Next day in the morning as everyone was still asleep Mammon woke up and as he walked over to the living room he saw Barbatos in the kitchen cooking seeming deep in thought almost zoned out.

Mammon : why are you cooking so much?"

Barbatos : Calming the homicidal rage tendencies? I find cooking relaxing. Turns the negative into a positive. I should thank you for teaching me"

Mammon : ..... who's going to eat all this?"

Barbatos : ......I guess everyone?"

Mammon : anyway what's wrong?"

Barbatos : what's wrong? What's wrong is that I can't stand myself.
I hate myself. And I mean that in both ways.

I'm still someone he regrets that he hates and wish never existed that I'm a monster like they said."

Mammon : .... like I said maybe you guys c-!?

Barbatos : what about you? Why can't you just stop worrying about us and trying to help us. and just worry and help yourself?"

Mammon : I....I said I'm fine it's not th-

Barbatos then stop what he was doing and ask looking at him.

Barbatos :.....better question why do you want to die so badly?"

Mammon eyes widen in shock as he was surprised by the question.

Mammon : what?...."

Barbatos : you worry and care about everyone else to the point you neglect yourself. your well-being. you put yourself in dangers for others knowing you could get killed. Putting your life on the line for everyone around you without hesitation or giving a second thought about yourself like you don't care what happens to you.

You continue to put your life in danger for me. Continue to try and help me when you should just worry about yourself."

Mammon : ........"

Barbatos : just stop helping me I can handle myself I don't need you anymore I never did. I was perfectly fine on my own until you showed up"

Mammon didn't know what to say But he then walked away and Barbatos was left wondering if he might have gone to far and said something wrong.

And little did both of them know that Future Barbatos had heard and saw everything.

About two hours later everyone woke up and as everyone got to the living room they saw Barbatos sitting on the couch drawing in a book.

Barbatos : I made breakfast. I figured since you are guests i should do something"

Asmo : where's Mammon?"

Barbatos : probably sleeping?"

Lucifer : ......"

Barbatos : you wanna go check? I didn't kill him you know?."

Lucifer : ......"

Barbatos : wow such a talker"

Future Barbatos : I.... anyway was cooking this much such a good idea?"

Barbatos : nope? don't worry I can go days without eating...... totally not from being imprisoned....you know now I understand why he got a butler king can't cook. It all makes sense now!?"

Diavolo : how bad is it?"

Barbatos : I fed it to rats and they died instantly."

Diavolo : .....hmm that's what happened when you fed Solomon's cooking to them?"

Barbatos : Solomon yeah Mammon mentioned him. Instantly got a headache and I don't even know him"

Suddenly Mammon walked over and ask.

Mammon : what's happening?"

Lucifer : nothing are you doing alright?"

Mammon : yeah? Given the situation we're in?"

Lucifer : ....."

Barbatos : anyway eat up I have to clean up"

After this he walked away not wanting to be near Mammon right now seeing he was upset still. Even though he was hiding it.

Later in the day while everyone was inside a little bit off in the forest Barbatos was up in a tree relaxing and thinking about things until Future Barbatos said looking up at him.

Future Barbatos : what are you doing?"

Barbatos then looked down and said

Barbatos : oh it's you. Nothing?"

Future Barbatos : you seem to be upset about something?"

Barbatos : I'm not? Just doing what everyone wants. Staying away"

Future Barbatos : could it be because you think you might have cross the line with him?"

Barbatos : you heard?"

Future Barbatos: yes"

Barbatos : .....Maybe what I said was hard but it's true. I'm the big bad monster So it's not our of character for me"

Future Barbatos : you wanted to help him I don't see how this was helping "

Barbatos : i can't do anything except create and make chaos you should know that"

Future Barbatos : we can do much more than that "

Barbatos: fake it till we make it?"

Future Barbatos : .....anyway you wanted to help him so do that instead of sitting there"

Barbatos : .....you want to help him to don't you?"

Future Barbatos : I want things to be better for him so yes. Or else I wouldn't have voice my concern to Lucifer and be on bad terms with him"

Barbatos suddenly jump down and said smiling.

Barbatos : you like him!"

Future Barbatos : no I do not?"

Barbatos : but technically you did. Because I do."

Future Barbatos : ........ anyway can we come to a common ground at least for now?"

Barbatos : for him yes."

Future Barbatos : go-!?

Suddenly an arrow shot at them and they looked over and saw guards coming and Barbatos immediately took off running a different direction from the house and Future Barbatos saw this and understood he was leading them away from everyone so he quickly followed him.

As they were running Barbatos glance behind them getting an idea.

Barbatos : i-

Future Barbatos : can you relax on the murder? You could be me-

Barbatos : Their insignificant in the grand scheme of things!?.... probably?"

Future Barbatos : still you can't just kill all your problems!"

Barbatos : your one to talk!"

Future Barbatos : .......not the p-!?

Suddenly Future Barbatos was shot in the leg with an arrow and fell.
and Barbatos stop going back to help him but was also shot with an arrow but in his arm.

Barbatos : damn it!"

Future Barbatos: you need to go!"

Barbatos : no. Like I said Their insignificant in the grand scheme is nothing! You just stay here!"

After this he quickly took off running towards guards.

And before Future Barbato could get up suddenly Diavolo and the the others show up.

Diavolo : Barbatos!?"

Diavolo quickly ran over to help him up and during this Future Barbatos said as everyone saw Barbatos fighting the guards.

Future Barbatos : just let him handle it.....we need to go"

Everyone nodded in agreement and as they started leaving Mammon looked back.

And saw Barbatos on the ground hunch over in pain. With everything that happened to him he wasn't in the best shape to fight.

But saw him still try to keep them away even though he was on the verge of passing out and then saw him about to be stab.

So against his words he ran over to help him.

And suddenly everyone turned around and Future Barbatos yelled at his eyes widen in fear.

Future Barbatos : MAMMON WAIT!"

Suddenly in that moment as Mammon was standing in front of Barbatos. Barbatos saw this and saw the sword went through him and saw him holding the blade like he was trying to stop it but wasn't successful.

Anyway as the guard pulled the sword out he ran off since he was the last one alive.

And Mammon fell to the ground his hand over his stomach and spitting up blood.

Barbatos : no no No! You weren't suppose to!"

Barbatos quickly went over to him and had no idea how to stop the bleeding there was just so much and with the previous injuries there was no way he could fix it.

And at this point he started to get upset and even cry he didn't want him to die he couldn't let it happen.

Barbatos : I....I can't let you die...."
