General Narration

On board the Nemisis

Megatron: "Starscream report."

Starscream: "It seems something has entered this planets atmosphere."

Megatron: "What would that be

Starscream was about to answer but was intercepted by Airachnid.

Airachnid: "A cybertronion air craft love. It appears to be autobot."

Starscream: "Eh-What she said."

Starscream said in complete annoyance. He grumbled and turned his attention back to the moniters.

Megatron: "Hello dearest. You came out of nowhere."

Airachnid: "You know my style. I work in the shadows."

Megatron: "Touché. Starscream send troopers to investigate. And destroy this new autobot."

Starscream: "Yes my lord."

Autobot HQ

It has been a week since Optimus's recovery. Everyone had kept a close eye on him. Except one he didn't seem to notice. Rosemary sat in her room after that day. She couldn't get the memory out of her processor. The sound of the sword going through a body, the feeling of fresh energon on her faceplate, the horrified gasps others gave. She closed her eyes and the memory replayed in her head, refusing to leave her alone. She pulled her legs up close to her chest and burried her helm in between her legs as tears slid down her cheeks.

Main Foyer/ Main Room

Optimus stood at the moniters typing away as his optics scanned the screen. Shadow was sorting data tablets when she turned to look at her sparkmate. She shook her helm and continued what she was doing. Ratchet was working on improving the ground bridge drilling, measuring, and pounding in things. Arcee, Bulkhead, and Bumblebee were out with their charges having fun, though it seemed quite odd for their age. Smokescreen was recharging for a bit as he dreamt away. Bandit and War Path were training Orion, Bluestreak, Wing-Blade, while Lithium had just begun her training at the age of 12 in cybertronion years, while being only two in human years. Night Bird, BloodClaw, and Razor-Blade were out on a mission. Back in the main foyer The silence had been broken when Optimus spoke, wondering about his daughter

Optimus: "Shadow have you seen Rosemary?"

Shadow stopped what she was doing and faced Optimus with a puzzled look. She pondered a minute and then answered.

Shadow: "I think she's in her room."

Optimus: "How long has she been there?"

Shadow placed a digit on her chin then crossed her arms over her chest.

Shadow: "Come to think of it, it's been about a week. It's like she's isolated herself in there."

Optimus: "Why?"

Shadow: "Beats me."

Optimus pondered a bit and sighed. He stepped away from the moniters and head into the hallway which led to the berthrooms. He passed the older bot's rooms and finally came to the youngling section. He stopped in front of Rosemary's door and opened it. She didn't notice or hear a thing as she sobbed, helm burried in her legs as she sat on her berth. Optimus face turned from curious to concern. He walked up to her and grasped her servo in his. She flinched as she looked up at her father with teary eyes. As soon as she saw him she hugged him tightly and sobbed even more on his shoulder. Her body shook violently in Optimus's arms. Optimus didn't say anything but held her tightly. She murmured something to Optimus between the sobs.

Rosemary: "Im........s-so......so-rry.......D-D-Daddy."

Optimus: "What are you speaking of sweetspark?"

Rosemary: "It's because of me, you got hurt."

Optimus: "Ah, Rosemary. Baby look it wasn't your fault. I would have done it either way. No matter which one of us it could've been. My point is I did it for the love for my family."

Rosemary: "I'm so sorry."

Optimus: "You don't have to apologize sweetspark. I assure you no matter what happens, no matter what path you may take. I will always love you and you'll always be My Little Girl."

Rosemary didn't say anything as she hung onto her father like her life depended on it, not once losing her grip. He held her just tight. He sighed and stoked her helm. He turned his helm just a little to kiss her forehead. They sat there in a comfortable silence as they continued to embrace each other. Unfortunately for them the silence was broken when Ratchet came onto the intercome.

Ratchet: "Optimus please report to main foyer. AND PLEASE HURRY."

Optimus was altered by the sound of Ratchet's voice. He looked down at Rosemary who had the same look. He stood up and went to the door. Rosemary followed suit also wondering about the tone of voice Ratchet used. They both walked to the main foyer with speed. When they arrived they both looked around, seeing all autobots except had their optics on something.

Optimus: "Ratchet what is going- By the AllSpark."

Optimus's optics widend as he saw what the autobots had their optics on. Rosemary on the other servo was completely confused along with Orion, Bluestreak, Wing-Blade, Shadow Star, and Lithium who was now 2 years old in human years but, 12 in cybertronion years. The autobots stared at a bot the same height Optimus was. He had a muscular build, a red and ble paint job similar to Optimus but a lighter blue and a darker red. He had a stern face, and shoulder pads on the top of each shoulder.

