Later back at Barbatos's place he looked back at Mammon and asked.

Barbatos : .... what you said to me....were you talking about yourself to?"

Mammon : ....I ....I guess I was a little bit. I was just trying to help you."

Mammon then rubbed the back of his head and said seeming a little embarrassed.

Mammon : heh.....I guess my friend is rubbing off on me. They really like helping me who need it.... their a really good human....we kinda always did share the same ideas about things"

Barbatos :.... how can you know how I feel? I want to know how you understand...."

Mammon : .....what we are going through is different but I really get the part about feeling like a monster. hated by everyone having everyone only see the bad in you and treat you like absolute sh....you get my point...."

Barbatos : who treats you like that? You seem perfect?"

Mammon : I'm definitely not perfect I'm far from it....but like I said everyone. Especially my brothers.

I'm always doing something wrong I can never do any good anytime I try they just don't see it and only point out everything I do wrong or assume I did something wrong.

I was always told I was a failure untrustworthy useless greedy and a lot of other things. Basically everything you could say to really put a person down.

And at a certain point I started to believe those things and be what they thought thinking things would be better if I accept I'm just nothing?.

I'm the avatar of greed it's kinda my thing to be greedy steal and yadda yadda. But I'm only seen as that. Gets really irritating after awhile.

It always hurt more coming from my brothers but I've been living with it. I think it's getting better....or I'm imagining things again but who knows? Heh...."

Barbatos : .....you are definitely not okay....."

Mammon : ......yeah to be completely honest I'm not"

Barbatos : and you still care about them despite how they treat you?"

Mammon : they are my brothers? I would do everything for them like I've always been doing. I know they mean well and care"

Barbatos : but you question it a lot?"

Mammon : I....I do sometimes....but I know they have to care. I mean they are worried about me being here?....they only ever seem to care when I leave...."

Barbatos : do you ever regret leaving?"

Mammon :.....No it had to be done for many reasons"

Barbatos then walked over to him and ask looking at him. At his eyes.

Barbatos : you care a lot about everyone else despite how your treated and even neglect yourself because of it"

Mammon : i-

Barbatos : how can you be a demon? You clearly don't have the heart of a demon but of an Angel."

Mammon : .....my friend says the same thing.... and I never know how to respond"

Barbatos : ....my bet is that you were too good for them and better than them so they got rid of you"

Mammon : ..... that's a nice way of looking at it?"

Barbatos just kept looking at him and Mammon couldn't help but look back at him given how close he was.

But during this he saw that there seem to be something else he wanted to say.

Barbatos : you know how I said I've met you before?"

Mammon : yeah?"

Barbatos : well there is more to it than that. I did sneak into the celestial realm and in doing so I got hurt and I was unable to leave.

And a demon being caught there would of been bad news.

But as I was hiding in a garden you found me. And instead of going to tell someone you helped me instead....seem more concerned about me being hurt than what I was.

And to my surprise you help hide me and help me get better until I was able to leave.

Despite knowing how awful I was you show me kindness when no one else did. You didn't hate me you were the only one to genuinely smile at me.....I never thought someone would and it gave me hope....made me feel like I wasn't alone.....you were like my guardian angel you continue to help me despite knowing how awful I am.....always there when I need you the most.....that is why I love you...."

Mammon wasn't sure what to say after all Barbatos said. But then to his surprised.

Barbatos suddenly lean in and kissed him while putting his arms around his neck.
After this Barbatos said looking down not wanting to face him and look at him in the eyes anymore.

Barbatos : Let's just pretend for a moment you do love me...."

He then kissed him again and Mammon didn't stop him and instead started kissing him back.

During this Mammon fell back on the couch and Barbatos fell on him now sitting on his lap and still kissing him.

Mammon then put his arms around him so he wouldn't fall and continue to kiss Barbatos but soon pull back needing to breath and feeling like he was choking.

And as he pull back that's when he saw Barbatos taking a breath too with his mouth open and his long snake like tongue hanging out that he didn't notice before until now.

His face then turned red as he realized Barbatos's tongue was down his throat and that he was choking on that.

And that he was basically making out with Barbatos right now.

Mammon : .....I....I"

Barbatos then put his tongue back in his mouth and said with his face also red.

Barbatos : heh....sorry I got a little carried away...."

Mammon : I...why....is it so long...."

Barbatos just smiled and then started kissing him again but then stop and said resting his head on Mammon's shoulder.

Barbatos : .....Mammon I want you to know one more thing...."

Mammon : what is it?...."

Barbatos: I've loved you for a thousand years..... and I'll continue to until we meet again and I can tell you that I love you in person"

Mammon : B....Barbatos i-!?

Suddenly he noticed Barbatos fell asleep on him again. And so Mammon was left alone again to think about everything.
