looking closely at the weapon we've been searching months for, and no words pass between them.

"Hey, the lullaby worked better than ever." Nat says as she makes her way to Banner, and I smile slightly knowing how she feels about him.

"Did you run into any other problems?" I ask quietly from Steve's side, entranced in the glow of the scepter.

"There's another enhanced. She has the tele–uh she had powers kind of like yours." Steve says, flushing when he can't remember the name of my abilities.

"Telekinetic abilities. Great, so we know of two enhanced, this changes the game a bit." I say crossing my arms as I sit back down. HYDRA now has two people who could match Steve and I, we've gotta be more careful.

"Thor, report on the Hulk?" Nat asks from her place beside Banner.

"The gates of Hell are filled with the screams of his victims." Thor announces, making me face palm at his terrible choice of words, and I make my way to the front of the jet before it gets worse.

"Hey Banner, Dr. Cho is on her way from Seoul, is it okay if she sets up in the lab?"

"Uh yeah, she knows her way around." I lean on Tony's shoulder so that I can speak over him to JARVIS.

"Tell her to prep everything. Barton is gonna need a full treatment." I say quietly as JARVIS makes the note.

"JARVIS take the wheel." Tony says as he gets up and I follow him back to where the scepter is set, and he looks down at the thing, a strange look in his eyes.

"It feels good, right? I mean, you've been after this thing since SHIELD collapsed. Not that I haven't enjoyed our other raiding parties, but..."

"No, but this brings it to a close." Thor sighs in relief that this is all finally over.

"As soon as we find out what all this is capable of. Since when was Strucker able to do human enhancement?" Steve makes a good point, and what if it isn't just these two enhanced?

"The Science Bros and I can give it a once over before it returns to Asgard. As long as that's alright with you?" Thor nods at my question.

"It'll just be a few days, until the farewell party. You'll stay won't you?" Tony asks, and I roll my eyes..always thinking of a party..

"Yes of course. A victory should be honored with revels." Thor gets this cheesy smile and I just know this'll be the most interesting party yet.

"Yeah. Who doesn't love revels? Cap?" Tony quirks an eyebrow, wondering what Steve will say this time.

"Hopefully this puts an end to the Chitauri and HYDRA. So yes, revels."

He says with a smirk that turns into a smile in my direction, and I relax. Knowing everything will get better from here.