Ratchet: "Ultra Magnus!"

Arcee: "Now one has herad or seen you since Cybertron went dark. How did you find your way to earth."

Magnus: " Soldier though we may not be on Cybertron, but military protocol remains."

Arcee: "My apologies sir."

Optimus: "Ultra Magnus, it is good to see you old friend. But I agree with Arcee's tone. Though you are correct. This is not Cybertron, it is a new world, a new home, another chance. So do not be so stiff."

Ultra Magnus raised an optic ridge, concerning Optimus's tone of voice. To him he seemed so different.

Magnus: "Likewise Optimus. May I ask how long have you been fighting? You don't sound like the Optimus I knew. To answer your question I had picked up autobot signals on this planet, so I ventured here. Where I encountered decepticons, who attempted to shoot me out of the sky. That is when I met Night Bird, BloodClaw, and Razor-Blade."

Optimus: "I see and to answer your question in turn, I've adapted to this world. With the help of our human friends.

He turned to the humans who had returned along with their guardians and then turned back to Ultra Magnus.

Meet Jack, Miko, Rafael, Nurse June Darby, and Agent William Fowler."

The humans looked at Ultra Magnus and smiled.

Jack: "Uh hey."

Miko: "Sup."

Rafael: "Hello."

June: "Nice to meet you."

Fowler: "Nice to meet you soldier."

Ultra Magnus nodded and looked back at the autobots and turned his attention to Shadow Star, Rosemary, Orion, Bluestreak, Wing-Blade, and Lithium. He looked at the unknown autobots and raised an optic ridge. He looked at Optimus with a confused look. Optimus caught his confusion and smiled. He walked over to Shadow and placed an arm around her shoulder.

Optimus: "Ultra Magnus I'd like you to meet my sparkmate. Shadow. These are my sparklings Orion Jr. and Rosemary."

Orion and Rosemary: "Nice to meet you sir."

Ultra Magnus was stunned but quickly shook it of and nodded at Shadow, Rosemary, and Orion. He then looked at Wing-Blade, Bluestreak, and Lithium. Arcee then stepped up along with Jazz and stood next to Bluestreak as Ratchet and Night Bird came up behind Lithium. Razor-Blade and BloodClaw stood next to Wing-Blade.

Optimus: "Ultra Magnus Bluestreak is the sparkling of Arcee and Jazz. Lithium is Ratchet's and Night Bird's and Wing-Blade is Razor-Blade's and BloodClaw."

Ultra Magnus was bewildered. He looked at the bots with sparklings and back to Optimus. He smiled and nodded.

Magnus: "I see that they were definitely not born on Cybertron. They seem much to young."

Shadow: "Way to state the obvious."

Shadow said without even thinking until Optimus nudged her with his elbow lightly. She laughed and stopped. Ultra Magnus gave her a confused look but shook it off. Later that day Ultra Magnus was shown around the base and shown his room. He got along with other quite well considering he was always so stiff.

Optimus: "Ultra Magnus come with me. I would like to show you the chance this world has to offer for a new life."

Magnus: "Yes sir."

Optimus pit in the coordinates to a spot he and Shadow would visit from time to time. They stepped out and found themselves on the very same hill that He and Shadow had first kissed.

Optimus P.O.V

I showed Ultra Magnus the world we have called home for quite some time. He was as astonished as I was at the sight. The city lights, the sounds, and the view. I smiled as I placed a servo on his shoulder.

Optimus: "Welcome to Earth, Ultra Magnus. This is where we have dwelled. This is our new home."

Ultra Magnus: " I am honered to be a part of it sir."

He smiled at me as we kept looking out into the city below.

General Narration

Shadow stepped out of the ground bridge along with the others including the humans. Optimus and Ultra Magnus looked back and smiled. Optimus held Shadow close as he placed his free servo on Orion Jr and Rosemary. Ratchet did the same with Night Bird and Lithium, along with Arcee and Jazz with Bluestreak and Razor-Blade and BloodClaw with Wing-Blade. The others stood beside them and smiled as they too looked out into the city below.

Jack: "Jasper is so small."

June: "Told you so."

Fowler: "Small but strong."

Optimus: "That was supposed to be my line."

Fowler: "My bad."

The Autobots chuckled at the remark. Shadow deeply missed her human life, but she was happy.

Shadow: "Ultra Magnus, I showed this sight to the others. I will say the same thing I said to them. Here you have a home now."

Magnus: "Thank you Shadow."

Shadow nodded and smiled as she continued to look out into the city below.

The Autobots realized that day, that this was now their home. And would stop at nothing to keep it safe.
