(The chapter starts with Samantha and Elizabeth and Sylvanna at the park. Samantha sitting on the bench with Aphmau and Sylvanna aka her aunt and her mother aka Elizabeth in their exercise outfit)
Samantha:Mom! I don't see why I needed to go with you to the park with Auntie and Aph?!
Elizabeth: Because Mija, you need to get out of that house! All you do is play that video game with Aaron aka FC you're childhood best friend and crush all day! Plus, some fresh air and exercise never hurt anyone. Look, all I'm saying is I'm glad you paused your game and decided to come out with me and your Aunt! Mommy appreciates it!
Sylvanna: Plus I don't like the boy you're talking to one day he is probably going to break your heart.
Samantha:(Sighs angrily) You can't pause MMOS, Mom! And Auntie Aaron would never hurt me he cares about me and Aaron would never break my heart he is the sweetest person I know and he is the only person I would ever willingly give my heart to (Blushes shyly), (sighs) but it makes you happy mom, then it makes me happy. Heheh.
Elizabeth: That's my girl, heheh. So, what do you think of your mom's and aunts new jogging outfit?
Samantha: I really like it mom, it's looks lovely on you!
Elizabeth: Thanks! It's pretty tight, yo.
Samantha:Mom! Where did you learn how to talk like that?
Elizabeth: From a old friend of mine. Speaking of which, she should be here any minute oh I forgot to tell you you're auntie and and cousin is going to be leaving with as for now on and Aphmau will be going to your school.
Samantha: Wait What?! Auntie and Aph are going to be living with us for now on Mom you know how much Auntie hates Aaron and you invited another adult to join us? Ugh. Mom!
Elizabeth: Haha! Of course I did! I didn't want to be completely alone with out one of my friends! She's so embarrassing.
Samantha: Heh, don't sass me, Mom. Ugh! Wait, I should be saying that about you!
Elizabeth: Haha! Calm down, Mija! This "other adult" is cool. I just reconnected with her this week. In fact, she's bringing her kids, too, but they are almost the same age as you but a little bit older so while we're jogging and catching up, you can hang out with them and get to know them!
Samantha: Oh, so I get to meet new people (Nervously laughs).
Elizabeth: Oh Mija they will love you are so sweet and gentle.
Sylvanna: Hahahaha!
Samantha: AUNTIE! (Sighs) I believe you mom but I can't help but feel nervous because I don't have a lot of friends the closest person I have is Aaron.
Elizabeth: Hm? Well,-
Elizabeth's Friend (Zianna): (walking over) Hey Girlfriend!
Elizabeth: AH! Wassup girl!
Zianna: Oh Elizabeth, it's been years! You're still looking fine!
Elizabeth: You're one to talk! I just had one kid, you had three and look at you! I'm so jealous, Zianna!
Zianna: Oh, and you must be Samantha! Look how beautiful you are! Your all going to have so much fun together!
Samantha: It's nice to meet you! W-wait. You said all? How many kids do you have?!
Garroth: (Appearing with Zane and Vylad) Well, I wouldn't exactly call us kids.
Samantha: Wait? Garroth! What are you doing here? (Runs up to Garroth and hugs him and then she hugs Vylad) It's nice to see you guys, um hi my name is Samantha but you can call me Sam if you want to I am assuming you're Zane?
Garroth: Funny, I was about to ask you the same thing. But I think I figured it out.
Samantha: Wait, you're- Zianna's-
Zane: (sighs) Yes to answer your question we are her kids my name is Zane Ro'meave it's nice to meet you Sam.
Vylad: Hey, not-alone buddy!
Samantha: Mom! I know these guys from school! And I am friends with 2 of them but I'm hoping I could be friends with Zane as-well.
Elizabeth: (Gasps happily) Zianna! I didn't realize that your boys went to the same school as my Mija!
Zianna: Oh same-Zeis! That's so adorable!
Elizabeth and Sylvanna: Oh, we have so much to catch up on. Ready to start our jog?
Zianna: Right. Ok, kids, have fun together! Remember, Zuzu, I want you to try at least one sport with your brothers and new friend while you're here at the park! We need to toughen you up, but not so much that you aren't so tough for mommy kisses!
Zane: Uh- Mom! Stop embarrassing me!
Zianna: I love you too, Zuzu! You kids play nice!
Elizabeth: Oh Zianna, do you still listen to our lady, Beyoncé?
Zianna: Are you kidding me?! I brought those portable speakers so we could listen to her while we run! This is going to be the bo-mb!
