I stared at him as he stared at me, the both of us just standing in the shower together.

He looked down and grabbed my hand, and I followed his lead as we started dancing. 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4, on and on as we danced and spun to the music in our heads. It felt like I was in heaven, just me and this water man dancing together.

Eventually I had to rest because of my tired feet and pruney hands. It felt like I had been dancing for hours, and I probably had. My new friend just stood there looking into my eyes as I looked at where his eyes should be.

Then I realized something, "Uh, listen. Not that I didn't absolutely love this, I did. But I don't think this is going to work. I really like you, perhaps even I truly love you, but you're made of water and I don't know what will happen if i turn off the water. But I can't keep the water running forever, it would make my water bill impossible to pay off. But I also can't live my entire life in the shower, even if it is with you. It just doesn't work that way. I don't know, maybe we will see each other again after this, but we also may not. But I can tell you one thing, I will never forget you, or this one perfect moment that I shared with you. I'm sorry, but goodbye."

I turned off the water and watched as my perfect guy melted, and went down the drain. *sigh* "Goodbye."

I grabbed my towel that was hanging just outside the shower and wrapped it around my body. Hesitantly, I slowly stepped out of the shower.
