Hey guys in this chapter I'll be making Shadow sing to Optimus the song is called Safe and Sound by Talor Swift and dont judge I just think it's a good song for the situation that Optimus is in enjoy :)

Optimus P.O.V

I could not make out where I was. It was dark. I couldn't see anything. I suddenly heard an evil laughter and a femme's scream. A scream that I knew too well. A scream I thought I would never hear again.

???: " Optimus go get out of here save yourself.

Optimus: " Elita no."

???: " Hahaha Optimus even in your dreams you cant save your sparkmate you're a pathetic excuse of an Autobot."

Optimus: " Megatron."

I couldn't move no matter how much I tried I couldn't. Megatron had approached my sparkmate once again and took her life in front of my very optics.

Megatron: " Do not worry Optimus soon you will have no one."

Suddenly Soundwave appeared holding Shadow Star.

Optimus: " No Megatron please not her. I begg you please spare her.

He couldn't do this. I must have been vivid of my nightmare because I felt Shadow shaking me. I woke up frightened.

Optimus: " NNNOOOOOOO!!"

Shadow: " Optimus are you alright?"

Shadow P.O.V

I tried to get Optimis to calm down but he was so altered of his nightmare. That's when I saw his faceplate covered in tears as he hugged me.

Shadow: " What happened dear?"

Optimus: " I couldn't. I couldn't save her. I couldn't sabe you.

Shadow: " Explain to me I dont understand."

Optimus: " Do you recall when I told you about my sparkmate Elita1?

And how she was killed by Megatron.

Shadow: " Yes."

Optimus: " In my nightmare he killed her a second time and I couldn't do anything. Then he ................ he......... he took from me the same he did Elita. Shadow I dont want to lose you."

I held Optimus close to my chest plate as he cried on me.

Shadow: " Sshh it's ok. I'm not leaving you. Never

Optimus: " Promise?"

I kissed him on his forehead and as he held me tighter.

Shadow: " I promise."

Optimus P.O.V

I was so frightened. I could not imagine losing Shadow the way I lost Elita. Shadow was now my life. My heart.

Optimus: " Shadow?"

Shadow: " Yes Optimus?"

Optimus: " Can you rest with me tonight?"

Shadow: " Of course

Shadow P.O.V

I lay next to Optimus as he held me close fearing that if he let me go. I'd leave him. I smiled and began to stroke the side of his helm.

Optimus: " Shadow can you sing for me?"

Shadow: " What do you want me to sing

Optimus: " Anything to make me feel better. Please?"

I gave a small as I kissed him on his cheek as I began to hum a tune for the beginning of the song I was going to sing.

Shadow: " I remember tears streaming down your face when I said I'll

never let you go. When all those shadows almost killed your light

I remember you said dont leave me here alone but all thats dead and gone

and past tonight. Just close your eyes the sun is going down. You'll be

As I finished the song, Optimus fell back into recharge. I then relized how much fear Megatron gave him. Megatron had killed the one he loved, right in front of him. It pained me to see Optimus like this.

The Next Day

Optimus P.O.V

I woke up to find Shadow recharging next to me. I suddenly remembered my nightmare and how Shadow comforted me until I fell asleep. I looked at the way she slept. She looked so peacful. She then slowly opened her optics and smiled when she saw me staring at me.

Shadow: " Good morning sweetspark. Why are you staring at me that way?"

Optimus: " I'm just admiring the way you look when you are asleep my beautiful femme."

Shadow: " Optimus!"

Optimus: " What? You look beautiful."

Shadow: " Do you feel better?"

Optimus: " Well you sang to me. And you stayed with me. I fell much better. Thanks to you my love.

Shadow: " You are welcome."

Optimus: " Let's go they are probably wating for us."

Shadow: " Agreed."

Optimus held put his hand to me and did a gentleman like bow. I took it with a smile on my faceplate. Everyone greeted us when we arrived at the main room. They were suprised when they saw Optimus and I holding cervos.

Bandit: " So the Prime got the courage to hold the lady's cervo. Who would've thought?"

Bumblebee slapped Bandit across his helm as he stood In defendance of Optimus. I gave a small chuckle as his head jerked to the side.

Bumblebee: " Lay off Bandit. You know these things take time."

Bandit: " I was just kidding. AND DONT EVER DO THAT AGAIN OR IMMA DO SOME DAMAGE ON YOU!!"

Bumblebee: " OH YEAH. WELL PUT UP YOUR DUKES. SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT."

Optimus P.O.V

This was very irritating at times when Bumblebee and Bandit faught. Normally I would have stopped it myself but I felt a pull in my spark. I looked at Shadow and saw that her power was activating. So I simply slid over to the side with the other autobots and shook my helm as I covered my optics. I knew exactly that Bumblebee and Bandit were not gonna end well.

Arcee: " This is gonna be painful."

Razor: " I can't watch but I want too."

Ratchet: " Here we go again. "

General Narration

Shadow walked up to the two mechs fighting and got in between them as she stopped them. Unfortunately they pushed her out of the way. She returned only to grabbed them by the neck and lift them off the ground.

Bumblebee: " Uh-oh. Um Shadow please put me down I wont do it again it's his fault. I was only defending Optimus.

Bandit: " My fault you hit me first."

Bumblebee: " Because of your comment.

To all the autobots suprise Shadow spoke but with a deeper femme's voice. Similar to Airachnid's voice, but a tad bit deeper.

Shadow: " ENOUGH. BOTH OF YOU. BANDIT THE NEXT TIME YOU WNNA MAKE A COMMENT LIKE THAT I SUGGEST YOU KEEP IT TO YOUR SELF. GOT IT.

Bandit gave a frightened looked as he nodded in a frightened speed.

Shadow: " AND YOU BUMBLEBEE I APPRECIATE YOU STANDING UP FOR OPTIMUS WHEN I COULD'VE TOOKEN CARE OF IT, BUT DONT GO LOOKIMG FOR A FIGHT AMONGST EACH OTHER.

Bumblebee: Yes ma'am."

With that said Shadow swung the two of mechs like if they where a piece of cloth and let them go straight into the wall. They landed with a big THUD as they slowly stood up.

Ratchet: " Shadow was that really necessary?"

Shadow:" You wanna be next."

Ratchet: " I give."

Ratchet raised his hands in surrender as he turned to his equipment. The rest of the autobots couldn't stop their quiet laughter because it turned into a loud smirk.

Optimus: " Remind me not to get on your bad side."

Shadow: " Oh I will. Trust me."

Optimus: " What is that supposed to mean?"

War Path: " It means you got the fiery fiesty one Prime. She's a keeper.

Shadow: " You better believe imma a keeper."

Optimus: " That I already knew, but I agree with Ratchet. Was that really necessary?"

Shadow: "Dont you start with me Prime."

Optimus: " Understood."

Shadow: " Good."

Optimus chuckled as he held Shadow by the waist and kissed her cheek and rested his helm on her shoulder. Shadow simply smiled and placed a hand on the side of his faceplate

Optimus: "Do you love me my wonderful femme."

Shadow: " Of course I do my beautiful mech."