Elizabeth: Word, yo!
(They start to play music and yell in excitement as they run off)
Vylad: Oh my Irene.
Zane: Can Mom get any more embarrassing?
Samantha: So that's where she learned to talk like that. I see but to answer your question Zane our mom will be embarrassing sometimes.
Garroth: Um, I'm pretty sure your mom influenced our mom.
Samantha: Heheh, no, My mom is the best mom ever but she sometimes gets a little bit crazy and she didn't act like this before your mom came.
Vylad: They both seem like they rub off on each other and it started escalating.
Samantha: Uh, true. Uh-
Zane: Whatever. We're stuck in this stupid park in the stupid sun. (He begins walking off)
Garroth: Hey baby brother, where are you going?
Zane: I'm going to sit under a tree, on my phone, and be as isolated from you two as possible and Sam can come over here if she wants to.
Samantha: Huh?
Garroth:Nope! Come on now, you heard Mom, we need to get you into a sport.
Zane: I'm not doing it.
Garroth: Yes, you are.
Zane: Why should I?
Garroth: (looks down, then up again) If you don't, I'll hug you in front of the whole school every chance I get, for the rest of the year.
Samantha: Hehehe!
Zane:(Looks down)...
Samantha: Hehehe!
Zane: I hate you, Garroth.
Samantha: Hehehehe! Aw, Zane you should tell Garroth that you love him. Hehe.
Zane:(Blushes) Shut up Sam!
Samantha: Okay okay I'll stop teasing you.
Garroth: To be honest, I'd prefer it if you told me that instead, Samantha.
Samantha:(Weird Confused noise)
Zane: Could you be any more creepy, Garroth?
Garroth: Hahaha.
Samantha: So erm Vylad! Um (clears throat) Pick a sport.
Vylad: Ha! Easy! (Zane walks over to a nearby light pole and sits under it) Soccer!
Samantha: Uh-
Garroth: Are you sure? I was thinking base-
Samantha:(Gasps) I love soccer, Vylad! Oh my gosh! Hehehehe!
Garroth: Really? You should have said something earlier when we were talking about it with Laurence. Y-You should try out for the soccer team.
Samantha: Mm— well, I was thinking about it, but, I played a lot of soccer in elementary school with Aaron, so I was thinking about trying something new, like track or something, to increase my endurance. Haha.
Garroth: Dedicated girl, huh?
Samantha: Haha! YEAH! I just... really, ahem, love soccer.
Vylad: Me too!
Samantha: Haha! Awesome!
Zane: Oh great.
Samantha: In fact, my mom has a soccer ball in her car. I'll go get it if you guys go find a spot we can play at.
Vylad: Deal! I know the perfect spot!
Samantha: Hehe! Alright, you guys go, and I'll (Vylad and Garroth start walking off) Meet you there, ok? See you there! Uh, you too, Zane (Zane gets up and follows the other boys). Heh. Uh- wait. I should really text FC/Aaron. Uh-ugh, my battery is dead. Oh well, I'll message him later. Hehe!
(Screen fades and comes up on the soccer field, where everyone one is standing around Zane, who is standing behind the ball)
Zane:... I can't believe I'm doing this...
Vylad: Okay Zane... so we're going to introduce you to the sport slowly. Nothing too intense for you, since we know running is out of the question.
Zane: Oh, I can run.
Vylad: R-really?
Zane: Yep. Away from you.
Vylad: ...Okay! You're going to be preventing me from scoring a goal. Now, you can touch the ball with your hands if you need to, but-
Garroth: I hope Zane isn't killing the mood for you. I know you were excited to play soccer.
Samantha: Mm, oh, I'm actually alright with this. It's nice to see Zane at least... humoring the idea. He seems lonely in class all the time.
Garroth: He prefers to be like that. Which is why I try to respect... But, heh, he's my brother. I can't help but love the little guy, heh.
Samantha: Heheh. That's really sweet of you, Garroth.
Garroth: Thanks. You know, you were the very last person I imagined spending the day with. Our mom dragged us to this park to meet her friend and told us about her daughter, but, it's weird that it turned out to be you.
Samantha: Heh, I was actually thinking the exact same thing, hm.
Garroth: ...I'm actually really happy about this.
Samantha: Uh...
Garroth: You're blushing.
Samantha: Uh, well, I just...
Zane: I don't want to play with you, Vylad!
Vylad: (Sighs) Fine, then Garroth will kick the ball to you.
