Judith jumped onto the moving train just as it was about to leave. Judith had slept too long and arrived at platform right when the train started moving. She entered the skinny hallway and looked for a place to sit. She walked past many compartments until she found one with only a girl in. She opened the compartment and asked:

"Is it okay if I sit here?" With a kind voice.

The girl looked up at her. She had waist long dirty blond hair, radishes as earrings and butterbeer corks as a necklace.  She stared at Judith with her protrusive eyes which made her look surprised.

"Of course, I'm Luna, Luna Lovegood." She said with a kind and slow voice.

"Thank you, I'm Judith, Judith Neve. Did you have a nice summer?"

"Yes, I've had it real lovely."

Before she could say anything else the compartment door opened and in the doorway stood Neville Longbottom, Ginny Weasley and Harry Potter. Judith froze, she had been ignoring Harry and Ron for so many months because she had kissed Draco. The guy that has been making the trio's life a hell.

"Hi Luna, Hi Judith" Ginny said, "is it okay if we take these seats?"

Luna's gaze went to Neville and then stopped on Harry. She nodded.

"Thanks", said Ginny and gave her a small smile.

Luna stared at Harry, that had taken place I front of her and he now wished he hadn't.

"Have you had a nice summer, Luna?" Ginny asked.

"Yes," said Luna dreamy without taking her eyes of Harry. "Yes, It has been nice." "You are Harry Potter." She added.

"Yes I know that" Harry answered.

Neville giggled, Luna turned her pale eyes on him instead.

"But I don't know who you are."

"I'm nobody special", said Neville rapidly.

"Yes you are", said Ginny sharply. "Neville Longbottom -Luna Lovegood. Luna is in the same year as me, but she's in Ravenclaw. "

"wisdom and wit in abundance is the finest gift man received." Luna Said in a chanting voice.

Judith looked out the window The sun was going down, giving the nature and the lake they was passing a beautiful light. She cleared her throat and stood up.

"If you excuse me I'll leave the compartment a bit. In feeling slightly claustrophobic, Sorry. "

She stubbled out of the compartment and slowly made back it to the other cart. Judith knew it was wrong to lie to her classmates but she just had to go and look for Hermione. She had send Judith a letter telling her that she wasn't mad anymore and that she might had over reacted because of what had happened with Ron and Viktor Krum. Judith walked over the the prefects compartment and waited outside the door. After some minutes of waiting the door opened and out came Draco. Draco is a prefect? He gave her a smirk and walked pass her. Out next came Pansy Parkinson. Pansy? Really? Pansy gave Judith a irritable smile and walked pass her, hurrying up to walk side by side with Draco.
After some more minutes of waiting Ron came out of the compartment. Ron? There must be something wrong. Right? Ron smiled at her.

"You're a prefect? I can't believe it, that's fantastic Ron!" Judith said excitedly.

"Yeah, quite surprised myself if I can say so." He answered with and nervous laugh.

They stood there talking a bit when they got interrupted by someone. It was Hermione.
Judith started to smile and ran to hug her. The two stood there hugging, not talking, just hugging.

"You're a prefect Hermione! That's wonderful! Judith said with a big smile.

The three walked down the skinny hallways until they got to the compartment that Harry sat in.

"I'm going to go and look for Draco. She you guys later?" Judith said nervously.

The two just nodded and walked into the compartment were their best friend sat. Judith continued down the hall to go and look for Draco. She found him sitting in a booth with Pansy, Crabbe and Goyle. Draco noticed her and gestured her to come and sit. Judith sat down beside Crabbe and Goyle since Pansy Took up all the space so that she would sit alone next to Draco.

"Hi guys! Had a nice summer?" She asked happily.

Crabbe and Goyle started talking about what they had done during the schoolbreak. They had beaten up son little kid and played quidditch.

"Lovely.." Judith answered with a awkward smile.

"How about you pansy? Had a nice summer?" Judith said and turned to the pug faced girl.

Pansy just nodded and continued to talk to Draco like Judith never existed. She sighed and reached for a book in her bag. She placed Wanderings with Werewolves by Gilderoy Lockheart on the little table and started to read it. Judith was irritated that Draco hasn't bothered to even talk to her. If Draco wasn't going to talk to her, she wouldn't speak with him either. Hours past and Judith and Draco didn't even take a look at each other. The train stopped and Judith hurried to put her book down in the bag and leave the train and Draco behind. She walked fast not looking where she was going. She just wanted to get out of the train. She turn left and out of the door when she walked into someone. Judith closed her eyes in anger and stood up.

"Judith? You're alright?" A kind voice said.

She looked up to see Pierce with a concerned look on his face. Judith just nodded and went to hug him, he hugged her back.

"I've missed you much Pierce! Where's Jack?"

"He's outside waiting, probably talking to girls." Pierce said with a laugh.

The two walked out of the train and over to one of the carts where Jack stood. Judith gave Jack a hug and they entered the cart. They talked about their summer break and how sad it was that they couldn't meet up to shop for the school supplies and eat ice cream. They soon arrived at the castle, it looked beautiful as always with the water under it and the sunlight shining on it. They walked into the castle and into the great hall where they separated and Judith went to the Slytherin table. She sat down on an empty spot and waited for the ceremony to start. The talking and laughing faded out slowly when Dumbledore stood up and started holding a speech when he got interrupted by the lady that introduced herself as professor Umbridge.

" Thank you, Headmaster, for those kind words of welcome. And how lovely to see all your bright happy faces smiling up at me." Judith looked around all the table, nobody smiled. Everyone was so chocked that she had interrupted Dumbledore. "I'm sure we're all going to be very good friends."

"That's likely." Judith heard Fred and George two Gryffindors say in Union.

"The Ministry of Magic has always considered the education of young witches and wizard of vital importance. Although each Headmaster has brought something new to this historic school." She continued and nodded to Dumbledore.

"Progress for the sake of progress must be discouraged. Let us preserve what must be preserved, perfect what can be perfected and prune practices that ought to be prohibited." She thanked the students and they gave her a soft applause.

Dumbledore stood up again and started speaking.

" Thank you Professor Umbridge, that really was most illuminating. Now let the feast begin and enjoy your food. "

"Illuminating? What a load of waffle!" Ron said as he talked to Harry and Hermione.

Judith ate up her dinner fast and then went up to her dorm. She packed up all her clothes and put on her pyjamas. She soon got joined by her roommates and they all went to bed. Judith could just hope that she didn't have Professor Umbridge tomorrow.
