Shadow P.O.V

I woke up to find Optimus still asleep. He looked so cute. I took in a deep breath and felt a slight pain in my abdomen. A sudden thought came to my head. I thought to myself and said they come that fast. I looked back at Optimus and sealed the bond so I could suprise him. I got off the berth quietly and put on my breast plate and cover port back on and headed out the berthroom, quietly closing it. When I turned around I felt a cervo come over my mouth and an arm around my neck. It pulled me back imto a dark corner. I was suprised at first but I knew exactly who it was.

Shadow: "Arcee you can't scare me so stop trying."

Arcee: "I wasn't trying to. "

Shadow: "Then?"

Arcee: "Did Optimus attempt intimacy?"

Shadow: " Oh he didn't attempt he did. What about you?"

Arcee: " Before I answer that I want to see Ratchet first."

Shadow: "Come on I was just heading that way."

I relized that she had an bit of nervous in her voice.

Shadow: "Wait are you sparked?"

Arcee: "That's what I want to find out. Lets go."

Shadow: "You got it."

Ratchet was on the moniters checking anything out of the ordinary. We walked up to him and called him out.

Shadow: " Ratchet."

Ratchet: "Yes Shadow?"

Shadow: "Can you scan us to see if we are sparked?"

Ratchet's jaw dropped as his optics widend to the suprise.

Ratchet: "Are you certain? "

Arcee: "That's what we want to find out."

Ratchet: " Ok."

Ratchet scanned us and smiled at us. We both looked at each other and then at Ratchet.

Arcee: "Well?"

Ratchet: "Congratulations to the both of you. Oh Shadow by the way you're having twins."

Both our optics widend at the news. When I heard I was having twins

I was about ready to faint. Suddenly Optimus and Jazz came in looking for us.

Optimus: "There you are Ave. Where did you go of to early in the morning?"

Jazz: "That's what I want to know."

Arcee and Shadow: "The infirmary."

Optimus and Jazz: "Are you alright? "

Shadow and Arcee: "We're fine. Can we talk in private."

Optimus and Jazz nodded as each was led to either side of the main room.

Ratchet: "This is gonna be good."

Optimus: "What is the matter Ave? Did I hurt you? "

Shadow: "Optimus im.....im..........with spark. "

Jazz: " Baby you okay?"

Arcee: "Jazz I'm with spark."

General Narration

Both mechs optics widend at the news.

CLANG

Ratchet looked to see Optimus and Jazz out cold.

Shadow P.O.V

I headed back toward Arcee as Ratchet gathered the mechs and pulled them to the med bay. I sat next to Optimus as Arcee sat beside Jazz.

Arcee: "Uh Shadow did you tell him you were having twins?"

Shadow: "Nope."

Arcee: "Oh my AllSpark. Hes gonna faint all over again."

Shadow: "I know but its kinda funny don't you think?"

Arcee: "Gotta admit it is a little."

The Autobots and kids came into the main room and saw Optimus and Jazz on the med bays

Bumblebee: "What happened?"

Night Bird: "Are they alright?"

Cliffjumper: "Give me the name of the con and I'll pulverize him."

Bandit: "Count me in."

Bulkhead: "Me too."

War Path: "How are they?"

Razor: "Is it fatal?"

Arcee and I looked at each other and began to laugh as they kept asking their question.

Jack: "What is so funny about having your husbands on med bays?"

Shadow: "They are completely fine. They just fainted."

Bandit: "For what reason?"

Arcee: "Well we're uh."

Shadow: "With spark."

Bumblebee's and Bulkhead's jaw dropped. War Path's optics were wide open. The rest were fine with the news.

Cliffjumper: "Congratulations Arcee, Shadow."

Bandit: "Aww can I sparksit? I love kids."

Razor: "Oh dear."

Night Bird: "Congratulations."

Shadow and Arcee: "Thank you guys."

Miko: "Is it a boy or a girl?"

Shadow: "I dont know. Thats not the only news."

Bumblebee: "What?"

Shadow: "Im having twins."

Jack: "Wow thats sweet."

Raf: "I've always wanted siblings. It might be nice."

Optimus and Jazz began to wake up. We turned towards them with smiles.

Jazz: "Is it true Arcee?"

Arcee: "Yes baby it's true."

Jazz hugged Arcee and kissed her. Optimus asked the same thing. I was afraid to tell him about the twins that he might faint again.

Optimus: "Is it true? I'm going to be a father?"

Shadow: "Yes. Optimus there's something else. You need to know about me being sparked."

Optimus: "What is it? I promise I wont faint."

Shadow: "Ok. Im having. Twins."

Optimus smiled as he held me close as he kissed me passionately. He placed a hand over my abdomen.

Optimus: "What if im not good enough of a father?"

Shadow: "Optimus they will love you. Because I love you. They will look up to you."

Optimus: "But-"

Shadow: "No buts they are going to love you no matter what."

Optimus: "Alright."

General Narration

Optimus and Jazz stood up carefully as they held their sparkmates close.

Jazz: "Shadow are you sparked two?"

Optimus: "Twins."

Jazz: "Congratulations Optimus I know you'll be a good father."

Shadow: "See? Even Jazz knows that you'll be an amazimg father."

Optimus: "Thank you Jazz. Arcee are you sparked as well?"

Arcee: "Yes. Congratulations Optimus."

Optimus: "To you as well."

Miko, Jack, And Rafael: "CONGRATULATIONS OPTIMUS PRIME, SHADOW STAR, ARCEE, AND JAZZ.

We all looked inthe childrens direction of the children as they congratulated us. We all smiled and nodded.

Ratchet: "Arcee, Shadow, the two of you will have to be at base at all times until your sparklings are born."

Shadow: "You've got to be kidding me."

Ratchet: "Nope. Not kidding."

Shadow: "Ughhhhhh. "

Optimus: "For the good of our sparklings."

Shadow: "Okay."

Optimus: "How long?"

Ratchet: "4 months. Less than humans because we are a little more advanced. "

Shadow: "Thanks Ratchet."