Zane: No!
Garroth: What's going on?
Vylad: Zane's being Emo again and saying that he doesn't want me or you to kick the ball to him.
Zane: It's stupid!
Vylad: You just don't want Garroth or I to show you up.
Zane: S-Shut up, Vylad.
Samantha: I'll play with you, Zane. Heh.
Zane: ...Okay? Give me your best shot Sam.
Samantha: What?
Garroth: Zane, that's not very nice to say.
Zane:(Teasingly) Come at me little potato!
Samantha: What did you just call me Zane?
Zane: I heard you were called a potato in school by one of the students.
Samantha:(smiles) Okay game on. (She kicks the ball into the net) Heh! You know the point of me doing this is for you to actually block it, you know.
Zane: That was a practice run! I'm ready this time.
Samantha: Okay Zane heads up! (She steps back, and gives a running kick. It goes into the air and it hits Zane in the face)
(The screen blacks out and a hitting sound is heard, the screen comes up on Zane sitting on a bench with a purple-ish eye)
Garroth: I have to say, I wasn't expecting you to catch the ball with your face! Hahaha.
Zane: SHUT UP, GARROTH!
Samantha: Oh my Irene! Zane, I'm so so so so sorry I didn't mean to hit you with the ball plz forgive me! (Begins tearing up)
Zane: Oh no no no! Plz don't cry Sam I know it was accidental (Brings Sam in a comforting hug).
Samantha: I swear! I didn't mean to! I'm not exactly great with aiming!
Zane:(sighs) You should have told me that from the beginning and like I said I'm not mad.
Samantha: I'm so sorry, Zane! Is your eye okay?
Zane: Ugh, yeah I'm fine. Just stings a bit.
Vylad: Zane's always had his other eye messed up a bit because-
Zane: Shut up, Vylad!
Garroth: In any case, I think we're going to take a break with this. I'm glad you tried, Zane.
Zane: Whatever.
Zianna:(Running in with Elizabeth) Oh Zuzu! What happened to you?!
Samantha: I'm so sorry, Mrs. Zianna. We were playing soccer, and I accidentally kicked the ball into his face, I didn't mean to, I just-
Zianna: Haha! Oh, is that all? Oh, He'll be fine. I have three boys, and Zane's been through worse.
Samantha: I'm sorry!
Elizabeth: (sighs) It's okay Mija but did you tell Zane that you were sorry?
Zane: Yeah Miss. Elizabeth she said she was sorry.
Samantha: I'm sorry Zane.
Elizabeth: Ok I know you didn't mean to.
Zianna: Oh Elizabeth, this is totes deja vu! Remember when Samantha did the exact same thing to Zane when the kids were playing dodgeball way back in the neighborhood when Aaron?
Samantha: Huh?
Elizabeth: That's totes right! I remember that Samantha was always staying behind Aaron and all of them were so close!
Garroth: Wait what? What do you mean, Mom?
Zianna: Oh, this happened before!
Vylad: When? We just met Samantha.
Zianna and Elizabeth: Hahahaha! Oh no, don't tell me you don't remember each other?! Hahahaha!
Elizabeth: We all used to live in the same neighborhood when you were all tiny. Remember? You all used to play together almost every week with Aaron.
Zianna: Oh girl, I was so devastated when your family moved.
Samantha, Garroth, Zane and Vylad: WHAT?!
Garroth: So you're that little girl who wore that red dress and you clung onto that boy.
Samantha: And those three boys, I vaguely remember—
Zianna: Oh, this is so cute! I didn't realize they didn't remember! We need to catch up more. Elizabeth, how about you and Samantha come over to dinner tonight and you can invite Sylvanna and Aphmau as well.
Elizabeth: Sure! That sounds wonderful! (Outro music begins to play) we have to head home and wash up, but maybe I'll grab a dish or something.
Zianna: Oh, bring those quesadillas as you used to make!
Elizabeth: they're called quesadillas Zianna.
Zianna: They're called delicious to me! Haha!
Elizabeth: All right, then. We'll see you later tonight, then.
Zianna: For sure! Come on, boys. Let's go!
Garroth: This- is crazy. Samantha...
Samantha: Garroth, um, we'll talk more later tonight?
Garroth: S-sure. (Samantha walks away) No wonder I feel this way about her.
(Outro while the camera shows Zianna and Vylad standing around Zane, who is sitting on a bench, and Garroth is staring down the path where Samantha left)
